I remember when I started to deal with the word self-care. I thought it was all about taking a bath after work and putting a mask on. But over the years I learned that there is much more to taking care of yourself than that.
I learned that there are different types of self-care, that you need to take into your life to make sure all the different aspects in your life are balanced.
