Lexia pov
I was about to scream when I notice it was Aden.
"Shh, we have to get out" he whispered.
We quietly began walking toward the door until Aden stepped on something. These things immediately ran towards us.
"Run!" Aden yells. I look for my gun. The things is trying to eat Aden.
"Stop it or I will shoot!" I yell one of the things attention shift to me. My gun is pointed at it.
I try to shoot but it's stuck.
The thing is making it's way towards me.
"It's locked Alexiandra, unlock it!" Aden yells.
I do what he says.
*boom,boom and boom* I missed 2 times.
The third time the bullet goes right through its head and the thing falls down to the floor.
I make my way toward Aden the thing is still trying to bite him, but Aden doesn't let it.
I try to pull the thing off. I hit it with the gun.
And then *boom* I shoot it in it's head. Blood goes on me and some of it goes on adens face.
I throw up, I've always had Å sensitive stomach.

I help him get up, his face seems sad.
"What the hell were those things?" I ask.
"My parents" he looks at the dead corpse.
"Oh aden, I am so sorry" I began apologizing.

"It's ok, they weren't themselves anymore, we have to leave now, they drank water from the tap, make sure not to drink out of there" he says as he puts his jacket on.

He puts stuff into a backpack.
"What about yours?" He asks.
"They left me, they only took Jake with them" I can feel the tears forming. Why am I such a cry baby, stop crying.

"It's going to be ok, we have eachother" he puts his hand on my shoulder.
"They gave me a map, to get to the bunker, I can't even read maps." I pull it out and hand it to him.
"Lets go, we can get there by tomorrow afternoon if we find a car" he says reading over the map.

Our phones began buzzing, we pulled them out. This lady goes on the screen.
"Attention to any survivors, there's an infection going around, causing the infected to bite attack and kill, TSS is allowing 1,000 to join them. The first 1,000 people to arrive to the capitol are going to be helped. By the end of this week earth as we know it will be bombed, if you can't get to the capitol find any underground space it will keep you alive. The bombs will cause wave fire." Then the screen goes black, my parents they could've taken me with them.
"We need to find the bunker now, let's take your parents car."I say, he gets the keys and we go into the car.
Our country had just gotten of a war and now we are going through this. I remember how much overtime my parents work to come to a deal. The tss is like our government they are sometimes more powerful than the government they basically have any control over it.

"We should stop at a grocery store and get food , just incase." Aden suggest bringing me out of my thoughts.
"Yea we should" I agree with him.
......

We get to a store, the windows are broken spray paint all over the walls. Bodies on the floor. I get a big bag and began putting whatever was left. Aden did the same.
I think it's enough. We should go before anyone comes. We put the bags in the back.

We have been driving for 5 hours. I can tell Aden is trying not to break down.
I wonder how my parents are doing, I hope they feel guilty for leaving me .
It's now april5 2027.
Out of nowhere Aden swerves the car.
"What's wrong?" I ask in panic.
"There was a girl, stay here" he says as he gets off.
"No I'm coming with you." I get down as well.
It's a girl around our age she's blonde really pretty. She's crying a lot.
"Please help me, I don't know where I am" she cries a lot.
"It's ok, I am Aden, this is Alexiandra" Aden says while he tries to get close to the girl.
"My dad, they shot my dad, they took my sister I have no idea where my mom is" she cries more.
"Who, who did it" I ask.
"I-I-I don't know, these men they wanted to take me my mom told me to run, please help me" I go towards her.
"Come get in the car, you must be hungry" bring her into the car Aden turns it on.

"My parents they are part of tss, the tss is evil, they experiment on their on children, they wanted my parents to do the same to my sister and I" she says her tears are now dry, prettiest blue eyes.
"They are going to bomb all of earth, we are going to a bunker" Aden says.
"A bunker, how do you have one?" Shes suspicious I don't know why.
"My parents are also part of TSS, they build that bunker for me, I am Alexiandra Ellington, daughter of Harrison and Sandra" I say.
"Your daughter of a legacy, I am too I'm Mariana Villanueva, are you?" She asks Aden.
"No, my parents weren't after the scandal of the tss they stopped working there, but they weren't a legacy just workers" he says, I remember the scandal, during war every member of the tss went into hiding because of the scandal.

"We can't take the car to the woods, we are going to have to walk now, it will a 30 minute walk" Aden says as he stops the car.
We got all the bags and began walking.
"The tss is the cause of all this, they infected the water, atleast that's what my dad said, I think it's to lower population, that's why they are only taking a few people with them" blondie says.
"TSS got to pick who they took?" I ask.
"Yes and no, they look people up and they picked them and if they had space they were going to let the first 1,000 people that show up to the capitol tag along" she says that just causes a pain in my stomach, they could've taken me. I stopped talking and just looked away from them I can feel tears.

"Did I say something wrong, I am sorry I didn't mean to" she apologizes.
"It's not you, her parents left her"  Aden says, ouch one way to put it.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you" she apologizes more.
"No it's ok, it's not you" I avoid there eyes.
...
"Do you guys hear that?" Blondie asks.
"No, why" Aden looks around I do too.
"Guys I think it an infected we should run." I say and the things began coming at us.
We began running, we ran a lot.
"The bunker is over there" Aden yells. We ran to the spot he pointed.
"Where is it!" I yell I am panicking.
"Look around for any hard surfaces" we began moving leaves around.
" I found it, we need a card" blondie yells. I hurried and pull it out and go to her and tap it, the things are getting closer.

We all get in, breathing fast. We stayed there sitting on the floor for a bit,
And then we begin looking around.
"There's a tv" blondie turns it on.
"There's only two Channels, security cameras and news" she leaves it on the news.

"Earth is no longer a home, the bombing will begin tonight" the lady on the screen says.
I stopped listening as I walk away.
I see a bed all I do is lay down and close my eyes I am exhausted.

......

I was woken up by Aden.
"They are about to bomb everything" he says as I'm barely opening my eyes.
"What, now?" I say getting up.
"They are broadcasting it on the news" we hurried up and looked at the tv.

There's a count down.

The whole screen went black. The only thing that comes to my mind is my brother I really hope he's okay.
