School again hayst. I opened my door and saw Soojin outside, wha??

"Soojin-ah, why're you here?"

"You're my friend"

I came closer to her and we started walking

"I feel bad since you're the one who waited for me outside so I'll make it up to you"

I told her

"oh, uh, sure"

"so, what do you want?"

"anything"

"I'll just buy you ice cream"

"okay, thank you Johnny"

Johnny and Soojin arrived at school and sat down beside eachother.

<Johnny's POV>

oh look it's the "couple" again. I watched them laugh with eachother, smile with eachother, and just be happy with eachother. Can't they just break up already? If Chan is just using Y/n they're relationship wouldn't last then. Y/n I love you with my whole heart, why would you do this to me? I never thought this plan would go too far, why can't you realize my love for you Y/n?

"Johnny-ah!"

Soojin snapped me into reality

"huh? what?"

"stop looking at them, someday they will also break up, look in a few weeks they will break up"

"I hope so..."

"hey! are you crying?"

"me? n-no"

I wiped my cheek to feel if there was tears and there was, damn I was really crying

"hug?"

Soojin asked me in for a hug

I hugged her and softly said

"I guess in these situations all I needed was a hug..."

Soojin let go of the hug and she said

"come on, just don't be sad Johnny, I promise you, they're gonna break up and when they break up let's celebrate, let's eat at a pizza place"

"sure, thanks Soojin"

"no problem, you're my best friend anyways"

I just smiled at her and she just smiled back

<Soojin's POV>

I was about to lick my ice cream that Johnny bought me until I heard someone gossip, hmm who should this be now?

"did you hear that Y/n dated Chan who recently just broke up with her ex?"

Y/n, what?

"I thought Y/n was getting in terms with Johnny"

"I know right, she's like a slut"

well I 'oughta-

"anyways, why would she date someone who recently broke up with his ex"

"yeah I know, she's so dumb to do such a thing"

"yeah she..."

I stopped listening. Damn, I feel bad for Y/n now like what did she do wrong to be judged like this, WHAT DID SHE DO WRONG TO BE IN THIS POSITION?

"Johnny"

"yeah?"

"I'll tell you something..."

"okay okay"

I whispered what I heard from those girls

"oh... um... okay"

"Hey don't cry, how many times do I have to tell you-"

Johnny cut me off

"it's not like that, it's just that it hurts seeing the one you love getting these kind of responses"

damn I feel him. Never knew  that someone this happy, someone this kind-hearted could feel so hurt easily. Never knew he was so soft inside. Observing him with Y/n made me think that he is just a happy person spreading the good vibes. Never knew he had a side of him like this.

"damn... loving is hard huh?"

I ask him

"yeah specially when it hurts but you won't give up"

"don't worry Johnny you're gonna get her back in no time"

"Soojin you're such a supportive friend, That's why I'm lucky to have someone like you"

I didn't say anything and just smiled at him and he smiled back

It passed two weeks and no news was heard from the so called couple...

<Johnny's POV>

Sunday morning: 8:16 am

Oh, it passed two weeks they might've broke up now

Soojin

I know what I've said Johnny but
 give them this last week pls

Johnny
How Soojin? How? I waited okay?
And yk that so I'm asking you, how?

if she really loves u then she would let go of Chan

-to stop thinking of her
-act like she doesn't exist

The next day...

"it doesn't seem like they're ever gonna break up Soojin..."

"yeah and they won't ever because if Y/n really loved you then she wouldn't have done that but no offense I think Y/n used you"

"y-yeah..."

Soojin noticed that Johnny started crying so Soojin wrapped her arm around his shoulder

"you told me you'll go on with out her?"

"I know Soojin, but all our memories just makes it harder for me..."

Soojin patted his shoulder

"loving can hurt Johnny but I know that one day you'll get over it and you might even regret it"

Johnny didn't answer her and just took her words.

<Johnny's POV>

I got home and went straight to my room since at school I've decided that I should delete all my pictures with Y/n. I opened the gallery app and pressed the folder where I kept me and Y/n's photos in or some photos of Y/n.

That folder had fifteen photos, not much but it's okay. I  pressed our very first photo together, when we took a selfie at the classroom while waiting for our English teacher.

I hesitated at first but I thought that why would you still love someone that you know you have no chance with.

I then started crying but I thought about what Soojin told me that other day

It took me one and a half hour just to finish deleting fifteen photos and I feel much relieved that I can finish the mission.
