Kise's P.O.V

I was sitting on the floor staring at Kagamicchi in shock.

"Kagamicchi.... W..what are you doing here?! "

Suddenly Kagamicchi started laughing

"Haha your face is hilarious it's like you've seen a ghost!" Kagamicchi says while still laughing.

"Ehhh??? It's not funny Kagamicchi... Anyway, why did you do that I was gonna go talk to someone!"

The last time I saw Kagamicchi was when our teams were playing against each other in basketball

"You know (F/N)??" Kagami asked

"Yeah, I bumped into her one time and now were best friends! Wait.... You know (L/N)cchi too Kagamicchi?!"

"Yeah we're best friends too Kise. We go to the same school. Now lemme ask you a question Kise, what are you doing here?" Kagamicchi said now with a serious face.

"I... Um... I needed to talk to (L/N)cchi, it's very important Kagamicchi so I'll be on my way now." I said as I got up and started walking away.

"Oh no you don't!" Kagamicchi yelled as he grabbed my shoulder.

"Today is a very special day for (F/N) so I'm gonna make sure nothing messes with the plan." Kagami said

"The plan?" I said raising my eyebrow

" hmm.... I don't know if I should tell you or not. Well it's gonna happen anyway so I might as well tell you..

"(F/N) is going to get confessed to by someone and I'm here to make sure the plan goes smoothly, I've been following her around so she goes the right way and doesn't bump into any distractions." Kagami said

Why do people have to keep reminding me that (L/N)cchi was gonna get taken away from me?

Anger suddenly boiled up inside of me...

"So who is this person that is gonna confess to (L/N)cchi...?" I said angrily.

"Hmm? Oh... It's Kuroko" Kagami said

I suddenly felt my heart clenching with pain and rage. I felt like a gust of wind had just passed over me, and I don't know how to react...

"Kurokochhi...?" I whispered

"Yeah, the person with light blue hair and uses misderction!" Kagami replied.

I was so angry in the moment yet, I felt guilty... Kurokocchi is my friend... But I love (L/N) cchi. I can't choose between one..

Do I try to get (L/N)cchi and steal her away from Kurokocchi and lose my friendship with him....?

Or

Do I let my friend have his true love and see him happy while I painfully move on..?

I don't know what do to....

"Kise? Are you okay?" Kagami said poking my arm

Suddenly I realized....

"Kagamicchi.... You can't stop me." I said while I swiftly dashed off.

"OI GET BACK HERE!" Kagami yelled while chasing after me.

I couldn't hear anything all I was thinking of was (L/N)cchi...

"I'm sorry Kurokocchi."

Your P.O.V

You knew where you were going now..

"Our special spot, the treehouse."

You briskly walked to the park in excitement.

*15 minutes later*

You finally arrived at the treehouse.

"Wow... It's been a long time since we've been here.."

You looked up at the tree house. You remembered that you and Kuroko-kun had painted it blue with some flowers on top but now the paint had almost faded away, there were some holes in the roof and one of the windows were broken.

"Eh? Is it still okay to climb up into this treehouse?"

Suddenly you see there's a note beside the ladder. It said:

Dear (L/N)-San,

I know it doesn't look like it's in great shape but it's still okay to climb.. Go up inside and your letter awaits you.

You stared up again at the tree house

"Well okay... If Kuroko-kun says it's safe.."

You started climbing and when you got to the top you saw the letter. You quickly grabbed it and it read:

Dear (L/N)-San,

I knew you could do it... You completed our little game. All that's left is your suprise, but I want to tell you a few things. The past week it's been kinda rough. We both had emotions that kept confusing us and promises that kept stopping us. But I just want to tell you I'm sorry for being like this... It's kinda hard to act normally when you're in love with your best friend.... Yes, I said it. I love you (L/N)-San. I'm also sorry that it took me such a long time to say that. All these years I tried making you happy, cause your smile was the thing that brightened my day. But I thought that I was holding you back and I thought that we weren't meant to be with each other, but now I realize that we NEED each other and it's almost impossible to stay away from each other. Anyway I don't want to keep you from your suprise.. Look out the window and there you will see it.

Your heart was thumping so fast that you felt like you were gonna faint.

"So...Kuroko-kun does love me back..." You said as you smiled blushing.

You kept re-reading the part when Kuroko-kun said "I love you".

"Is this a dream....? I just can't believe it.."

Suddenly you remembered the suprise.

You looked out the window and smiled.

Outside standing below the treehouse with nice formal clothes holding a tiny box, smiling cheerfully at you was...

"Kuroko-kun...."
