Borealis Pov:

Sure enough Tanu's first plan failed like always even as kids his first plan would always fail because he would overthink it and would only simplify it on the second attempt. "Tanu You really need to learn when to make your plans simple." I told him as I shot a few grunt in the face with my shotgun and reloaded. 

"Yeah how about you try coming up with plans to take over a base that is full of enemies waiting to kill you" he retorted as he shot an elite in the head with his sniper while dodging another that tried to hit him with it's rifle. "Would you two stop bickering and pay attention to the fight that is going on right now" Overhaul yelled at us while he was taking some shots to his shields and were close to dropping. 

"Overhaul get some cover your shields can't take much more" Jungle said to him as he went in front and put up his hardlight shield while Overhaul just growled at him, " I don't need your help" he stated and pushed Jungle out of the way to keep firing while Jungle just sighed and went back to killing more covenant. 

Seeing as there wasn't that much enemies left I tossed a grenade in clearing the remain ones out while Tanu killed an elite by stabbing it with his energy sword. "Alright I think all that's left is a few Covenant and Kuth Mog in the control room" Tanu announced as he went in with the rest of us following him. 

We made it to see Kuth Mog collecting data from the computers but screeched when he saw us "Humans kill! KILL!" He yelled with the limited English he knew with more covenant coming to protect him as he ran "Zeta, Borealis get him we can clear you a path" Tanu ordered us as he, Overhaul, and Jungle went ahead clearing us a path that me and Zeta went through catching up to Kuth Mog until he hit a button to close a door which I slid under but Zeta got stuck on the other side. 

"Go get the target I'll help the others" Zeta told me through the door "ok I'll get the mission done" I replied and went to follow the target who was now cornered. "No! Must collect bounty! Will collect bounty" he said frantically looking around while I aimed my shotgun at him and was about to pull the trigger but then a shot went off that knocked my shotgun out of my hand I turned around to see a spartan in white armor with a black visor that resembled a face who was holding a beam rifle and a plasmarifle on their side before they hit me in the head with it and knocked me out.

17:45

I heard the sounds of muffled voices outside as my vision started coming back to me. "Borealis you're awake! You had us worried" I heard the voice of Tanu say before someone else spoke up "Tanu you need to give her some space she just woke up" I heard Zeta tell him before my eyes fully fluttered open to see them both at the side of my medical bed while I started getting up. 

"Woah Woah take it easy you were knocked out" Zeta told me as I felt the back of my head seeing my helmet on the table as I felt my mid neck long Blonde hair. "Can you tell us what happened before you were knocked out?" Tanu insisted to know what happened "I had the corner target and then... And then" I started trying to remember until I remembered the spartan in white. 

"There was a spartan in white armor with a black visor that oddly resembled a face they was carrying a beam rifle and storm rifle before they knocked me out" I finally answered to Tanu not liking his sudden silence once I finished. "I think I'll go tell command of this you just rest It's been quite a day" he finally said before leaving me with Zeta "Well I'm going to go see what Overhaul and Jungle are up to I'll come back and check on you later, bye" Zeta said as she left out a different door so that I could rest but Still couldn't help by wonder why Tanu was so quiet once I describe the spartan

Tanu's Pov:

"Sir He's back"
