Chapter 12: Sticks Of Doom

Date: April 1st, 2023

After her best friends went to the carriage designed by Rarity with the cookie successfully confiscated from someone who was hoarding it and put in a glass jar before putting it in the carriage, Twilight sighed: "There is still so much to do. So many things to take care of because I haven't spent much time taking care of my duties as princess lately. Come on, Spike. We have work to do." "Yes, Twilight!" And up until the moment her friends and others vanished from Equestria, she did work in Canterlot with Spike by her side the entire time to assist her and keep her company as the Royal Advisor. What no one knew was what was going to happen later on in the day and how it would diverge the destiny of Equestria much more from the main timeline than before in which MLP G5 would end up taking place. But that's for another story's next chapter to discuss. The very moment everyone disappeared, something strange began to happen in the Everfree Forest, right outside of Ponyville. Discord would be the first witness to the event and it would nearly cost him his life. He was just wandering around, playing with fabrics of reality to see what would happen but then, a meteor fell from the sky and crashed down into the forest near the location of the Treehouse Of Harmony. He even monologued to you readers for a moment, well aware of my narration somehow: "Well, isn't it a nice day, readers? Honestly, it feels more chaotic than usual today. It's like somebody is messing with reality but I can't pinpoint who or what is going on. Oh well. *hears the crash* What was that? I better check it out. It's like something fell right out of the sky. I'm sure Twilight would enjoy knowing about this but I'm going to look at it first regardless." He popped right next to the meteor by simply snapping his fingers. But that meteor was no ordinary meteor. It was a meteor from a different universe that was somehow sent forward in time by years. It would mark the beginning of the return of a problem that wouldn't have anything major happen again regarding it for quite a long time. In other words, a very early warning.

Due to the impact of the meteor with the soil, some things were destroyed and a bunch of branches fell off some trees to the ground. He looks at the meteor: "Hey, aren't meteors supposed to be bigger and.. more rocky? Just what is going on here?" Then, the meteor opens up to reveal black virus creatures with menacing eyes and teeth. Samples of them would later be researched. It turns out that these virus beasts mixed with DNA from Cell, xenomorphs, Ōtsutsuki, Hashirama Senju, and Baby along with energies absorbed from all kinds of dimensions. Chaos energies, dark magic, miasma, destruction energy, Saiyan energy, chakra, and more. Even some of the data from the villain Brainiac was somehow absorbed into these virus beasts. What journey did they go through to get to Equestria? The virus that was thought to be destroyed for good after Venamous and the Creators were taken out for reals is now back.. The beasts had no interest in Discord for the moment. However, that would soon change. Discord just watched them in fascination: "How interesting! I've never seen creatures come out of some meteor before! I wonder where they're going to go! Let's look and see, readers! Isn't this so much fun?! I certainly think it is!" He continues watching as the virus beasts enter some of the sticks nearby. When they practically clipped into them, the sticks transformed while glowing purple and grew in size. Now, there were 5 virus beasts in bloom before Discord's eyes. They were a bit smaller than your average pony but with their legs, arms, sharp teeth, laser red eyes, and drooling, they made for such nightmares that it's like Equestria was now thrust as the setting for a Alien style movie with traits of horror films where the killers are human(Scream) or at least human like enough to speak in a way humans could understand(IT). "Whelp! I'm out of here! This isn't my problem, now is it? I'm just going to get Twilight and her friends to deal with this. Oh that's right, they aren't here anymore. They vanished to another dimension. I'm still telling Twilight though."

One of the stick creatures speaks up in a disembodied voice: "Where do you think you're going, Discord?! We're going to tear you to shreds and feast on your flesh and then, we'll lay waste to this world by consuming all organic life in the most gruesome ways possible!" "I'm not going to ask. To be frank, I don't need to know why you know me. I'm just going to leave now and let someone else deal with you. Preferably Twilight and whoever she can get to help. I'm not dealing with this. Nope. No thanks." As Discord attempts to instantly transport himself to Canterlot castle, the sticks all tackle him and start trying to kill him brutally. "Owwwww! This can't be happening! I have to get away but how! I can't move!" "Stop resisting and let us feast on you! Only then will we grant you a quick death! But before you die, you will get to witness our numbers increase greatly! Your soul is chaotic, we must consume it slowly!" "Get off of me! No! For once, I'm truly terrified! Let me go or else!" "Never. Your delicious flesh belongs to us now. We'll make sure to drink your blood very nicely before we devour your very flesh, creature of chaos!" Discord struggles in the grips of all of them but is just barely able to free his right hand, allowing him to snap his fingers. However, he had to endure so much pain until he could do that as they tore into him and he screamed. Behind him, he briefly caught a glimpse of a now rapidly expanding number of stick monsters. The postal pony DerpyMuffins would soon call them Sticks of Doom and the name stuck. Tragically, she was among the first to be killed by them. After Discord escaped, the sticks became numerous enough to start turning tree after tree into many sticks which in turn were turned to be like them. In just minutes, they turned the entire Everfree Forest into more of them. That translates to hundreds of thousands if not millions of them.

Discord was spotted by Spike right away as Discord managed to get himself to the throne room. That was just after he had a talk about Nightmare Night with Twilight: "Hey uhh Twilight?" "What is it, Spike?" "Well.. umm. As Royal Advisor, I have to ask. Why don't you take a break from your work to go to Ponyville for Nightmare Night tonight with me? I'm sure everyone would love to see you tonight for it, given the fact we've spent a lot of time away from Equestria recently and all.." "Hmm.. Well I guess the work can be put off till tomorrow. Okay, Spike. I'll go with you to Ponyville for Nightmare Night. It's too bad our friends can't come. But let's wait until later before going so I can get some of my remaining work done before it gets dark out." "Of course, Twilight! *spots Discord in really bad shape* ..Discord, what are you doing here? What happened?" Discord coughs heavily: "..It's hard to explain. We're all in danger. I barely escaped the Everfree Forest. Twilight, I hope you can heal me because a meteor fell and tiny monsters came out of it. They went inside some sticks nearby and they turned into bloodthirsty monsters. I saw as they grew their numbers very quickly as I escaped. But look at what they did to me! I had to struggle just to break free enough to get myself here." "Discord! I've healed you. How long has it been since that meteor landed? That's no ordinary meteor." "A few minutes ago." That's when a royal guard rushes into the throne room: "Princess! We have an emergency! The trees of the Everfree Forest are all gone and Ponyville is under attack by Sticks of Doom! They're.. destroying everything and everyone.." "Not even Tirek, Cozy Glow, or Chrysalis would go so far! How close are they to here?" "Well, last I heard, Sugar Cube Corner was just destroyed. No one made it out alive. Sweet Apple Acres is among the worst hit. All the trees are gone and the sticks just keep multiplying! You have to help us! Help us!"

"Spike, Discord, you must help too. Thank you for sending word. Tell the other guards. We must evacuate Canterlot and Ponyville." "But to where, your highness?" "Another world entirely. Get everyone to the Castle Of Friendship. These monsters shouldn't be able to get into it. Spike, can you send a letter to Starlight in case she doesn't know yet? I sure hope the portal to that other world can be accessed from the castle.." "I will do so, your majesty. Please hurry, all of you!" The guard rushes out while Twilight writes a quick letter to Starlight. She seals it closed and Spike sends it off to the recipient. With that done, she teleports herself, Discord, and Spike to where Sugar Cube Corner was only to be immediately surrounded by a horde of sticks. The 3 work together to fight them off but there are just far too many of them. In fact, some of them even have wings and are flying throughout all of Equestria to attack other areas and increase their numbers even more. As this was happening, things were not looking good for the remaining residents of Ponyville. A severely wounded Big Macintosh is somehow carrying both Apple Bloom and Granny Smith to safety. His strength shocked the sticks and they were forced to let him get them away. They watched as a battle began to take place. Big Mac wanted to help but a Royal Guard came and told them to evacuate to the Castle Of Friendship. Ponies among other creatures were getting slaughtered left and right. And the air quality was worsening due to what was happening to the trees too. Not by much but enough to be a growing concern. Not even Manehatten or Las Pegasus were spared from the sticks. They went everywhere and turned trees into more of them. They didn't discriminate when it comes to who they killed. Even Thorax wasn't spared from the horrors of creatures getting slaughtered. As the leader of the Changelings, he holds a lot of magical power. This power however was only enough for him to get some of his people to get away from the Changeling hive to safety. He followed right behind them with flying sticks on their tail.

"Everyone, we must keep flying! We have to survive for all we have lost! This hurts! I wasn't prepared for this! Things must be really bad if Twilight didn't warn me about this!" His skin is a lime green with orange horns, some orange in his belly area, dark green, green, and velvet colors in the main part of his body, violet eyes, and red-violet and light blue-violet wings that have some colored spots. In the Crystal Empire, the combined magic of Shining Armor, Sunburst, Cadence, and an upset Flurry Heart wasn't enough even with the help of the Crystal Heart relic to protect the citizens from the invading sticks. Ponies locked their doors desperately though some did respond to the order to evacuate to the underground below the castle. Sunburst and co attempted to perform a crystallizing in hopes that it would bring hope back to the citizens and crystallize them for a time. That would have temporarily protected them but it just didn't work. Instead, more and more ponies were slaughtered. The streets of Equestrian towns ran with blood amidst hordes of Sticks of Doom. It wasn't long until the sticks went beyond Equestria. They went to Seaquestria where the Hippogryphs and Seaponies live. They went to the domains of the former empire of the killed Storm King, the Griffins, and beyond. Everything was completely and utterly destroyed. Soon enough, Twilight, Spike, and Discord could no longer keep up the fight and had to retreat to the Castle Of Friendship. Or at least, they were going to until a bunch of people from other universes showed up with guns or in one case, grenade launchers. Ash Williams from Evil Dead sighs loudly: "Great! Just great! First it was f*c*i*g demons possessing the women I was in that damn cabin with! Then I got sent back in time to a damn kingdom where I was held captive and sent down into a hole with more people possessed by demons! I had some help in escaping and then, I later fell in love and got kidnapped and tortured by little dwarf a*holes! After that, I started losing control of my body and an eyeball grew in my arm!"

He takes a deep breath in a failed attempt to calm himself down: "That eyeball eventually caused some hooligan who looked just like me to split from me! I killed that bastard and then, I screwed up in obtaining that damn book I needed to destroy! I forgot the chant and that bastard came back to life! A battle happened, my side won and I was supposed to be suspended in time to return to my present but I went too far in the future! I saw modern London in ruins and now I'm in here in a world of ponies being attacked by stick monsters! Gaaaaaaah! How can my life get any worse?!" Llenn from SAO Alternative GGO sighs: "Who is this guy?" She has brown hair and eyes with light skin and a pink combat outfit with some white and brown mixed in, hood included. Ash has dark hair, brown eyes, tan skin, and a torn up black outfit. Llenn's friend Pitohui who has long black hair tied into ponytails, black eyes, tan skin, and a full gray and black bodysuit laughs: "Oh! I like this one!" "Pitooo!" "Relax, Llenn! I'm not going to let myself die or till him to kill me! Those are some strange monsters! Let's kill them all!" "Wait, hold on! Is that a pony, dragon, and sone other creature? Don't shoot! I don't think they mean any harm unlike those stick creatures!" M sighs: "Llenn, if you really were a little girl in the real world like you are here, you'd be obsessed with that pony." M has a green military outfit, curly long dark brown hair, and tan skin. Fukaziroh laughs: "M! You are a piece of work! Did you forget about me? I love ponies!" "Miyu! Not now!" "Llenn, did you just use my real world name? That's hilarious!" Fukaziroh has light skin, long blonde hair in pigtails, brown eyes, and a green and pale brown outfit with a backpack included. Twilight sweat drops: "Umm, who are you people?" Ash is literally killing so many sticks that he's the reason why this banter is even taking place.

"Oh this is so great! You'd be perfect for one of my concerts! Now then, this situation is so much fun! I can risk my life without losing my mind because this is real! After all, isn't this the world from that show back in the 2010s called My Little Pony?!" "Oh that's right! I'm so happy!" "Pito! Fuka! Stop getting distracted!" "Llenn is right. The enemy have no weapons but they outnumber us 10,000 to 1 at least. Even with all of our firepower, it won't be enough to kill them all. This is no vrmmo. There is no system menu now that we're here due to a portal we jumped into that appeared in GGO all of the sudden." "Hey! Don't ignore the princess!" "Princess?! Hahaha, you have got to be kidding me! Alright, I'll tell you who I am, dragon! But you're going to have to not yell at me as adorable as it is." "Grrrrr!" "Settle down, Spike. I think we can trust these humans." "How fascinating. This isn't your first time running into humans then?" "This is no time for introductions! That guy there is the only one holding the monsters off and I've had it with this messing around! We're all going to die if we don't help kill them all too!" "Okay Llenn. Fine but I'm going to kill the most!" "We'll see about that! Don't forget that I'm here too!" "You girls are so competitive. Let's just get this over with and try to get back to GGO." And the 4 start using their weapons to kill sticks one after another with ease. Twilight sighs: "Spike, Discord, let's just go inside the castle. We'll talk to them later. Right now, we have to make sure everyone inside is safe and they aren't too scared. We must assure them that things are going to be okay one way or another." "Wise point, Twilight. I'm sure you'd make for an excellent poet if you weren't so busy all the time being responsible for the kingdom and all that." *Meanwhile at a place underneath Ponyville* There are rebels against the kingdom gathered. Their beliefs are rather complicated for a number of reasons. These rebels are holding an emergency meeting in light of the sticks.

"So, the sticks are destroying the entire world.. Today was going to be the day we were going to ask our contacts within the Miitopian Peoples' Liberation Front to send our demands to Twilight Sparkle and her friends. They promised that they were more than willing to turn against them should they not embrace more socialist ideals. But then this happened. We'll have to set aside our anger at the rich and powerful for now. Right now, we have to help kill the sticks here in Ponyville. Going anywhere else is too dangerous. Are we in agreement of this course of action?" The other rebels nod. "Okay then, let's head to the surface and wipe out the Sticks of Doom destroying Ponyville. Let's put these otherworldly weapons to good use." And so, the rebels all march to the surface using a hidden staircase that opens up to a trapdoor towards the center of where a giant tree used to be until it was destroyed. They come out of it really quickly. Like lightning, their bullets strike fast and hard, destroying countless scores of the sticks. Llenn and the others see them: "Is everyone seeing this? Are those ponies with guns? Where did they get guns? I heard MLP doesn't even have swords like in SAO.." "This is great! I've always wanted to see something like this since you got me to help you in Squad Jam 2! We lost in the end but that tournament was so much fun!" And their joy ends when the pony rebels begin to retreat from ground that is becoming gray as they too get overwhelmed by the number of sticks. The pony who spoke at their meeting is ironically Big Macintosh. He slipped away from the castle unnoticed. He yells as he and the others retreat into the castle: "Humans! Get in here with us! Nowhere in Equestria is safe! Everything is dying and as impressive as your weapons are, you have to retreat just like us!" The rebels are let in despite their weapons and insignia. The GGO players and Ash sigh but relent, going inside of the castle themselves. Inside, all ponies are being directed to the room where the Friendship Map is located.

Twilight is sitting at a throne style chair there, looking at the map as everything becomes gray and lifeless on it. She quiets down murmuring and gasps: "Everycreature, this is.. the end of Equestria as we know it.. We have to leave it behind and go to a parallel dimension. I can't contact anyone outside of here. It's like this is the only place where sources of energy such as magic still work." She is interrupted by the sounds of frantic pounding on the doors to the castle. Llenn and co volunteer to open the doors with their guards up. When they do open them, they're shocked. Fukaziroh exclaims: "Aren't you Changelings?" Thorax replies: "Yes we are. Please let us in. I don't want to lose anyone else today.." They comply and close the doors after killing any sticks who got too close while letting in all of the Changelings. Thorax personally thanks them and rushes through the ponies and humans to end up looking up with Twilight next to him and above. "Twilight! It's really bad! So many of us were killed, even on the way here.." "I'm so sorry to hear that, Thorax.. This is worse than I thought. It really is the end. We'll have to go to the parallel world and get help there to fight or to start anew there." "This can't be! Twilight! We worked so hard to achieve harmony.. And now look at what's happened.." *Meanwhile at a certain stone statue* A tear in space-time opens up, causing number cards to travel from outside of time to the present time in Equestria. They land right onto the stone statue. At this point, the area around it was not turned gray yet because the sticks left it for the moment as there was no one left to kill in the area. The number cards seep into the villains who are a part of that statue. Their energies allow the villains to break free and no longer be stone. Chrysalis laughs: "Finally! Now it's time to suck the love out of all of the ponies to become stronger than ever!" "I can't wait to see the look on Twilight's face when her School of Friendship is mine! Bah! Friendship! Who needs that when you can just be bad!"

"I certainly absolutely don't want to rain on your parade but where are all of the ponies?" "You're right? Where are they all anyway?" "Wait a second, did someone get to them before we could?" "No way. Chill out, they're all probably just preparing for Nightmare Night. The decorations and atmosphere is really really good this year so far." "Since when did you still care about a pathetic pony holiday?" "I'm a pony and was forced to endure it every year okay!" "Enough! We have to get back to that place before anyone sees us! If we're seen, I doubt our cookie plot will be enough to conquer Equestria and bust us out of jail!" "Okay Tirek.." "Whatever!" *Celestia and Luna's post-rule of Equestria house, Maretime Manor* I have not described Luna's appearance but I have Celestia's. Luna is a midnight blue and black alicorn with blue eyes, mane, face, and tail, black for the rest of her body, and a Moon cutie mark. "Celestia, I hope you're excited for Nightmare Night. I'm ready to make a visit to Canterlot to surprise Twilight. I heard she's been working for a while today." "I have as well. And I am excited, Luna. Why don't we go outside to enjoy some fresh air?" "Hmm, I don't see why not." The 2 former rulers of Equestria and pupils of Star Swirl The Bearded head outside of their colorful house. Its exterior is a mix of violet, lilac, and yellow with a big brown double door and several windows. The house borrows castle elements. When they head outside, they are confronted by a whole army of sticks, mostly made of the now gone forest that was by their home. "What are these creatures? Do you know of them, sister?" "No, I do not. But they aren't friendly." The two get ready to fight with their magic. But then the sticks easily overwhelm them and start trying to kill them in an instant. They cry out for help but for several minutes, they suffer because no one comes to help. They chose an kinda isolated community for their home and now they're paying the price for such a decision. As if that weren't bad enough, the pain is only getting worse for them and there's nothing they can do to get the Sticks Of Doom off of them. But then, more number cards make it to Equestria. This time, they each enter Celestia and Luna directly. Immediately, they transform. Nightmare Moon laughs: "Hahahaha! It feels so good to be back! Wait, who are you? You dare stand by me?!"

Daybreaker replies: "I should have destroyed you when I had the chance! Oh well! I'm the better version of Celestia, Daybreaker!" "I don't care who you are! You just stay out of my way!" "No! You stay out of my way!" Their fighting let's the sticks nearly kill them. It turns out they are immune to Daybreaker's fiery mane. Daybreaker is a fiery version of Celestia with some red. Nightmare Moon is a version of Luna who looks well, authoritarian and cruel. Their fighting ceases when they realize what's happening to them. "Let's set aside our differences for now. These annoying monsters are trying to kill us." "Alright, I'm fine with that. Let's destroy theses stick creatures!" And so begins their long but almost futile battle against the sticks. They keep killing them but more just kept taking the place of those who had fallen. *Castle of Friendship* After some more discussion, oblivious to the returning villains, Thorax and Twilight manage to convince everyone to come with them to the parallel world. Twilight is able to use the Friendship Map to open a portal to it and one by one, everyone jumps into it. Once everyone is in a big dog pile on the other side, Llenn and the other GGO players, being the last to come through get up. There's now some people staring in disbelief at what just happened. But before anyone can say anything, the Time Patrol led by 2 versions of Trunks appear as does the Time-Space Investigation Group led by Hugin, the Midgardian Mediator of Time. The 2 groups stare at each other with at first confusion but then understanding. Twilight is next to get up and is quite confused herself: "W-who are you people?!" Future Trunks replies: "Hi there. I'm Future Trunks from a doomed timeline. And I'm with the Time Patrol. These are my fellow Time Patrollers." Hugin also replies: "Greetings. Have you ever heard of the Time-Space Investigation Group? It's a group dedicated to maintaining the peace and order of time and space. I'm Hugin, the leader of the group. We are here to investigate multiple temporal and spatial disruptions that first appeared in your universe. But seeing that you're here, all of you can help us take care of this problem." Hugin has light skin, a monocle, gray eyes, a green robe outfit, and white hair.

That's when Sunset Shimmer arrives on the scene with the human counterparts of the Mane 6. Her skin is marigold, eyes are green, and hair is basically sun colored with long red and yellow bangs, and outfit is cool and black. "Princess Twilight? Why are you here? What's going on? Who are they all?" And so, Twilight with some help ends up explaining everything to Sunset and the counterparts of herself and her best friends. "Woah, that's terrible! What are you going to do now?" Hugin interjects: "I hate to interrupt but there's only one course of action. I do not interfere in the affairs of others unless time disruptions are involved. We must defeat those Sticks of Doom as they have come to be known as. And when that's done, we must resurrect those who have been killed and restore life to Equestria and beyond by turning back the time on what remains of all living creatures. It's the only way and it will take a lot of magic to pull it off. The more assistance, the better." "Damn it! Not more time travel! Not again! I don't want anymore of this! No! No!" "Unfortunately, I can't just send you back to your timeline, Ash Williams. You'll have to help us until that becomes possible." And so it gets decided. Everyone goes to Equestria, Time Patrol, human Mane 6, Sunset, and Time-Space Investigation Group included along with everyone who had come from Equestria. It would later take a lot of magic to erase enough memories to prevent anymore disruptions in time. Once in Equestria with everyone, Hugin pulls out a pocket watch and studies it intently: "I see. So it's true. The dangerous number cards have found hosts in this world. We can't concern ourselves with that at the moment. First, we need to eliminate the Sticks of Doom and restore life to all life forms killed in this world and undo all other forms of destruction that have taken place here today. We do not as a rule travel to universes this different from Midgard but the energy storms from the time disruptions here could not be ignored. Swiftdrawer should be here soon to help us after they get sent back to Rune." And then, Lord Knight Swiftdrawer arrives.

"Hugin. I got your letter. I came here as quickly as I could." "Good. We're going to need your strength and the strength of your mercenaries and pet, adventurer." Twilight speaks to the ponies and Changelings who themselves cannot fight: "Everyone who can't fight, stay here. We'll have some individuals keep you safe. Don't go anywhere. When it's safe, we'll come get you all. Is that understood?" Everyone nods and so, those who can fight leave the safety of the castle. Once outside, Future Trunks, Xeno Trunks, Pan, Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and so on all go Super Saiyan to different degrees. Hugin comments on that: "I was not involved in the battles against Cell, Frieza, Baby, or Pmurt Nedib. However, I still learned of the power of Saiyan warriors. It is fortunate no one like you Saiyans are agents of the Republic or Arunafeltz. But still, we must all be ready to fight. Us members of the Time-Space Investigation Group aren't fighters but we can hold our own for a time." And so, the fight against the sticks begins. Now that all life is already gray and dead, no one gets killed by the decay that happened as it has come to an end. The sticks don't stand a chance. The Saiyans easily blast most of them into pieces. The stragglers who managed to be far enough away or lucky enough to survive were shot and killed by Llenn, M, Pitohui, or Ash, blown up by Fukaziroh's rocket grenades, cut into pieces or magically destroyed by Raygene and Swiftdrawer, bit at by Lunatic, magically and physically fought by Twilight, Spike, Discord, the human Mane 6, or Sunset, or beat down by members of the Time-Space Investigation Group. Xeno Vegeta complains: "Damn it! I can't sense these bastards! Do they not have Ki?!" "No, that is not the situation. They have what you call Ki. However, they are also surrounded by temporal energies. That's why all life on this planet died and turned gray so quickly." "If that's true, this is worse than we fought! Wouldn't that mean that the temporal energy is building up around us."

"You would be correct. However, an invention called the Energy Accumulator of another world is absorbing the temporal energy as we speak. A microscopic version of it is on Swiftdrawer's sword at the moment. The energy is being sent to another dimension where time does not exist." No one has any words for what he just said. Instead, they all end up getting teleported around Equestria to wipe out the remaining sticks. Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon had by this point eliminated all the Sticks of Doom within their vicinity so now, they're just trying to kill each other. After an hour, all remaining sticks have been eliminated. Hugin gets the attention of everyone present after they decided to go back to Ponyville together: "We have killed all of the Sticks of Doom. Someone else has captured the remains of the original virus creatures that started this situation for study. They are a recent associate of mine. And now, it's time to restore all life in this world. In a identical fashion to the Infinite Tskuiyomi, the Moon takes on the appearance of a giant clock. That clock's minute hand starts moving backwards at an accelerating rate. The sound of a ticking clock is heard throughout the entire planet. It is that loud. But eventually, the ticking stops after the hour hand has backed back 3 times. The Moon reverts to normal and the module breaks apart, ending the death reversal. Around them, Equestria and beyond are back to how they were as if no one was ever killed. The damage done by the Sticks of Doom has been completely reversed. Using the same technology the former High Council of Neo Domino City in the Synchro Dimension once used, Twilight projects a message using solid holograms of herself once she heads back to Canterlot. As she announces what has been resolved, the entire world erupts into cheers. Those who survived and weren't brought back are escorted out of the castle by the revived Royal Guard.
