Mia's POV
2 1/2 months later...

So far me and Nahmir have been together for almost three months and things are going good for us I've also decided to work for him part time which is mainly on my days off from foot locker— it's pretty easy working for him I basically go with him to the studio, help him prepare for interviews and anything else he needs my help with. Speaking of interviews were at one right now I'm just in the backstage part but I can still see him and basically hear everything that's going on.

"So Nahmir, it appears that your a very popular subject on the shade room. They've even mentioned someone by the name of Alycia or as most of you know her by which is sahlt_ on Instagram. People have seen you guys together and their trying to piece together whether you guys are an item or a fling" Jasmine the interviewer said

"I— sorry Jasmine that's not a topic I'm willing to discuss on national tv in front of all these people" Nahmir said trying to change the subject

I wasn't gonna burst his bubble about it but if they are a thing or even a fling I have the right to know since I'm the one he's dating I'll just forget about it for now since he's in front of all these people

"Alright— Uh so I hear your working on some new music, let's hear some dates your fans are really pumped and wanna know what's next" Jasmine the interviewer said

"Some things are still in the works but it'll be out soon I swear" Nahmir said

No One's POV
After the interview...

"Don't pay attention to any of that, that's just people starting rumors" Nahmir said once he plopped down on the couch next to me

Mia nodded her head letting him know that she agreed with him, although she really didn't. We all know the shade room and as much as he's saying it's a rumor majority of the stuff that the shade room posts it's 100% true most of the time.

Mia's POV

After Nahmir said what he said I went on Instagram and the first thing that popped up on my feed was a post that the shade room had posted

I looked at the post as well as the commentary from the shade room of course "looks like #ybnnahmir and his boo #sahlt are still going strong" and with that I continued scrolling down my timeline as much as I care about Nahmir something about this post tells me that it's true and I hate it because he had that outfit on yesterday when he had FaceTimed me about coming to his interview thing with him today

"Hey, you good over there you been zoned out ever since we got in the car" Nahmir said

"Oh yeah, I'm totally fine— still going strong, don't you think" I said to Nahmir

"Huh, what" Nahmir said as if he'd seen a ghost

"Still want that Stromboli" I said

Nahmir's POV

"Still want that Stromboli" Mia said

"Oh yeah, my bad thought you said something else. What pizza spot did you wanna go to again" I said

"Desano pizza bakery, their garlic knots are the best ohh and their extra garlic on the pizza crust— I love it" Mia said

"Alright that's where we're going then" I said knowing exactly where that was at

I hope she doesn't follow the shade room but even if she does I can easily clear that lie up and Alycia (sahlt) is gonna help me. See I like Mia a lot but I also like Alycia a lot and no I can't decide who I wanna be with at the moment which is why I have to keep both parties happy until I can decide on who I really wanna be with

"So I start school tomorrow" Mia said

"What about your job at foot locker, what about you working for me like you've been doing" I said

"Trust me I'm still gonna do both, I already talked to Tasha yesterday she's just gonna make all my shifts afternoon shifts for a few hours after school and morning shifts on the weekends and as for you since I'm gonna be a senior I'll only be in school for a few hours a day since the principal is thinking about turning our school into a cyber school thing for seniors and juniors only" Mia said

"Oh okay that's cool, you got everything you need for school" I said

"Yeah. I got a laptop since the cyber school thing is starting in two weeks, the teachers all emailed me what I need for this year and since I was working at foot locker full time I was able to go out and get my shit for school this year" Mia said

"Alright cool. Let me know if you need anything and if you ever need a ride to school I'll drop you off and pick you up" I said

"Won't it be weird, I mean I know you have a lot of fans. I still haven't told anyone besides the girls and my other group of friends that were dating but I don't want you to pick me up from school tomorrow or something and then all these fans bombard your car to where you can't even leave the parking lot or something" Mia said

"Yeah I get what your saying so how about this I just wear a disguise or something" I said

"Or— you can drop me off a block before the school so that I can just walk down and then I'll meet you at the same spot when you pick me up. I know you love your fans but I honestly don't want people all in my face trying to be my friend because of who I'm dating that makes me feel used and I don't wanna feel like that" Mia said
