"What happened?" Minato asks, standing over Saruto who sat up on the medical bed. His body was exhausted and he had little chakra left.

"I don't know. I went with zetsu into a portal. I remember Code with a girl and her eyes... her eyes were white. After that, Black Zetsu had told me the story of the Hyuga, Uzumaki and Uchiha clans but it wasn't clear. It was so dark and it didn't feel like it was me but it was me. I got so angry but everything wasn't crystal clear. As I got more angrier, i didn't know what I was doing and everything got darker. By the time I was on the battlefield, it was so dark I can hardly see and I can hear everything perfectly but it's as if I was underwater." Saruto explains.

"You must've been in one really strong genjutsu, then. It doesn't seem like the Izanami," Minato wonders. Sasuke mindlinks the fourth Hokage from the battle field through Inoichi.

"Lord fourth. Code is basically a scientific ninja tool, an artificial person. I'm going to guess the girl with him has scientific ninja tool eyes. It's not Izanami. Keep the kid there. We'll finish Momoshiki as soon as possible."

Saruto stand from the medical bed and gathers his things.

"Where do you think you're going?" Minato asks.

"The battlefield to get revenge on Code."

"If you try to get out of this bed, you'll die. You used up a crazy amount of chakra. I'm afraid if you use more, you'll die." Minato tries to stop the boy but he already strapped the last bag to his shoulder and put his katana back in its place. "Stop!" Minato says, holding the boys shoulder. They stood like that for a moment and Minato softens his grip.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Saruto shrugs the dead man's hands of off his shoulders. Minato smiles and slightly laughs.

"You just look so much like Naruto. He probably told you but I wasn't around for most of his life." Minato explains. "I feel like your father is probably feeling right right now. No one wants to lose you so I suggest you stay put at least until you gather enough to fight without losing your life." Saruto frowns and sits on the bed.

"Is there any ramen to eat?" He asks, his stomach growling.

Momoshiki was almost at his chakra's end. Boruto and Naruto managed to get another rasengan hit each and the Otsutsuki alien hits the ground hard from his usually floating form.

"It's over Momoshiki, you're almost done." Boruto says. Suddenly, Momoshiki's head perks up as if a bell only he could hear rang. Momoshiki, as a last resort, opens up a time-space portal and disappears from the battlefield.

"Where did he go?" Naruto asks.

"I don't know but I think we should take this to our advantage. He'll need time to recover."  Sasuke says, dropping to the floor in exhaustion.

"Where'd the other guy go? The first Hokage remembered. "Code, was it?"

"I don't know but he's not as powerful as he used to be when we were kids." Kawaki says.

"Let's get back to headquarters and prepare for another stage of war. We have not many soldiers left so I say this is the right time to rest up." Naruto says. "Sasuke, Boruto, Sarada, let's visit Saruto."
