Avyanna's POV
"Dear Avyanna and Serenity Yuna," I read  "we hope this letter finds you well. You have been invited to the Vale Ball. A time for dancing and food and enjoyment, we do hope to find at the ball at 5:00pm this Saturday at Halo Hall, signed Anonymous."

"A ball? I haven't been to a ball since the 17th century, and it is the 21st century!" Serenity replies. I laugh.

"True, but do we have anything to wear?" I ask. Serenity groans.

"Avy! You know how I feel about social gatherings!" Serenity whined. I rolled my eyes. Serenity is the shyest person I have ever known while I like meeting new people and going out, so we are sort of opposites.

"Pleeeeeeeeaaaasssseee!?" I begged. She rolled her eyes.

"Fine."

~Timeskip to the ball~

Dark's POV
I didn't want to go to this ball thingy but Light forced all of us and Anti already said yes to going. I sighed as we all Light, Glitch, Anti and I were about to walk in.

"Hey, cheer up. I know you don't want to go but maybe we might find a nice girl eeh?' Chatted Anti. I grin and roll my eyes as we walk in. We are overwhelmed by the crystal chandeliers and walls made of gold.

"Hell yeh! Finally, Light's job gets us this awesome sh** WOO HOO!" Glitch cheered. We laughed at Glitch's inappropriate actions. Even Light. I glance over and see two girls with beautiful dresses on, one of them has a beautiful blue dress fading to dark blue with only one strap. She wore a crystal necklace and her light brown hair tied up in a messy bun. The girl next to her had a black dress with a gold strap around her waist and gold earrings with diamonds in them, her red hair spilled on her shoulders. They look very familar.

"Hey Anti, who are they?" I ask trying not to point.

"Oh! They are the Yuna sisters, you have met one of them 110 years ago remember?" Oh yeh! I think her name was Avyanna?

"If they are the Yuna sisters, then where are their parents?" I ask. I am hopeless when it comes to gossip these days.

"Their parents died about a year ago, from a demon from the other side." Anti replies. "Now come on, I want to see if they have cookies at the buffet table!"

Anti drags me to the buffet table.

"ANTI LET GO OF MY HAND!" I order.

"Cookiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessss" Anti whined still dragging me by the wrist.

Serenity's POV

I sit at the table with my sister eating pork, chicken and some vegetables, even though I don't need to eat since I am mostly angel. Avy sighs and says,

"I am bored, I'm going to meet people. Wanna come?" I shake my head. I hate social gatherings, they make me feel claustrophobic and weird. I decide to go and get some dessert cause you know, I love food. I make my way through the surprisingly spread out crowd. Then I see a dessert that catches my eye. Cookies. I start speed walking when I trip over someone's foot.

"Oh my gosh! Are you ok?" I hear. The voice sounds Irish I think, a hand reaches out too me and I grab it too get up. I am face to face with a man, he has gorgeous blue eyes and dark green hair. One of his eyes is green where the white should be, like it's septic.

"Thank you." I say quietly and walk away grabbing me some cookies.

I go and sit back down at my table still thinking about that man, I could get lost in those vivid eyes for centuries and his gorgeous hair and-.

"Serenity!" I snap back to reality to realise that Avy is calling my name.

"Serenity you went off into space for like 30 seconds are you ok?" Avy asked out of concern. I smile like a dork and nod. My sister flashes an evil grin.

"Why are you staring at him?"

"Staring at what?" I ask. Then I realise I was staring. Shoot. "Fine, I tripped over him and now I am helpless. I don't even know him that well what is wrong with me?" I ask out of confusion. Avy grins.

"You're fine, well you will be fine. I am going to join Glitch again. Be right back!" Wait, why did she say I will be fine and be right back? Oh no. She's walking towards him. And he is with two other men and of course my sister. I can hear some of what they are saying.

"Would......... you...............meet...........sister?" That's all I could hear in the distan- WAIT THEY ARE COMING OVER HERE?! I am actually going to kill Avyanna.

I catch his eye and he smiles at me, I smile back. Butterflies fill my stomach, I feel dumb and happy.

"Everyone, this is my sister. This is Glitchiplier, Darkiplier and AntiSepticEye." Avy introduces.

"Serenity Yuna. It is a pleasure to meet all of you." I say with a bright smile........ I am actually dead inside.

"Oh! You are the girl who tripped before! Sorry about that." Anti says. A grin appears on Avyanna's face and says,

"How about we get some food for the table. Dark, Glitch could you help me out?" Oh my gosh I am going to kill her.

"You two have fun ok?" Avy whispers in my ear and walks away. An awkward silence filled the void between us along with the music and chatter around us.

"So where are you from?" I ask eager to stop this silence.

"Well, I am an orphan. My parents left me when I was young and then I found the Iplier's who didn't have parents as well so I have been with them for centuries now." Anti explains.

"I am sorry about your parents, I am sort of an orphan as well." I say.

"I know. I am sorry for your loss." Anti says. He warms my heart. I am probably acting like an idiot. He take out a pen from his pocket and starts writing something down on a napkin.

"Here is my phone number if you need anything to you just want to talk." Anti beamed. I blush more than ever. He starts laughing. "I probably sound like an idiot, I am so sorry I am not a charmer." I smile. I'll call you sometime. I write down my phone number on a napkin.

"I am socially awkward." I say passing the napkin to him. We laugh.

"So, what's your unique?" I ask. (we will be learning about a 'unique' later on ;))

"Well I........." We talk and talk and talk. I'm lost in his hypnotising and wonderful eyes, I can't even remember my name.

"I am sorry that I have to leave but see you soon?" He says getting up.

"Definatly." I reply waving goodbye. Once the Iplier's and Anti leave my sister says to me,

"So when you have kids, I think Samantha or Samual would be great! But seriously you're welcome."
