Mitsuba was walking home alone, again. How frustrating...both Sakura and Tsukasa were at school, Tsukasa for a detention, and Sakura for monitoring him. So, it left Mitsuba walking home alone, until a certain blonde boy decided to join him. 

"Hey Mitsuba! Can I join you?"
Mitsuba froze, glancing over at Kou, before his brain instantly tried to muster up a response. "Uhm, sure!" As the two walked along the sidewalks, Mitsuba couldn't help but admire him yet again, just down to the little details. Since Mitsuba had moved to Kamome Academy a couple years ago, he still couldn't help but be enthralled by him. The way his soft lips talked excitedly about his day, how his hair happily bounced around, emanating beautiful energy just like every other part of him. There wasn't really any denying that Mitsuba was head over heels, and he wasn't about to deny it. As Kou bounced along the sidewalk, his schoolbag swinging to and fro, they both arrived at his house, and Kou paused, seemingly debating something, before turning to Mitsuba. "Hey Mitsuba, do you want to come over to my house? Just for a bit, and I kinda need help studying...of course, you don't have to! Just thought I'd ask." However, Mitsuba really couldn't say no to Kou, so he gave a quick nod, taking out his phone and texting his mom 'Heading over to a friend's house, be back in a bit. Love ya.' His mom gave a quick thumbs up to the message, and Mitsuba quickly followed Kou into his house, quickly slipping off his shoes. Kou smiled, before giving a quick wave to his brother, Teru. Mitsuba was pretty sure Teru was supposed to be working at the school right now, but he didn't say anything. Kou gave a quick wave, before running up the stairs of his house, leading Mitsuba to give a quick wave, and going up himself.

As soon as they entered Kou's room, the fact that it was a mess was a bit evident, as clothes were strewn all over the floor, and Kou smiled awkwardly, glancing at him. "Sorry for the mess, hehe!" Mitsuba smiled as he viewed Kou's room, some lights along the edges and ceiling, and little plastic stars too. It was exactly how he expected Kou's room to be, and he glanced around, before realizing he was supposed to respond, and shaking his head. "It looks great. So, what did you need help with?" Kou smiled, pulling a chair over and sitting down in it, gesturing to another chair for Mitsuba, who pulled a chair of his own over. Then, Kou grabbed his notebook, glancing over at him. "Oh, it's with the biology exam next week...Mr. Tsuchigomori is so rough, right?" Mitsuba nodded, his heart fluttering a little as Kou edged closer to him.

Mitsuba took out his own notebook, opening it up and glancing at him. "Totally. I was so close to failing last year!" Kou gave a small laugh, almost like the kind that makes anyone want to laugh too. He brightened up the room, and Mitsuba loved that about him. So, as the two worked, Mitsuba outlined things with highlighters, Kou joked around and talked with him, and overall, had an amazing time. Finally, when they were finished, Kou threw aside his notebook dramatically, smiling. "Yess! Finally, we're done!" He flopped onto his bed, smiling ear to ear. "So, what should we do now?" Mitsuba froze. Why was Kou asking him?!!? He didn't know!!! "Uh, I guess just relax?" He suggested, sitting next to him on the bed. "Alright! Wanna get a snack?" Mitsuba gave a quick nod, before opening the door to Kou's room, smiling. "Alright, let's go." The two headed downstairs to the kitchen. Teru watched them from his comfortable position in the couch, before pulling out his phone from his back pocket, opening up his messages app to 'Sakura'. Then, he gave her a quick text, simply one that said 'I think you were actually right. They are falling for each other.'
