Lilian Ayres replied to me.

She actually fucking replied.

My hands were shaking and I had the biggest grin sewn on my face right now. My phone was telling me that Lilian was online at this exact moment. She's waiting for my reply. For me. I closed my eyes and smiled but it wasn't enough to express the feeling I had inside.

"Thea!" I called her name as loud as I could because I didn't know what to reply next. When she didn't come, I looked around me and jumped. I jumped and with a hand in the air, I shouted, "Yes!" That was before I started doing some girly dance on how my crush just texted me back.

"Wow," Thea said at the door as I immediately stopped dancing and I stood up straight. I pretended to cough when looking at her half confused and half about to burst out laughing face. "Maybe you're a bisexual."

I smirked and shoved the nearest pillow at her. When Thea caught it, she closed the door behind her and grinned as she walked closer to me. I looked at my sister and back at the phone. She looked at me and then back at the phone. Now, I felt clueless again and so, I fell back into bed. Thea rolled her eyes and had her hands in the air.

"Seriously?" she groaned, lying down next to me. "The princess of your dream just replied to you and now you're letting her wait."

"How do you know she's waiting for my reply?" I asked, confused. Suddenly, I felt Thea grabbing the phone from me and unlocked the phone. Once, she clicked on Lilian's message, she showed it to my face. I read that Lilian's online. Then again, I still had no idea what that meant.

"She's online," Thea explained. "It means she's waiting for your message. Because if she doesn't care, she would go offline. Trust me, that's how us girls show our interest. Well, me, anyway." A blush slid across her face and I wasn't bothered to even ask why. I took the phone and wrote a basic description of John.

Your Disney Prince: If you're asking whether I'm blonde and British then yes, it's John.

It wasn't even a lie so I felt okay when saying that. As soon as I put the phone down, Lilian was already typing. Maybe Thea was right - she was waiting for my message. Suddenly, my heart just felt needed and loved. It's nice.

Lilian: Smith! Why it is you!
Lilian: (just between me and you I never liked the other John)

And I'm already laughing. A girl with a sense of humour will always top of my interest list. I was smiling like a fool that I've forgotten Thea was next to me. I only realised when there was a 'click' sound and flashed at me. I eyed at Thea, who took a damn photo of me, and went to tackle her. She was too fast when she stood up and raced to the door, laughing. Just as the door shut, I could hear her yell, to Alex probably, "Simon's in love and I got a picture to prove it!"

I ignored her laughter and looked back at my phone, thinking what I could reply next. I haven't watched Pocahontas since I was ten so I don't remember any quotes or jokes from it anyway. But I went with the flow about the other John.

Your Disney Prince: Good. You guys make a crap couple anyway. :P

The easiest person to imagine right now about being in a crap relationship with Lilian is no other than Charles. This thought made me nod to myself. I could give myself a pat on the back for thinking out of the box.

Lilian: Well, sometimes the right path is not the easiest one.

I knew that was a quote from the movie. So being the smart one I was, I quickly opened up Google and searched for quotes from Pocahontas. The first image was the quote that Lilian has said. I kept scrolling until I found one from what John Smith said. It was pretty a romantic quote that I wasn't sure whether to write it or not. I mean, will it make me sound too forward? It was a risk to take.

Your Disney Prince: I'd rather die tomorrow than live a hundred years without knowing you.

Lilian didn't reply after that. It was a good sign that she didn't read the message yet but my heart still felt a bit worried. I mean, she started it with this whole Disney thing. I just followed along. By being a Disney Prince, I had to be romantic. Then again, John Smith was not a Prince. So I waited patiently for her message when a Ding! caught my attention. Too bad it wasn't here but the boyfriend who was eating someone out minutes ago.

Gabriel: Sorry
Gabriel: Millie was being a bit wild ;)
Gabriel: But did you manage to talk to Princess Lilian?
Gabriel: Get it? Because she likes Disney Princesses

Your Disney Prince: Yeah and she's actually talking to me! :)
Your Disney Prince: Btw I changed my name to Your Disney Prince for a disguise.

Gabriel: Cool, though it's still 'Fag #2' saved in mine

I wanted to reply with something nasty back when the Ding! was heard again. My princess was calling me so I decided to ignore Gabriel and let him continue with whatever he was doing to Millie. Whoops. I meant, with Millie.

Lilian: You gotta try a lot harder than that ;)

My blush has returned. I had to look back at the text a billion times to notice that was actually a winky face being sent to me. Suddenly, this whole anonymous texting was beginning to make me feel a bit braver. And I liked that. But when I looked back down, she sent me another text and I didn't feel like talking anymore.

Lilian: So let's cut to the chase. Who is this?

I had to think fast. But I didn't. So I just wrote the obvious.

Your Disney Prince: Your Disney Prince ;)

The winky face did seem a bit too much but it was too late to turn back. My heart started beating fast when Lilian was typing.

Lilian: Aw :( Not even a clue? Please?

Your Disney Prince: Well since you said please, I'll give you a clue :)
Your Disney Prince: I go to your school

Lilian: Are you in any of my classes?

She was making this too easy. I'm not letting my identity slip that easily.

Your Disney Prince: I'm a year younger than you. Now that's it, no more questions :)

Lilian: Not even a selfie? :P

Your Disney Prince: One day. When I feel like being nice...

Lilian: Haha I'll wait for that day then because you seem pretty cool to befriend!
Lilian: I have to go now. I'll look out for you in school, John Smith :P

Your Disney Prince: Okay, so long Pocahontas!
Your Disney Prince: Just don't forget to paint with all the colours of the wind. :P

The sun was setting from outside and when I stood in front of my window, the view just seemed even more beautiful than before. I felt good and different. I smiled and nodded at the sun. So much for nature. The thought circled my mind. Lilian was now my friend. Escaping the friend zone was not easy but it will be better than being non-existent to her. I can't complain.

"So how was Poca, John?" I turned around and saw not my sister but my mother standing at the door with her arms crossed. To make it worse, she was grinning at me. Thea was so in trouble.
