Legend smiled at her wickedly, "Then why don't you wear something less, noticeable?" He asked, eyes glimmering. Oh, he so knows the answer, Tella thought to herself, as Legend leaned close to her, his hands wrapped around her waist, tipping her head up so that her lips were just centimeters away from his, and started to close the distance, his breath brushing against her lips, before...

-Chapter one

A giggle burst out behind them, Tella groaned inwardly as she and Legend pushed away from each other. There, standing by the door, was a grinning Julian, and a frowning Scarlet.

"So, you two having fun?" Scarlet asked with a raised eyebrow, while Tella stared firmly at the ground. Knowing that her sister wasn't pleased.

"That would depend on whether or not you'll let us finish." Legend's gravelly voice echoed out behind her.

"Oh really?" Scarlet's voice asked, Tella could almost hear the color rising to her cheeks. The floor was certainly VERY entertaining, how did she never notice it before?

Julian placed a tighter hold on her sister's waist, his smile quickly replaced with a frown.

Legend mimicked their pose, wrapping his arms around Tella. "Yup" he replied sassily, popping the p. ( A/N Does Legend ever do that?

Tella felt her face go red as Legend's hand's strayed to places where her sister would frown on.

"So, Scar, how are you on this lovely day?" Tella broke in while trying desperately to maneuver Legend's hand away without causing her sister's suspicions to rise. It was failed, Scarlet's eyes narrowed on Legend as if she could tell exactly what her sister was trying to stop. Legend quirked a smile, whilst continuing to make his way down leisurely to Tella's ass.

"I would be better if you weren't randomly making out in the halls." Replied Scarlet, as Tella's face, turned into the exact shade as her sister's name.

"I wasn't randomly making out in the halls." Replied Tella hotly, feeling embarrassed and hurt by her sister's words.

"Oh, sorry." Replied Scarlet, "What I meant was, randomly kissing people in the halls."

Tella was surprised by this side of Scarlet, and very much angered.

"First off, if I was randomly kissing people in the halls, I would be kissing a completely random stranger at the moment," Legend growled next to her ear, but Tella chose to ignore that, she would deal with him later. "And secondly, whatever I do or don't do is NONE of your business, so you can kiss my ass for all I care, but you will NOT, I repeat, NOT, dictate my life for me." And with that, Donatella did one of the most daunting actions she'd ever committed in her entire life.

She turned herself around and kissed Legend.

Of course, kissing Legend wasn't daunting, but to do it in front of her sister, the current EMPRESS, directly after her sister had told her off for doing so moments before was, not only rude but a leap of faith.

Legend was surprised by her sudden act, but he didn't object. Instead, he started to deepen the kiss.  Leaning forward so that he was in absolute control. Their tongues battled for control, but Tella felt cheeky that day, so she didn't give up her control. She was in heaven, with every time Legend's tongue glided against hers, taking over her mouth, making what was supposed to be a defiant kiss, turn into a full-out makeout session. While she was tempted to continue, she had made her point.

Tella pulled away. She could see the steam curling off her sister, her gloves, which had been red, turned leather, and black. Murderous. Tella shivered, involuntarily taking a step closer to Legend. Legend, as if he could feel her discomfort, pulled her in, encasing her in his arms, and glared at Scarlet. This hadn't gone unnoticed by Julian, and he mirrored Legend's actions, pulling Scarlet closer to him.

Tella started to feel the tension thickening, like gooey custard. She could tell that Scarlet was going to be the hero again. She was going to cave in, and say stop fighting or something similar. But Tella was sick and tired of her sister being the hero. Instead, she glared at Scarlet one last time, before pulling herself out of Legends embrace, and pulling him down the hall.

Tella didn't care what room she was going to as long as she got away from her sister. She rushed down the golden hallway, with its gorgeous carvings in the walls, and paintings hanging off of them. She stopped at a random door, which was dark and mysterious, the doorframe carved out of obsidian. It didn't occur to her why the door was decorated like that, and she didn't care. She shoved Legend inside, and with a smirk at her sister, showing how little she cared, she slammed the door in her face.

Not until she had turned around in relief, did she realize what room they were in. Tella looked, no, glared at Legend's bemused face.

"Well, my dear." He said wickedly, "you certainly seem to be eager to be with me today...."

A/N Again, I am soooo sorry that I'm just publishing now. PLEASE stay tuned, and remember, it usually takes 2 days for me to carve out a little bit of time, and get to a quiet place, before actually trying to come up with some ideas. So if you do have ideas, TELL ME, and do read the note at the start if you want to request something. I am probably NOT going to write another CARAVAL fanfic, since it's so draining, so pick another one from the list above!
