Part :15

Nandinis parents came to see nandini and her father had some work in Delhi .
They didn't inform her daughter because they wanna surprise her naughty daughter.

Nandini  was on kitchen when the bell rangs, Nandini had made her hair some messy bun and she is preparing dough with 2 hands and there is some flour in her face .

       Nandini  went to open the door after hearing the bell and she was  surprised to see her parents and she happily shouted mama, papa and jumped to hug them. And questioned them how are you?  How's your health?  Did you miss me or not?  But really  missed you so much . Baiya Nai aayi?  How is he ? How's sister in law?  I miss all of you so much mama.

Mama : we too really  missed you.

Papa : Nandini  let us go inside.

Nandini  : sorry  papa  , come inside. 

Her parents were glad to see their daughter after long time.

Nandini  and her parents settled in living room.

Nandini  : Papa  you didn't even inform me that you are coming ?

Dad : Ye aapke mama plan hai, tujhe surprise karne keliye
He said looking at his wife and daughter.

Mama: Beta  damadh ji kaha hai?

Nandini's pov: Oh no I don't know what he is doing. Is he even at home? I think he went to office, what do I say to mama, papa. ...   she just looked at the shoe stand and she saw maniks shoe and decided he was at home .

Nandini  : Ahh .. haann.. voh ... upar hai,  mai bulakar ati hoon. 
And she was about to go up stairs but her mother called her back and said teek  hai beta , baad me dekhthi hoon.

But nandini  said : Nai  mama  , voh  bahut kush hojati hai, aap dono ko dekh kar
With that she went to upstairs.

Nandini  was hesitate to knock at maniks door . But she knocked but there is no response, so she lightly opened the door to see manik was sleeping.

Nandini  went  near and called his name but manik was in deep slumber because he came home late last night after hectic day.

So she went near him slightly  shaked him .  After she did that, a few time  manik  slowly opened his eyes and  he thought it was a dream . He is smiling at her. Nandini didn't know how to respond, so she looked blankly at him. Manik pulled nandini  by her hand . She falls beside him in sitting position, Nandinis hair was falling on maniks face and he is inhaling her scent and pulled her more closer. Manik slightly  moved her hair to one side and looking at her eyes .

Manik : You are so beautiful saying this he rubbed his thumb on her cheeks ,  nandini  closed her eyes . Manik came closer and kissed her cheeks .
Nandinis eyes flutter open and her eyes widened in shock. Not to forget her cheeks  were red due to blushing.
She slightly jerked but manik holds her hands .

Nandini  : Voh.... voh....  mai.......
Nandini  was stammering don't know what to speak.

Maniks pov  : Is this real ?

Manik left Nandinis hands and nandini  stood immediately. 

Nandini  : voh .... voh. ... mama, papa  aaya  hai .

Manik wake up and sit on his  bed and  nodded his head

Nandini went down stairs . She showed a guest room to freshup  and prepared breakfast and served them. 
   After breakfast they were having tea on living room and  waiting to see manik.

Manik came downstairs,  immediately  nandinis  mama  , papa  stood to wish him. But he moved fast to shoe stand and picked his casual wear.

Papa  : Damadh ji ?

Manik : Hmm.... oh... Nandini  said you both came  , is everything  okay.

Mama  : Haan  , teek hai beta  . Aap kaise hai  beta?

Manik : Hmm.

Nandini  frowned  on his behaviour but said  : Breakfast  is ready .

Manik : No need . I have go .

Nandini  : Please take a half day leave . Dad has some work and he is new to this city so....

Papa  : It's okay  nandini  beta  ,  I can manage .

Manik : are you sure ?

Papa : yes beta.

Manik : Teek hai  ,  mai chal ta hoon.

Nandini  was stunned with his behaviour but didn't  said anything.

Nandini  spend some time with her mother when her father went out to complete his work.

Nandini  and her mother were in kitchen  .

Mama : Nandini  beta  ,  are you happy  ?

Nandini  immediately  said : yes mom , I  am really  happy.  Manik is a gud person , soo understanding.  He has soooo much patients. Once  Manik took me out side to show the city and I really like this city. Mom did you saw the garden outside it was made of manik before  and now I am looking over it.

Nandini  was saying  this looking somewhere.

Mama   : Nandini  you can't lie to me ,  I am your mother. Early in the morning  husbands shouting to his wife is a normal thing but it's not a normal thing when their beds were different.  Why your things are in different room and damadh jis in different room?

Nandini  was stunned at her mother's voice and didn't know what to speak

Mama : I hope you 2 are happy.  Listen to me nandini  , be patient and be gud to your husband, listen to his words , respect him . Trust him.

Nandini  : mama...

Nandini  mother interrupted :
       Nandini  people are like mirror  if u smile at them , they will smile at you  ,  if you shout, they will shout . But husbands will do that more and I  want you too smile always and make him smile and happy. Don't ruin your life and  don't let anyone  ruin your life. Your  husband  is a gud person.

Nandini  looked at her mother   : her mother said any one can say that seeing their face.

Nandinis  father came . He said to  his wife pack things .

Nandini  : Papa why ?

Papa : beta aaj  raat keliye tickets Mil gayi.

Nandini  : papa  you said

Papa interrupts : beta kuch important kaam  hai  , tere baiya ne call kiya hai.  Isi liye jaldi chal raha hoon.

As they said they left  in the evening.

Papa : beta  damadh ji ko bolna. 

Nandini  : teek hai  papa. Said nandini  wiping her tears

Mama  : Smiling and  hugged nandini  and said do you remember  what I said ?

Nandini  : hmm.

Mama : gud ,  hum chalte hai and kissed her forehead .

Nandinis parents went and nandini  sadly came in and sat on dining table.

At night manik came home and looked at nandini  sitting alone but didn't ask anything and going to his room .

Nandini  stopped him and asked : why did you behave like that to my parents?

Manik didn't  said anything.
Nandini  got angry .

Nandini  : at least you could have speak to them nicely?

Manik : I  could have speak to them nicely , they will think I am a  gud person  and  when you went back to your home, they will not  welcome you happily but now they will say he is not gud for you and they will accept you whole heartedly .
   With that manik moved to his room.

Nandini  was dumbstruck and tears flows in her eyes.

She didn't remember that she asked divorce but he never forget it and he was  hurt by this divorce thing but still he cares about me .

Nandini  cried all night thinking about what manik did to her from starting of their marriage to till now.

Next day morning

Manik was in study room looking at his office files .

Nandini  took maniks gift and looked at the anklets lovingly.

Someone rang the door bell.
Nandini  came downstairs and opened the door .

Manik also coming down the stairs  rubbing his eyes.

Nandini  opened the door and the person on the other side didn't glance at nandini  and pushed open the door and ran to manik and hugged him tightly .

Manik was taken back by this sudden hug but reciprocated after seeing the person.

Nandinis  breath struck on her throat seeing  this
