Chapter 10-Want to go home.

In afternoon registration, Zayn saw my red shirt was soaking wet. His eyes widened as if he saw his favourite action toy being announced to be sold out.

"What happened?" He was confused and concerned. I didn't respond as the thought of what happened gives me shivers like the ones you get when you watch a horror movie all alone.

"Did Lavanya do this to you?" he enquires, getting increasingly annoyed and impatient.

I started forming tears but didn't make a sound. The cold water just gave me a fever. Me crying just made my head spin as I leaned my head on his shoulder as he rubbed my hands to keep me warm.

"It's time for maths class," Zayn whispered as he stood up to assess my situation.

"I want to go home." I whinge as I wipe my tears.

Zayn sighed as he picked up my bag. "Come in just 1 and a half hours, and then we can go home. I'll drop you."

It was a great deal for me, so I agreed to go to class. I drag myself out of the classroom, knowing my day can't get any worse as no one else knows other than the girls about my silly little confession.

Maths with Mr Henwick was daunting as he went on and on about logistics for what felt like the 4th time.

"ELIANA, you know that the school rules are to take off your jacket when you're inside" Mr Henwick yells as he towers right in front of me. I look up to see an annoyed Mr. Henwick who faces changes of concern once he sees my puffy teared up eyes.

"Okay everyone do page 206 questions 1,2 and...... 3" he instructs the class before kneeling to my level to enquire what has happened.

"What's wrong?" He was concerned to see his student in such distress.

"Lavanya did this." An annoyed Zayn whispered loudly to Mr Henwick before assisting me to remove my jacket to showcase a soaked Eliana.

Mr Henwick looks in surprise as he sees my drenched attire "when did this happen?" he questions, hoping to give justice for me.

"At lunch. she won't tell you, she wouldn't even tell me" Zyan responds even more frustrated.

"Please, don't do anything. I don't want any help. It would just make the issue worse." I squeak as Mr Henwick tries to convince me that it's not a good idea to keep it away, but I stayed firm with my decision. If Lavanya were to get in trouble, she would tell everyone about my confession to Iza.

"Okay, but if it gets out of hand, I want you to tell me or Zayn, understand?" Mr Henwick recites it to me firmly. I nod my head before hiding it as it continues to pound.

Zyan places my jacket over my shoulders before continuing to write notes. I sat there unsure of how I would end Lavanya's bullying. My mind shows me a mental image of Iza and how she didn't say a word, let alone look at me.
