Dahyun pov

The party was quite amazing. Mom and Dad weren't home since they were busy with something at work but they bought me a birthday cake to eat for today's party and the guests.

I was at the bar with Sana but i couldn't stand her leaning against me but also flirting with another girl so i walked off.

I went up to my bedroom to freshen up because ever since the party started the room got crowded every easily and i tend to sweat during these kinds of party.

After a minute or two i walked back down to the party area, and i saw a familiar face. It was Myoui Mina.

" Sharon. "

I walked up to her. She looked up and saw me.

" Dahyun. " She replied.

I see a girl standing beside her.

I wonder who she is.

" How have you been? " Mina crossed her arms and asked.

I guess she's still angry at me...

" Hi girls. I've made a new friend! "

Mina walked up to us and exclaimed. That time, we were all around 14-15.

" Who is it? " Sana asked, using a nail file on her nails.

" Her name is Hirai Momo. Apparently she lives 5 blocks away from me. " Mina smiled.

Sana looked at her. I can tell she was judging Mina.

" Hirai Momo? Why is that name so familiar? " Tzuyu asked, scratching her head.

" You're friends with that bitch who stole my stuff?! " Sana asked, looking directly at Mina's eyes.

I didn't do anything since I had no business with any of these drama even though my best friend was gonna get punched.

" Yea I am. I'm sure that incident was a misunderstanding. You see, Momo is nice and- "

" Poor. " Chaeyoung cut in.

" Momo is poor. She and I were friends once but after finding out about her financial issues and about stealing Sana's things i unfriended her. She's weird. "

Mina looked at Chaeyoung and Sana. She looked as if she's gonna cry.

" You guys... I want to make my own friends too... " Mina staggered.

Have I mention Mina was rather shy? She followed us everywhere but ever since this incident she became different.

" Dahyun, what do you think? "

Tzuyu patted me and asked. I looked at all of them while they turned to face me.

" Mina, just listen to Sana. Honestly i don't care about this. " I said.

" See, even Dahyun agrees with us. " Sana smirked.

Mina looked at us and started having tears in her eyes.

" I trust Momo. She and I are friends! If you can't accept this then I'm sorry. " Mina exclaimed and walked off.

I looked at Mina, she surely changed alot.

" I'm fine, you? "

Mina looked at me and nodded.

" Fine. " She replied.

I looked at the girl beside her.

" Erm... is she your plus one? " I asked.

" Say hi. " Mina grabbed the girl and moved her in front.

" Hi. " She said shyly.

Cute.

" I'm Hirai Momo. "

We waved to each other. Momo smiled at me and it was one of the cutest smiles I've ever seen. Mina looked at me from behind Momo and signaled me to talk to her.

" I'm gonna go get refreshments. "

Mina walked off. Momo turned to look at Mina and she looked nervous.

" You alright there? " I grabbed onto Momo's arms and she looked at me.

Our eyes met. She has beautiful eyes. I released her to prevent anyone from saying I'm bullying her.

" I'm fine, thank you. " She tugged her hair behind her ears and smile at me.

" How'd you know Mina? " Momo asked.

" We were from the same kindergarten. We didn't talk much to each other when we were young. We started being friends at the age of 10. What about you? " I said.

" She was my lab partner for Chemistry. Since I'm better in Chemistry than she is, i helped her that day and became friends since then. "

" You're good in your grades? "

Momo looked at me.

" Sort of. I get mostly As for most of my classes. Why'd you ask? "

" Oh erm, i kinda need someone to tutor me since my grades are sort of dropping a little. " I explained.

" I can help you. I mean, if you don't mind, of course. "

" I don't mind at all! Thank you, Momo. " I smiled at her. She smiled back.
