Who the hell is Sydnei??

And why is she testifying against me?? She doesn't know me?? Does she??

"Ok Ms. Sydnei, please tell the court what happened that night??" The plaintiff asks her.

"That night Rachel and I were going to bible study to go and praise the Lord for being so good to us. And my boyfriend had just back from visiting a children's hospital after dropping off loads of free toys to them because we just feels so bad for them."

I look back at Rachel to see if this is true, and as I suspected it's not.

Rachel's mouth is to the floor, looks like Sydnei is lying. I sit back and listen to this bullshxt.

"And my boyfriend was like there will be an elegant party that's taking place at our church members house. So we decided to go. And we went there and had an amazing time. Singing pray and worship and singing Kumbaya."

I raise my eyebrows and shake my head.

Now I remember who this chick is. At the party she tried to feel up on me to make her boyfriend jealous cuz girls was getting his attention. I told her no and she got mad and told me I would regret it.

"Then he" Sydnei points at Michael "Came to the party and messed up everything, he touched me inappropriately and tried to rape Rachel.

I open my eyes wide, now I have had enough.

I stand up," Your honor she is lying, I never touched her." I saw furious

The judge points his finger to me and motions me to sit down and shut up.

My lawyer pulls me down into the chair.

Sydnei gives me the stank eye and continues her lies, "Anyway your honor before I was rudely interrupted. Michael Jackson touch me inappropriately his hand started from my breast then done my stomach then to my vagina then he started to run on it but then he stopped and said "You ain't my type." And I stood there so embarrassed because I have never experienced anything like that." she wiped a tear from her eye.

This girl is really good, she got to be the biggest jackass ever.

Rachel and I know the truth.

"And Rachel told me that night that, someone tried to rape her and it only leads to Michael." She says

I look back at Rachel and see her face turn red from embarrassment, I never tried to rape her. I know I was being very rough with her but I would never take sex from her like that.

"Thank you Ms. Sydnei, your honor no further questions." the plaintiff says walking away to have a seat.

Before Sydnei could step down my lawyer calls to the judge, "Your honor if I may, I have a few questions for Ms. Sydnei." he says standing up.

The judge nods his head and Sydnei sits back down, watching my every movement.

"What are you doing??" I ask him nervously, not breaking my stare at Sydnei.

"I got this Mike calm down." my lawyer says walking over to Sydnei.

"Hello Ms. Frasier, or Ms. Gennings or Ms. Finnley, which name would you prefer??"

Sydnei's body tenses up and she starts looking nervous, hmm this should be interesting.

"Umm, you can just call me Sydnei."

"Ok Sydnei, the night of this out of control party you attended what really happened?? Because for one, Rachel, you and your boyfriend, Micah did not go to some normal party. You three went to a crazy house party where someone's parents weren't home, there was illegal drinking and smoking for which you got tested for. My client Mr. Jackson did not touch you because you touched Mr. Jackson because you were drunk and mad at your boyfriend. Right or wrong??" my lawyer says looking at her.

She stays quiet then looks at Rachel for help, but I look back and Rachel has her hands crossed smirking at her.

I look back at Sydnei and smirk myself.

"Uhh Ms. Sydnei, you were asked a question under oath, did you or did you not touch my client inappropriately because you were trying to make your boyfriend jealous because he was flirting with other girls. You got mad that my client turned you down, then your boyfriend came back to you and you forgot all about your best friend?"

"YES OK YES I WAS FUXKING ANGRY SHE ALWAYS WAS THE ONE TO GET THE BEST GUYS, THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE. I PLANNED FOR HER TO GET ATTACKED OK, BUT MICHAEL WASN'T THE ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HER, AND I DIDN'T THINK SHE WOULD END UP FALLING IN LOVE WITH HIM." Sydnei yells out in court.

I stand up and put my hand on the table and just look at Sydnei, then I turn around and look at all the faces in the room, they all have shocked faces on them. Then I look at Rachel's face and see hers is all red with sadness, embarrassment, and now rage.
