Scar's POV

I shoved Jellie's cat bed into the suitcase and put Jellie in a backpack that I layed in my lap. I stretched my arms and yawned. Jellie meowed angrily. I gently patted her on the head and shoved her back in the backpack, making sure she was comfortable.

I then realized another problem. I would have to get on the plane. On a wheelchair.

Maybe I should...call...

Here's the thing, none of the hermits going to Australia lived nearby.  And I only had that one wheelchair that went really fast like a car.  This... could get bad... but...

I reached my garage with a small ramp instead of stairs. I went down the ramp slowly and parked my wheelchair beside my faster, electric one. I set down my stuff and unlocked the seat I was in. I slowly adjusted myself to get seated in the new one and clipped myself in, grabbing the backpack and suitcase. I quickly texted a message on Discord and prepared myself.

"You ready, Jellie?" I asked.

Jellie meowed and stretched, getting comfortable in the backpack.

"I'll take that as a yes." I said. I pushed a button near the wheels and the electric wheelchair got started. I adjusted the speed and my seating arrangement. Finally, I pushed down with one of my feet, and sped out of the open garage.

Gem's POV

Impulse might be worrying right now. But I'm also worrying. I'm in a big hurry, shoving clothes and other utilities into my suitcase. It just had to be now, eh, Xisuma? Oh well.

I checked my phone as I dragged my suitcase out of the house. One new message.

GoodTimesWithScar: Leaving now!

Okay. Another one of the hermits was leaving. Good.

GeminiTay: yeah im leaving too!

I put away my phone and shoved my suitcase in the back of my car. I got in it myself, checked the mirror and my reflection, prepared the car and realized-

"Why am I not wearing shoes?!"

I was wearing slippers and socks. In the middle of winter.

"You're Canadian, deal with it." I grumbled to myself. I entered my house and quickly slipped on some running shoes and a pair of new socks. I grabbed a backpack and filled it with water bottles, food, books, paper and pencils, you know. The usual for a plane or car ride.

I hooked the backpack over my right arm and made my way back to the car.
