After dinner, Reece had put blue to sleep in his crib while may waited outside the door. She watched Reece attempt to put blue in his crib but blue held onto his dad's shirt tighter. He must love his dad so much she thought. After much persuasion and a lot of promises , blue finally agreed and was soon fast asleep.

       " He loves you so much." She said to Reece when he approached her.

     " Yeah he does . He's one of the best things to happen to me in a long time." He replied with a smile.

     " What's the other thing?" She scolded herself for seeming intrusive but she stopped the moment she heard his next words.

      " Meeting you." Reece said will a smile so wide and genuine that showed his deep dimples. May thought his dimples were beautiful but she was more interested in what he just said.

      " If you keep saying things like this I might not be able to stop feeling this things." She said quietly while looking into his blue eyes. How was he so tall she thought. He was beautiful.  Beautiful was not normally used to describe a man but this man was beautiful. She couldn't deny the chemistry they had. She caught feelings too easily for her liking and this man was making her feel things.

    " Then don't stop." He said looking into her eyes. If he didn't stop looking at her he was going to kiss her and he didn't want to make her lips his just yet. He needed it to be memorable not right in front of his son's room.

       Reece then lead her to the garden with his arms on her waist . When they got there, he led them both to sit in the love seat which rocked forward and backward.

     After they had settled down, Reece took a hold of her hands once again while she narrated everything to Reece.

     " Wow. I'm so sorry these things are happening to you . It's just not right. "He said to her.

     She turned to face him better and replied.

      " It's okay. I'll get over it ." She shivered a little which made Reece aware she was cold as it was already dark outside. He quickly dashed inside and came back with a black fur coat and wore it over her shoulders.

      After they had settled down again, may rested her head on his  shoulder. He moved his arms over her shoulder bringing her into a warm embrace.

     " If you don't mind me asking. What happened to blues mother?" May asked. Reece tensed and may noticed him visibly tense.

   " I'm not one to express my feelings you know. But I noticed that change when I met you. My mind has this constant thinking to tell you things I've not mentioned to anyone before.
Anyway, she left us. I thought I loved her you know. We were like any normal couple doing couple things and then I decided to take it up a notch so I proposed to her and we got married.
Then I started noticing that she complained a lot about money , requesting more and more money, money became the basis of our fights and arguments but I thought nothing about it. Then she got pregnant . I was happy but I felt she was not completely happy. Then it started again . The money issues. she started using the fact that she was carrying my child to try to collect more money. It even got to a point that she said I had to pay her for letting blue live in her stomach. It was ridiculous for me to even hear her say that. I started doubting her sanity when she didn't stop requesting more and more money. And then time for labour came and she gave birth to him.
The next day ,she left us. She left only a note and divorce papers on blue's bed . I don't know why but that turned off a switch in my heart. I stopped being happy and became cold but I soon realized that she actually did me a purpose. I was going bankrupt by giving her so much money because of her threats to hurt our child if I don't give her money. But she left me with the most precious thing. A child to call my own . A child to love and cherish. A child to look up to me."
