It was Friday night, and Shawn & Beyoncé were finally going to have their kids meet one another for the first time over dinner. They chose Red Lobster as the restaurant to eat at; and if all else fails, the cheddar bay biscuits will unite them either way.

Dating for over seven months, Shawn was falling hard for Beyoncé, and were both ready to start blending their families together.

Before they all meet, a chaotic scene was happening in the Carter household, particularly in the bathroom. 14-year-old Marissa was impatiently waiting for her oldest sister by two years, to get done with her makeup.

"Destini hurry up! Daddy said we're leaving at 6 & I still gotta do my hair!" Marissa complained. Each daughter had their own bathroom, but the hallway bathroom had better lighting in their eyes.

"Mari just give me a few. I don't even know why you're trying to look cute, it's just dinner." Destini replied.

"I look good everywhere I go & you're the one who's taking all day getting ready. It's just dinner." Marissa mocked.

As the girls mindlessly bickered back and forth, their dad was another case. His nerves were shot about meeting Beyoncé's son for the first time. For some reason, he felt as if her son wouldn't like him.

Shawn Carter is a retired Grammy award-winning rapper who's now made an empire in owning different businesses. From his 40/40 clubs to Tidal, a new music streaming site, Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter is an icon. But all of those accolades aren't the pride and joy he gloats about. It's his two daughters Destini & Marissa who light up his world.

"Dad we're ready." Marissa said. Stepping further into his room, she took a better look at her dad's outfit. He looked handsome, which made her happy.

"Thanks Mari. How do I look?" Shawn asked his daughter.

"You look great dad. This lady must be really special if we get to meet her & her son." Marissa said.

"Yeah she really is & I think you and Destini will like her." He said.

"Even if Destini does like her, she'll nerve express it. She still thinks you and mom will get back together." Shawn sighed because it was the truth. The girls' mother has been locked up in prison for 7 years with 18 more to go & will never get out on parole, but Destini still keeps hope alive.

Beyoncé and her son Caidence pulled up into the parking lot of Red Lobster off Camp Creek. As she drove, Shawn called her to say they've already been seated so to just come to their booth in the back.

"Alright baby. Don't be saying anything crazy & act like you have some manners." Beyoncé said to her 10-year-old child.

"Okay mommy. How many kids does he have again?" Caidence asked.

"2 daughters." He nodded his head as he opened the restaurant door for her & walked behind. Spotting Shawn immediately, she watched him stand up & greet her in a hug.

"Hey Bey. And you must be Caidence." Shawn said shaking the adorable boy's hand.

"You're Jay-Z! Shawn laughed.

"Yes I am but you can call me Shawn or Jay...doesn't matter."

"Cool. I like to go by my middle name, Miles."

"Alright. Miles & Beyoncé, these are my daughters Destini and Marissa." Shawn said. Miles smiled and waved as the girls did the same. Miles sat in the booth with the girls as Shawn & Beyonce shared the other one.

"Nice to meet you ladies." Beyoncé said. Marissa was quite shocked to see Beyoncé. Her father never told them who he was seeing. Being that Beyoncé is an entrepreneur & beauty YouTube sensation, she's Atlanta's hot starlet.

"Wow. My dad never said he was dating you. You have like a zillion followers on Instagram." Marissa said. Destini, too, is a fan of Beyoncé, but now that she's dating her dad she will never tell it. In her eyes, her mom will come back into their lives.

"That really doesn't mean anything to me but it's so nice to meet you two. Shawn has told me a lot about you girls." Beyoncé said.

"Well daddy never mentioned anything about you." Destini said. Before things could get anymore awkward, the waiter came to bring out the biscuits and get everyone's drink order. Once he left, Shawn looked to Miles.

"So what grade are you in Miles?" Shawn asked.

"Fifth grade. What grade are you in?" He asked Marissa.

"I'm in the 9th grade and Destini is in 11th." She said.

"Cool I go to Ron Clark Academy."

"We go to Grady High."

"So Beyoncé, why are you dating our dad?" Destini asked.

"Destini have some manners. You don't have to answer that." Shawn said. Beyoncé, already feeling out Destini, knew she didn't like her for whatever reason.

"No it's fine. I'm dating your dad because I like him very much & we have a lot in common." She said to Destini.

"Don't mind her. She's just starstruck because we literally watch your YouTube videos all the time." Marissa said. Beyoncé laughed.

"Shut up Mari. Are you with him because he's Jay-Z & you want to further your career?" Destini said. Shawn chocked on his biscuit. Beyoncé eyed Destini down, and smirked.

"Okay here's your drinks. Have y'all decided what y'all would like to eat?"

The drive back home was a quiet one with Shawn and the girls. He was quite disappointed at Destini's rude comments & jabs towards Beyoncé all night.

"Destini I don't know what has gotten into you, but you will not disrespect Beyoncé anymore." Shawn said.

"But daddy can't you see she's just with you for your money?"

"Destini that's not true. She's college educated & own several businesses. The things you said were out of line, and when we go to Dave & Buster's with them, you need to apologize."

"Yeah Dee...you ain't have to say all that to her. You know you like her so don't front." Marissa said.

Destini did not like Beyoncé and will get it across that she doesn't want the two together.
