Chapter 10

"That's amazing!!" Keith said, with the other two boys nodding happily.
Olivia let out a sigh of relief and began to cry into Courtney's shoulder.
"Wait, babe why're you crying? What's wrong?" Said Courtney looking upset too.
"These are tear of joy" Olivia sobbed still hugging her girlfriend.
Courtney pulled the three guys in and the whole squad had a group hug.
Once they finally broke apart, Olivia leaned up and kissed Courtney.
"AWWWWW" noah yelled.
"Oh shut up" said Olivia blushing.

Word had gotten around the entire office that day and soon everyone knew. Courtney and Olivia had people coming up and congratulating them throughout the day.
"FINALLY!" Mari said with relief "I was almost ready to explode if I had to keep the secret any longer."
Courtney and Olivia just chuckled and continued learning their scripts.
Time skip: 3 months
The three had just finished another usual day of work. They got into Mari's car as usual and began the drive home.
Once they arrived Courtney asked to talk to Olivia alone. They went inside her room and shut the door.
"I want you to get dressed up okay baby girl?"
She said.
"Why?" Olivia replied
"I'm taking you on a date, I need to go out and get some stuff but Mari will drive you to the restaurant. Be ready in two hours okay?" Courtney concluded before kissing Olivia on the forehead and leaving the room.
"You have the address and everything right?" She asked Mari.
"Yeah, I'll get her there safe I promise" Mari replied.
Two hours later

Olivia's POV
I got into the front seat of Mari's car and she began driving.
"Do you have any idea on where we're going?" I asked her.
"I know where, but I was told not to say anything or else Courtney would kick my ass" she replied laughing.
"Ugh fine" I said kind of whining.
We pulled up to one of the nicest restaurants in LA. I was extremely surprised because Courtney never really liked flashy dates or things. Mari announced that Courtney was waiting and led me inside.

Courtney's POV
While waiting for Olivia to get ready, I went to the flower shop once again. Getting flowers for Olivia had become such a frequent activity that the woman at the shop knew my name and what flowers I get.
"Oh, hello Courtney. Same thing as usual?" She said to me as I entered.
"Yes please".
"You're all dressed up, special occasion?" She asked.
"I guess you could say that" I replied.
I paid for the flowers and left.
I had one more errand to run before heading to the restaurant but it was quick and I was waiting for thirty minutes before she arrived.
Once I saw Mari walk in I got butterflies in my stomach.
Close behind her was Olivia.
Wow she looks breathtaking
I stood up and greeted her with a kiss on the cheek and presented her the flowers.
She blushed and hugged me before we sat down.
We were at the restaurant for about an hour and a half. It was, what I thought at the moment, the best time of my life.
We talked and laughed and had a great time.
Once we were finished with our desert I paid the bill even though Olivia argued that she pay at least half, then we left and got into my car.
                                       * * *
"Where are we going now?" Olivia asked once they had made it to Courtney's car.
"You'll probably recognize it once we get close" Courtney replied looking nervous.
"You didn't have to do all of this for me court, I'm nothing special" Olivia said, making Courtney look upset.
The rest of the drive was silent until they were closer to their location.
"Courtney I know where you're taking me" Olivia said starting to cry.
Once they arrived Courtney got out of the car and retrieved a blanket from the trunk, laying it out on a hill with a beautiful view over Los Angeles.
"You took me here on our first date" said Olivia blushing.
"One of the best days of my life because that's the day I won you over with my great charm" said Courtney sarcastically while Olivia laughed.
As the sun began to set and it got colder in the hill Courtney got another blanket and got under it with Olivia looking at the sunset.
"Olivia"
"Yea Courtney?"
"As much as I hate to ruin the silence I want to tell you something."
"Okay?"
"The day I first met you I knew you were different, in a good way. You made me feel like nobody ever has. In the car you said that you were nothing special, that's not true. To me you are the most important person in my life and I never want to lose you."
At this point Olivia began to cry at how sweet Courtney's words were.
"I don't want you to just be my best friend. I want to be with you for the rest of my life. So I guess the only way to conclude this is" Courtney said getting down on one knee, making Olivia cry even more.
"Olivia Sui I have been infatuated by you since the day we met, and it would make me the happiest person in the world if you did. I already asked for your mothers permission. Olivia, will you marry me?" She pulled out a beautiful ring that glistened in the light that was fading.
Inside it Courtney had gotten the word Sweetheart engraved on it.
"Of course I will!" Olivia said through a sob.
She launched herself at Courtney and wrapped her into a hug.
"I love you sweetheart" Courtney said
"I love you too"
