School has been the same old the next day. Momo and Mina doing their daily routine. Dahyun doing the same too.

Sana's been trying to get Dahyun back to her side again, but Dahyun's been ignoring her.

Hirai Momo is still tutoring Dahyun, even though she hasn't said yes to Dahyun about being her friend yet.

She's always thought both of them were friends but maybe not since Dahyun asked that stupid question. Guess she was upset.

" Thank you again, Momo. " The white tofu thanked her 'friend'.

Momo smiled and packed up her things. It was already 4pm. School is going to close soon.

" I'm still serious about the friend thing. Recently I've been really lonely. " Dahyun blurted out.

Momo stopped. She stared at Dahyun.

" Lonely? "

" I'm gonna be honest, I don't know how to make friends. I'm not a perfect person, and my whole life has always been Sana, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. I never really had any friends anymore. "

Momo stared at the younger one.

" I guess, i don't mind being your friend? " Momo mumbled.

Dahyun looked at the Japanese girl, smiling widely. She gave her a tight hug.

" Thank you! " She exclaimed and she walked away, back to her lockers.

Momo, still shocked, turned around to see Dahyun walking and she calmed down and smiled.

Next morning, Mina walked into the entrance confused. She went to her best friend Momo's to pick her up to school. But her mother said Momo already left for school. She walked to her locker after giving her friend a text.

Mina's Phone:

Momoring 🍑💕 ;

Mi : Hey where are you? Your Mom said you left for school already?

-Message sent-

Walking to her locker, she was greeted with Momo and Dahyun talking. She was confused but decided to brush those feelings aside and say hi.

" Hi. " Mina greeted. Momo smiled at her best friend. Dahyun smiled too.

" Hi. " They both said in unison.

Mina was shocked. She has never seen them like this.

" I'm meeting Jeong in the cafeteria, wanna join me ? " Mina asked.

" I don't mind. What about you, Dub? "

" I'm okay with it. " Dahyun shrugged.

Mina was sister shook this time. Momo usually never ask Dahyun, of all people, to join US. Since when were they so close?

" Erm.. okay, let's go. " She pointed at the cafeteria direction.

Mina, Momo and Dahyun walked to the cafeteria together. Both the girls were busy talking, making Mina super awkward.

She wants to have a chat with her best friend, but couldn't.

Once in the cafeteria, they approached Jeongyeon and their friend Nayeon.

The three of them sat down together. Momo decided to get up to buy some breakfast and offered to help Mina and Dahyun buy too.

Dahyun got up too, insisting that she should buy her own breakfast since she doesn't want to trouble her friend. So they both went to buy together instead.

Mina sighed. Jeongyeon looked at her.

" What's wrong? " Ms Yoo asked her friend.

" Since when were they so close? " Mina asked, pouting. " Feel like i lost my best friend. "

Jeongyeon and Nayeon looked at her.

" She's still your friend. " Nayeon patted Mina's hand.

Mina nodded and Momo came back with the food.

" Where's Dahyun? " Mina asked while Momo placed the food in front of her.

Momo pointed at a table. At the table was, Sana, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu and Dahyun. They were having a conversation.

" So she's back with them? " Mina asked. Momo shrugged.

" She said she need to talk to them for a while. She'll be back. " Momo stuffed the pork into her mouth.

mina pov

I looked back at them. Sana saw me and gave me a look and rolled her eyes. I couldn't help but roll my eyes too.  After all these times, she's still being a drama queen.

Dahyun walked back to us.

" Is something wrong? " Jeongyeon asked Dahyun when she sat down.

Dahyun shook her head.

" No, i was just there to tell them I'm not gonna hang out with them anymore. "

Momo looked at Dahyun and clapped her hands softly.

" Congrats, Dub. You finally stood up to Sana! " They embraced.

I can't help but roll my eyes. Sana and Dahyun are suppose to be together, and Momo and I are suppose to be together too. Now i feel like I'm losing my best friend.

" Chaeyoung and Tzuyu too? " Nayeon asked and Dahyun nodded.

" They'd rather hang out with Sana since well, Sana's their friend. "

" You're their friend too. " I blurted out.

" Yea i am, but they prefer Sana. Probably they pity her. " Dahyun explained and went back to eat her food.

The table was quiet afterwards. Since it was the five of us, i felt like i was thirdwheeling.

Opposite me is Jeongyeon and Nayeon and they were feeding each other. Beside me was of course Momo and Dahyun. They were busy chatting away, like they treated me as an invisible person.

Momo and I've been friends for so many years, she has never abandon me for anyone, i never abandoned her either.

Jeongyeon never even took her place even though I'm close to her. I can't believe that Dahyun can over my spot as her best friend!

I wanted to remove Dahyun from this group so badly. I wanted revenge. I wanted... an ally. Someone to help me separate Momo and Dahyun. Someone like, Minatozaki Sana.
