if you were a color, you'd be yellow. you're a soft tone of all the goodness, energy and happiness in the world.

even the light flecks of canary yellow in your eyes, perfectly blending with the warm shade of brown, could change my mood.

just staring into your orbs gives me another reason to smile and pretend everything is okay.

like a tall sunflower swaying side to side in the breeze, you move with a mesmerizing grace that could never once be matched with that of the most majestic of swans.

you're a burst of color, spraying up against a monotone white wall. it, like me, is useless and lifeless without you.

you fill me with life and energy. and keep me from ending it all.

and i'll always be thankful for you.

I wrote this while I was feeling a bit down and I never edited it once haha. Sorry if it sounds too depressing.
