Elston's P. O. V

It's been a day that Kelly and Romeo are not here with us so that I can watch over and protect them.

All packs have been invited to the crowning of the prince's coronation also where we will be introduced to his mate.

No one knows who the prince is and what he looks like because of safety reasons but I guess we will find out tonight. Only the high ranks were allowed to go.

We arrived soon enough and were already escorted to our rooms where we will he staying for the night as the party goes on right through the night so it's a lot of a partying.

While passing the West wing, I swear I could smell Kelly's scent, it was starting to fade but I could still make out her freshly scent.

What was she doing here and why by the West wing where the Royals' bedrooms are located.

I decided to let it go and went to my room to go and get ready for the ceremony that's taking place tonight.

The guards came to get me by my bedroom and led me to the hall where the ceremony was taken place. We stood for a while chatting to other alphas and they kept on asking where my mate was.

It pained me knowing that I rejected my mate and she accepted my rejection when she found her second chance mate but I wiped my face off of any emotion and told them that I didn't find her yet.

The chatter died down when the Royal announcer said

"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome King David and Queen June"

The King and Queen stepped forward and we all bowed our heads in respect. They took their seats on the thrown and the announcer spoke again

"Now please welcome Prince Nathaniel and his mate Miranda Luiz"

And that's when Nate steps up with a girl who reminds me of Caron. Her dress sit so tight on her body and she showed a lot of cleavage.

The ceremony began and royal priest then led Miranda to where the King and Queen were and she stood there.

She took her stand where the King and Queen were and watched as Nate made his promises to the werewolf world.

"Do you, Prince Nathaniel promise to withold the duties and responsibilities as King of all werewolves?"

"I do"

"Do you promise to help each and every pack if ever in need?"

"I do"

"Do you promise to be a true King and be a true ruler to the Kingdom?"

"I do"

The Priest nodded and took off the King's crown. He then stepped infront of Nate and said

"Oh Moon Goddess I hereby declare Prince Nathaniel Lockwood as King of all werewolves"

Everyone cheered for the new King and we all bowed in respect. You could see the pride in the King's eyes for his son.

Nate stood his ground and howled while we all howled with in joy. It was nearing midnight and soon he would mark Miranda and make her his Queen

Although my wolf seemed to be not at ease and everytime I asked him about what was going on,  he'd shut our link
So let's wait and hope to see what awaits us.
