I watched Johnny walk off to Soojin and felt a little sad but yet I still smiled to myself thinking that we will get the truth.

I just watched them laugh with each other and be happy with each other. If he's happy, Im happy.

"Earth to y/n, Earth to y/n"
Chan said which snapped me back into real life

"Wh-What?"

"Are you jealous of Johnny and Soojin?"

"No, o-ofcourse not"

"Don't worry I can be your new friend"

"Oh, um... okay"

I rolled my eyes at him and returned my look at Johnny and Soojin

"Y/n snap out of it! Look away from them"

Chan pinched my cheek

"Hey! It hurts!"

"Just stop being too focused on them then"

I changed my stare at Chan and he smiled at me, I forced smiled at him.

Time passed and me and Chan developed a nice relationship with each other. Then I realized that he's my type... Thou I can't seem to like him, something's blocking my way, wait... Don't tell me it's J-

Me and Chan have been friends for a long time and damn he was correct that I should've just let go of Johnny since the start and man before I was literally head over heels for him, well I gratefully accept the fact that I made a wrong choice of being in love with him.

I think I fell in love with Chan. I think Chan is my one and only, forget about Johnny, he's just somebody that I used to know, he's not really that important right?

I grabbed a small piece of paper and wrote on it.

Dear my best friend,

Hi Chan! I've been wanting to tell this to you this a loooong time ago but theres also been a burden. Ok ok anyways, here it is: Chan I love you.

As usual I would wake up in the morning and go to school but its different today Y/n. It may or may not be your big day.

I arrived at school and called Chan

"Chan-ie!"

"Y/n-ie!"

"Why're you so hyped today, whats the matter?"

He asked me

"Oh, nothing, why?"

"you ate too much chocolate didn't you?"

"maybe..., maybe not"

"pft... Lets go inside" 

Chan told me

"sure"

Chan called her

"What?"

Y/n replied

Chan wrapped his arms around Y/n and Y/n said

"why did you-?

Y/n suddenly cut off her own words

"you what?"

"n-nothing"

<Johnny POV>

Damn, I never knew that Y/n would get close to Chan this fast. I guess this is the feeling of jealousy. I just agreed to take on Y/n's plan because I didn't want to her to hate me or get upset because of me. It hurts seeing the person you love get hurt, especially when you're the reason why she feels such a feeling you don't want her to feel. Though I can't avoid to think that she's taking advantage of me to know the truth and to get her away from Soojin. No, Johnny don't think negative if you really love her. Y/n, just remember that I will never give up on you.

"Johnny"

I heard Soojin's voice which was beside me

"yeah?"

"what are you looking at?"

"nothing, I'm just sleepy"

I forced smiled at her

Johnny, remember that you didn't do this because you wanted to, you did this for the truth and for Y/n's happiness.

<Y/n's POV>

I put my hand through my pocket to get my money but I noticed something different inside my pocket. I grabbed the unusual thing along with my money. It's- It's paper....? It was folded so I opened it and saw

"Hi Y/n! I really like- no scratch that, I really love you :) 

-Chan~ie ❤️"

I felt myself blushing after seeing that. Chan is really my one and only.

"Chan!"

I called him while approaching our table

"What?"

he smirked to himself

Let me guess, he knows what's happening, does he?

"Chan, I-I like you too"

Chan didn't say anything and hugged me while I just smiled to myself.

Chan suddenly held my hand and asked me

"Y/n, will you be mine?"

"Yes, Chan, Yes"

"So, it's us?"

"yes"

"no, are you serious?"

"yes, you don't believe me? then no"

"hey, I was just joking, I looove you!"

<Johnny POV>

It was class time and ofcourse there would always be those people who'd be gossiping at the back and they would never be noticed by the teacher. Today, it was different, it was the first time their gossips actually made sense.

"Did you hear that there's a new couple in this classroom?"

"Dude, no way"

"Yes way, it's-"

"Mind to share your conversation to the class?"

Dang it, did the teacher really have to do that? That teacher is literally the first teacher to notice them, AMAZING. So who's the new couple? goddamn it.

"this is just quick,okay?"

"it's Chan and Y/n"

"no way, how?"

"did you see how they acted earlier?"

"oh, okay okay"

<Johnny's POV>

"Soojin-ah!"

I approached her

"oh?"

"Can I have a serious talk with you?"

she followed me to where I wanted to have a serious talk with her

"are you related to my family?"

"why would you suddenly ask that?"

"just answer me honestly"

"well... yes I am. Here's the story"

"hon, it's our first baby Soojin"

Soojin's mom said

Soojin's mom smiled

"Then, I grew up with them, until, I hit fifteen that's when mom left me with dad and dad gave me to another family."

Soojin said

"So what makes you apart of our family?"

"I'm the first child in dad's life, you, I, and Y/n are the same age because your mom got pregnant with someone else but they divorced before birth and that's when your dad came into your life, then, for Y/n, she had the same thing as your mom though she was first than your mom."

"it's none of your parents are first, it's my parents"

Soojin added 

"how do you know all this? Even the story of your birth, how do you know?"

"Dad told me about the birth. For dad's cheating, I noticed that after mom left me before every Thursday and Friday he would go somewhere. I also saw messages on dad's phone that it was from your mom and Y/n's mom"

"Ah, I see"

I replied and played with my fingers

"I guess dad is just using both of your parents because he felt depressed when mom left us, he probably felt like he wasn't an enough parent ever since mom left us but that's just a guess"

"Actually Johnny, I've been waiting for this moment. I wanted dad back ever since, so please Johnny, help me?"

"Sure. Y/n made a plan for me to make friends with you since you said that you like me"

"I'm happy that you and Y/n made that plan since I had a longing for having a want of that moment"

"so, do you really like me?"

"no, I did it for the plan"

"how did you know that Y/n's mom didn't want Y/n to interact with me?"

"My dad did that with me so I expected the same treating with the both of you"

"damn, you are smart huh?"

"I'm not smart but thank you, I just based my experiences"

"Okay well how 'bout you join me and Y/n so we can get your father back faster"

"Sure"

"Thank you Soojin for telling me the truth"

I said shyly since this is my first time saying such a thing to Soojin

"not a biggie. I guess you should go back to Y/n, I know that she misses you now"

"no, sh-she doesn't"

I'm getting sad oh noes

"how?"

I quickly ran away from Soojin, going home.

"Johnny-ah!"

I heard Soojin call me from the distance

I didn't care, I fastened my pace. I felt tears roll down on my cheek. Then, I made a sudden stop, I fell down, I leaned on a wall that was behind me and cried more. I'm not like this, I was never like that. I guess this is the first time I cried over someone that I love, over someone that I cherish.

<Johnny's POV>

Where am I? I looked up and saw the welcome sign of the subdivision I live in. Because of the sadness, the upset, or the mixed feelings I feel because of this, I didn't realize that I walked this much. I checked my phone and sat down at the bench close to the entrance of my subdivision.

Johnny went inside his house and went to his room immediately though he encountered his mom through the hallways

"What happened to you my son? Why are your eyes so puffy?"

"mom, believe me this is nothing. I just got sleepy at school during the dismissal time and good thing the janitor woke me up"

"Don't lie to your mother"

"I promise, I'm not lying"

"fine, I believe you but that doesn't mean I won't lay an eye on you"

"Yes mom" 

Johnny smiled at his mom

Johnny went straight to his room flopped on the bed and texted Soojin

When u mentioned that she misses me

I remembered the time that I just watched Chan and Y/n having their own couple time. 

I ran away from you bc I knew u wouldn't understand how I felt.

I felt weak, I felt jealous, I felt heart broken, I felt like I had no right to get mad at Y/n since there was never an us, I felt like the only thing I can do is to be proud of the couple.

But I can't let go of her. She gave me a purpose, under mom's roof I felt controlled, but she, she gave me a purpose, she gave me happiness, a happiness that can't be explained.

And when I knew that she loved someone else I thought that she just used me to get the truth. Ever since she made the plan I felt used.

Ik it's going to be impossible to get her back Soojin, so please, please help me?

Soojin

Tell her you got the truth and tell her I would help

Johnny

I'd still feel used, even if it was the truth. My love for Y/n felt different from the truth she wants

Wait ik this shit. What happened to Chan before he got shit with Y/n?
