Yoohyeon's POV

"Yoohyeon-ah. Is Minji coming?" Bora-unnie asked from the kitchen.

"Neh" I replied. She gave me a look.

"Whaaat?" I asked giving her the what-do-you-want look. She chuckled.

"Aniyaa.. I bet she's nervous kkkk" she laughed which made me laugh as well.

"She is. She kept asking me what she should wear and what she should do around her" I chuckled.

"Oh please, typical Minji" I looked at her seriously, "you mean to say she's done it before?!" I asked. She waved her hands indicating a no.

"Pabo.. What I'm saying is, she's like that when she's nervous. She might not have shown you before but she's like that and it's normal especially when she's meeting the parent of her girlfriend. I bet you would've too if she did the same. And since when did you become this jealousy type??" She grinned at me.

Right.. at some point, she'll also introduce me to her family. I heard her family was very supportive of her dating whoever she falls for, I hope to meet them one day. I'm willing to wait for it when she's ready. I smiled back at Bora-unnie.

We both heard a soft knock, Bora-unnie and I looked at each other surprised.

"Is that her?!" I panicked because we both know that our Mom isn't supposed to be here until 6PM. And it's only 1PM. Bora-unnie shrugged.

I went and open the door carefully checking if it really is our Mom.

"Hi baby" Minji greeted me while smiling cutely. I exhaled a sighed of relief. I smiled back and let her inside before hugging her tightly.

"OH IT'S YOU MINJWI?" Bora-unnie shouted from the kitchen. My girlfriend shouted back to confirm it.

"Where's Siyeon-unnie?" I asked while grabbing the bags she was carrying it looks like a roasted chicken and small carrot cake. I smiled before putting it and setting it on the table.

"She said she forgot something in the car so she went back to grab it, she told me to go ahead so I could help" She replied while making her way to the kitchen to wash her hands before helping my sister.

"Oh, I'm almost done. Just cut the watermelon over there. Yah!! Yoohyeon-ah make yourself useful by setting up the table will you?" I whined but still complied anyways.

"yaah.. Minji-ah I heard you were nervous? That's normal but did you know it's going to be the first time Yoohyeon introduces someone to Mom?" I heard my sister whisphered to my girlfriend from the kitchen which made me blush but luckily no one can see it because I'm here in the dining area setting up the table.

I heard a knock on the door, "That must be Siyeon!" Bora-unnie half-shouted before going to the door and opening it. Indeed, it was Siyeon-unnie.

By the time we finished everything it was quarter to 6PM. So we're all just patiently waiting for Mom to come. I rested my head on Minji's lap while she plays with my hair.

After a while we heard the doorbell rings, we all jumped from the sudden noise. Minji and Siyeon-unnie stood up and fixed their clothes. Bora-unnie hurriedly open the door and greeted our Mom.

"Oh? Bora-yah, I miss you" Mom said while hugging my sister tightly, "Yoohyeonie?! OMO! You're much taller than your sister now!" She looked over and hugged me just as tight as well. She let go of me and peeked behind our backs and glanced at both Siyeon and Minji.

She smiled at the both of them, "Uri Singnie? How are you? Is my Bora giving you a hard time?!" She hugged Siyeon-unnie, Minji slipped her hands inside mine and I squeezed it and gave her a reassuring smile.

"Oh?" She looked over my girlfriend from head to toe, "Eomma.." I complained, she chuckled, "Who is this fine lady that my tall tree daughter scammed, huh?" My Mom joked making all of them laugh besides me. I pouted.

"Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Kim Minji" My girlfriend greeted before giving my Mom a polite bow. My Mom smiled, she opened her arms telling Minji she shouldn't worry and to just come and hug her. I melt at the interaction.

We all head over to the dining area to begin eating and sharing each other's values and news to each other to keep the spirit alive.

"Also, Bora-yah.. when are you and Singnie planning on getting married? You've been together for more than 5 years, no?" Bora-unnie choked on her food and I see that Siyeon-unnie is as red as the tomato in this pasta from the sudden mention of marriage. Minji and I looked at each other and giggled.

"7 years, Mom please" Bora-unnie said trying to subside her cough. I laugh silently but she caught me, "Oh, eomma.. aren't you surprised? It's the first time Yoohyeon introduced someone to you" she smirked at me.

"Yea, I honestly can't believe she actually managed to victimize a beautiful young lady here" She joked making me pout again and making my girlfriend blushed.

"I heard Bora mentioning a girl named, Minji as her best friend. Was that you?" My Mom asked Minji. Minji nodded, "Yes, ma'am" Bora-unnie laughed at how my girlfriend addressed my Mom. I glared at her but grinned as well. I grabbed Minji's hand to relax her.

"Just call me Mom. That's how I told Singnie here to call me as well on our first meeting so you'll have to do the same as well, ok?" My mom said, I smiled at them both.

"N-neh.." Minji politely answered. I put my hands on top of her right thigh and gently pat it. She smiled.

"I'm glad that both of my daughters are being taken care of by the person they love. Thank you for putting up with my daughters, they can be hard-headed at times especially this one" She pointed at Bora-unnie.

"If you guys are wondering, I'm almost never here in South Korea because I had to take care of our business line in the States. I had to leave them here because they didn't want to migrate over there. Bora-yah, thank you for taking care of your sister, you're doing such a great job" Mom smiled at her.

"You stop giving your sister a hard time ok? She's not going to live with you forever.. Minji-ah, from now on take care of her ok?" Minji gladly nodded.

"yah.. Mom what are you even saying! I can take care of myself!" I whined and they all laughed.

"This roasted chicken is very good! Where did you get this Bora-yah?" Mom complimented, I looked at Minji and saw her eyes sparkling with joy.

"Mom, Minji cooked it!" I said proudly, Mom gasped.

"OMO! Ok. That's it Yoohyeonie! You need to marry her asap!" Mom overreacted which made us laughed loudly. I looked over at Minji, I could tell that she's more relax now that my Mom is lifting this mood up for everyone. I smiled. It's been so long since I've had somethinf like this..

"Anyways, kids.. I won't be long as I'll have to meet up with some business friends. I'm guessing you don't want me to stay long as well anyways" she rolled her eyes on all of us before smirking at us.

"Shh.. mom please" I said while laughing. Mom hugged our girlfriends first before hugging my sister and I. We all accompanied her outside towards the parking lot and bid our goodbyes.

I heard Minji exhaled a sigh of relief. I glanced at her and wrapped my arms around her waist, "you did well baby, I told you she already loves you" I smiled before kissing her cheek.

"It's kind of late, do you guys wanna stay the night?" My sister asked.

"I don't mind" Siyeon replied smiling.

"Babe?" I looked at my girlfriend and she looked back at me, "whaat? No?" I asked while pouting, she shook her head before saying, "I haven't been inside your room.." oh.. right.

Bora-unnie and Siyeon-unnie laughed so loud and annoyingly, I glared at them both which made them laughed even louder. ugh.. I looked over to my girlfriend and pouted, she smiled and cupped my cheeks and peck my lips.

"You'll see the difference between the Yooh you know and the Yooh you don't once you enter her room" my sister chuckled.

"Can't wait then.." my girlfriend smirked at me. I shrugged before dragging her gently inside the condo.
