Adaline Anne Styles.

Our second child and our first daughter was born a cloudy day in March. She was born healthy and with a lot of hair on her head. She screamed and cried when she came out after hours of delivery but Violet was much more confident this time around.

My wife said that she was not going to give me more kids after Adaline was born because we already had the perfect pair but I was not having any of it. I will make sure that I get more.

As soon as I saw Adaline I felt in love. She was so tiny and pinkish. Her cheeks and her whole body was pinkish and so soft. She pouted with those lips that were just the same as her brothers and mine. Violet was so fustrated because yet again, the baby looked just like me and nothing like her.

I was so happy as I held my daughter to my chest as she slept peacefully and my grin only grew when my little boy stepped into the room followed by his grandma. She smiled at me telling me we have done well.

Robbie got closer to me and looked at the baby in my arms with a weird face. He didn't understood much when we explained to him that he was going to be a big brother and that there was a baby on his mommy's tummy that grew every day. He usually asked Violet how the baby got in her belly or why she ate a baby which was all very funny. So now he was looking at the baby as if he was seeing an allien.

"Robbie this is your baby sister." I told him.

"Why pink?" He asks.

"Because she was born pinkish. It will change with time." I tell him.

"She pretty." He says.

I smile at him and nod at him in agreement. He put his finger to her cheek and pocked her. She moved but luckily didn't start to cry.

"I protect you." He told her.

My heart was filled with love for my two kids. The thought of my little boy protecting my little girl was enough to make me cry with happiness. Also the thought that I was not going to be the only one caring for Adaline. She also had her big brother to protect her.

"Can play?" Robbie asks.

"She is too small now but soon she will play with you." I tell him.

Robbie pouted but then moved towards the bed where Violet was resting. I layed Adaline in Violet's arms and then helped Robbie up into the bed. He sat on it and kissed Violet on the cheek. Violet smiled at him before looking down to Adaline.

I remember her face when she told me her period was not coming. She was freaking out and cursing the moment she told me it was okay to do it without protection the night of Gemma's wedding. We bought around 5 different pregnancy test and all of them came out as positive.

Violet was so ready to kill me cause she wanted to wait at least another year to get pregnant with our second but in the end, I knew she loved it. She looked so happy pregnant and she even confessed me that she liked being pregnant because she loved knowing there was a human growing inside of her.

That is why I know I am going to convince her to go for another baby. Maybe it will take two more years but I was fine with it. I also wanted to enjoy my two kids to the fullest. Robbie was growing so big every day and soon he will be 2. Now Adaline who is going to be a whole new deal since she is a girl and is going to be different than it was with Robbie.

My happiness sky rocket when Robbie kissed Adaline's cheek and she moved her mouth to what looked like a smile. Then Robbie smiled at her too and said that he loved her. It was the most beautiful moment in my life. I realized I have created two lifes and they were able to love each other with only a few minutes of meeting.

"Robbie you are a big brother now, how does that feel?" Violet asked him.

"Bad." He said.

"Why?" I ask him in awe.

"She small, can't play toys." He spoke as best as he could.

"She will soon little man." I told him.

"She play with me?" He asks.

"She will don't worry." Violet told him as she caressed his hair.

"Name?" Robbie asked pointing to his sister.

"Adaline." Violet told him.

"Ayadine." Robbie managed to say.

"Close little man." I told him. "You can call her Ada."

"Aya." Robbie said.

Violet and I chuckled at his failed attends of saying his sisters name but we were happy to see him try. Robbie continued to stare at his sister with wide curious eyes making us chuckle. When Adaline started to cry Robbie looked so worried for her that we were scared he was going to cry too.

Violet feed her which made Robbie look at his mom and sister in awe. The image made me so nostalgic of the times she was feeding Robbie and he was still so small. It's crazy how fast kids grow up. It all feels so long ago.

When Adaline was feed, the nurses took her from us so she could sleep. Violet decided to sleep too and I took Robbie home. It was the two of us only at the house and it looked so big in comparison to when Violet was home. I couldn't wait to have my whole family in this house.

I put Robbie to sleep in his new big boy bed that looked too big for his small body and then made my way to my room where I missed the warmth of Violet next to me the whole night.

A few days later, I was driving Violet and Adaline home while Robbie sat next to them in the car. He was wearing a pair sunglasses that made him look funny but he won't take them off don't ask me why. While Adaline slept peacefully during the car ride.

I took the kids out and Robbie held Violet's hand as they made their way into the house while I carried Adaline in. We left the hospital stuff by the door and walked to the kitchen.

"Princess Adaline welcome home!" I told her but she was still sleeping.

Violet prepared some sandwiches for us while I changed Adaline's nappy after she woke up crying. It was funny because so far Robbie used to be louder than Adaline is being. Maybe it is just for now but I think she is more silent.

When I took Adaline to her room, I showed her around telling her that this is where she was going to grow up in. She was awake but her eyes barely stayed open for long before she was back to sleep. I put her into her crib and made my way out of the pink room.

Once I arrived to the kitchen I smiled as I saw Robbie eating his sandwich with crumbs all over his mouth. Violet was eating hers as well as she chuckled at what Robbie was saying.

"Aya play me and Zander yes?" He asked.

"She is too small but soon she will." Violet answered.

"Aya is like Mia?" He asked.

"She is a girl like Mia but they may not be alike. We will see." She answered.

"Mia play Barbie. I not play Barbie. Aya play Barbie?" He asked.

Violet chuckled at him and told him that Adaline was too young to play Barbie but she may in the future. Robbie pouted saying he had no Barbie to play with Adaline which made me chuckle as well.

"Mommy can buy Barbie to play Aya? I play Barbie with Aya!" Robbie said.

"Don't worry little man, you will play Barbie with Ada one day. Now eat that sandwich." I told him.

"Daddy! Play cars?" He asks me.

"Sure little man." I tell him.

After eating, Violet goes to sleep while I go to Robbie's room and we play with his toy cars. I love to spend time with my son even if it is while playing in his room. I wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

Who would have told me that I was going to be this happy being a dad? Being a dad is the best thing I have done in the world.

A/N: welcome to the family Adaline! Hope you guys like the name I chose for her. I was just looking at popular names and I saw this one that apparently has increased in popularity because of Blake Lively's movie The Age Of Adaline. I haven't watched the movie but I Blake is a hottie and I loved the name as soon as I saw it.

For those who don't like the name please leave me suggestions on the comments for future kid/s (if there are more), it can be boy or girl :) 

My plan is that tomorrow chapter 99 will be up but I am not sure if I will be up for it. Since yesterday I have been sick and I thought it was going to go away soon but it didn't. I can't even breath properly, I heard weirdly and overall I don't feel well. Good thing is that the chapter is already written so even if I continue not feeling well I can update like today. So I am very positive that tomorrow you will get an update!
