I walk up the stairs with Magnus my hood is up, I pause a minute and look at Magnus holding onto the railing.

"It's grown."

"Then you need to rest. I created a whole suite for you, the only ones allowed in are you, me."

"Do I have my own kitchen?"

"You have a theater, spa, and a bunch of other stuff."

"Thanks Magnus."

I walk forward and hug him, I end up leaning on him and he helps me into the suite he prepared for me. He disguised it to look like a bookshelf, he walked through it and walked me into the living room.

"Oh Magnus."

I look around the room smiling until I feel the pain, I groan and Magnus sets me down on the floor. He uses his magic, a few minutes later the pain subsides and I look up at Magnus he has tears in his eyes. Magnus rarely has tears in his eyes.

"How long Magnus?"

"Two months at most."

I pull Magnus into a hug. I vow that I am going to spend the next two months with Magnus and only Magnus he agrees and we plan our two months.

~2 months later~

I set the letter on my bed for Magnus, Magnus is out on Warlock business, I walk out of the apartment and down the street until I reach the Institute. I open the door and walk in I ignore all the hushed talks and walk into the main room I see Isabelle looking at me I fall to the floor she and Alec run over to me. Isabelle picks me up and holds onto me.

"No Lexa don't die. Please don't die."

"What's going on?" Alec says

"What do you mean die?" Jace asks

"Where were you Alexa? Where were you this whole time?" Alec asks me
"Magnus let me stay at his house."
"You were that close? Why are you dying? Can I heal it?" Jace asks desperately I smile up at them.
"It's okay guys."
"No its not okay let me heal you."

Jace writes the rune on me, but it doesn't work. Tears are streaming down all of their faces.

"It doesn't hurt. I can't feel the pain anymore, that's why the rune didn't work. Goodbye... Isabelle the real sister that I had. Jace... the protective brother that I never would have had if had never came here. Alec... you are the only one that I could tell my secrets to, can I tell you one more? Then you tell the family after my funeral?"

"Yes" he leans forward
