Lonely

Feeling her tears run down her cheeks for what seemed like the tenth time, she runs her fingers across the glossy picture. The pictures were scattered all over her bedroom floor. They were a mess of people displaying different emotions. In one picture, she was smiling with her best friends. Ex-best friends.

In another, she was with her classmates. They had successfully acted out a play. Former classmates. Her parents' smiling faces were captured. In a different one. A very old one. Dead parents.

The picture she held. The one that caused her the most pain. The one that was wet and stained with her hot tears. She lightly stroked his face. As if he were with her. Holding her like he was in the picture.

Silently, she wished for his presence, his touch, his embrace. To make her pain more endurable, she took her scissors. Snip. She cut her side of the picture, leaving her boyfriend smiling alone. Ex-boyfriend. Feeling her venomous hate for herself increase, she violently tore up her picture. Thinking to herself. I'm just a burden, an insult to the human race. She curled herself up into a ball, hoping to disappear.

She was alone.

Hey, readers!!! Sorry for being so inactive. Fortunately, I've got more pieces that I'm yet to publish. Yayyyyy!!!! Love ya guys.
