"i can't believe my princess is going to graduate tomorrow.. didn't you just enter kindergarten yesterday?" the woman in her 40s smiled proudly at the sight of her daughter putting on her shoes.

nayeong smiled back after hearing what her mother said. it really warmed her heart when she found out that her parents took a week off just for her graduation. "hehe, i can't believe it either."

"hey hey hey! before you two go to school, let me take a picture of you two. i found a picture of you guys when it was your first day in kindergarten." her father motioned the two to stand next to each other in front of the doorway. "oh, and hold hands! you both were holding hands in the picture."

nayeong and jisung stared at each other disgusted before holding hands together. they both looked into the camera and showed their toothy smiles, just like in the past.

their parents flashed a proud smile at them, especially nayeong. "now go and remember to spend your last day well! if you guys are gonna come home late–"

"we'll inform you!"

"noona, is 12th grade hard?" the brown haired boy asked the older. nayeong smiled sheepishly.

"i mean, it's definitely the year where i start adult-ing a bit. so i kinda took it seriously since i wanna be prepared for college. i guess if you really try, then you'll survive." nayeong replied.

( lol i actually don't know i ain't there yet )

chenle nodded, "okay okay.. thanks noona!" he flashed his smile at her. jisung gazed at her sister, which she noticed. "why're you staring at me with your googly eyes like that?"

jisung only sighed. "it'll be weird seeing your old locker being opened by someone else and not walking with you to school."

"aw, my baby bro is going to miss me.." she pouted, making jisung scrunch his face in disgust. "oh my god, no.. don't make that face.."

nayeong laughed, "hey, that's mean! well, you gotta do what you gotta do. you gotta get used to it. just try to spend more time with your friends here rather than thinking about a lot of your friends that's gonna graduate tomorrow. enjoy it while you can because time flies, you know?"

jisung and chenle looked at each other and nodded. "okay."

jisung's

"bye, sung-ah! wait for me after school!" nayeong waved as she walked away to class. me and chenle waved back and went into ours.

"still can't believe she's gonna graduate tomorrow.. it'll be so weird without her." chenle pouted as he dropped his bag next to his desk. i laughed, "it's not she's gonna move away to australia or something."

chenle glared at me. "it's easy for you to say, you live with her, i don't! she's just someone that's easy to like! someone like her is hard to find these days."

"..hard to find? look in the mirror, chenle." i furrowed my eyebrows. he's so dramatic. i mean, i know he likes her as in a crush kinda way but the way he talks about her as if she's a god or something is so weird.

"ugh, you just don't know what it feels like to like someone-"

"jisung-ah!" someone at the door called out. the whole class became quiet, that almost made me shit my pants. why's everyone so quiet?

i turned around just to get dragged by the arm by someone, who turned out to be jeno.

i let out a sigh of a relief. "hyung, you scared me! and why are you dragging me?"

he then stopped at the stairs. "sung-ah. i need you to help me, asap." he stared deeply into my eyes ( lol what ). he looked like he saw a ghost or something. "woah okay.. what is it about?"
