By accessing his power up form from his upgraded Sarutobi Ninjaden Wonder Ride Book, Ren Akamichi as Kamen Rider Flashy Kenzan, with Rentaro Kagura as Kamen Rider Chunin Shinobi, are battling Yaminin for the final showdown, as the ten Riders look on.

Ryota: Amazing! My boy Ren has obtained his super duper ninja form! 

Kento: This isn't time to be amazed, Ryota! We too shall protect Iroha and everyone from the Niji no Hebi!

Touma: I agree with Kento! 

Isamichi: Everyone, Let's Go!

Nine Riders: Right!

They quickly get up as they turn to the Ninjamonos and Genins, before transforming and charging at the grunts again.

Ten Riders: HENSHIN!!!

Meanwhile, Yaminin tries to defeat Kamen Riders Kenzan and Shinobi with his Darkness Ninpo Techniques. However, the new power that Kenzan and Shinobi received doesn't damage them a lot, as Kenzan attacks Yaminin by using the double ninja techniques of his and Shinobi's, while the latter uses the Chunin Ninpo Techniques of his and the Shinobi Riders' powers. This made Yaminin astonished and intriguing.

Yaminin: Gamano was right, you two did obtained great powers that could defeat me and my clan. How is this possible?

Shinobi: Because we came all this way to find the Elemental Hyoutans along with the friends we made who can use them to become the successors to the previous Elemental Riders! As a result, we create perfect bonds!

Yaminin: It's true that bonds make strong feelings of friendship and love. But why does your (Kenzan) Inner Strength have to be part of that bond?

Kenzan: Because it gives me self-confidence! At first, I saw Touma as my rival because he is the childhood friend of Kento, to whom I admire when we and Rintaro were recruited from Master Logos to take our predecessors' place during the Megid's next invasion. But when I realized how much Touma got stronger during every battle that we faced, I started to evaluate my views about what strength is. But now I understand what it means! Inner Strength means to get to know yourself better from others, to understand your aspirations, values, limits, and personal goals. It gives you a sense of peace and meaning. And it obtains a positive mood, common sense, integrity, inner peace, determination, and a warm heart. Those are also the meanings of Inner Strength.

Yaminin: I see what you mean. However, there is no chance that you can destroy the Niji no Hebi with both of your greater powers. 

 Kenzan: Is that so? Then we just have to defeat you ourselves! As my master always says to me: By becoming strong, justice can be prevailed! (turns to Shinobi) Let's Go, Shinobi!

Shinobi: Right! 

He then summons a green gust of wind to form a tornado to take Yaminin in it, before a thunder cloud appears above him as it strikes lightning at him, shocking him in the process. As the tornado disappears, a stream of water comes out of the cloud as it takes the Ninjamono to the ground, before it turns into fire onto his body.

Shinobi: Now, Ren!

Kenzan: Got It! 

He extracts the Flashy Sarutobi Ninjaden WRB and puts it in the slot on the other side of the Fuusouken Hayate to scan it, as he puts his Seiken to the left side of the Sword of Logos Holder after combining his swords back into Ittouryu Mode. 

'Flashy Sarutobi Ninjaden! Ninnin!'

Kenzan then gets carried by a massive fused green and purple wind, lifting him up, before pressing the Seiken's trigger, as he performs a drop kick (similar to Kamen Rider Double's finisher: Joker Extreme) by one green energy on his right foot, while the purple energy on his left, and he strikes Yaminin in the chest, after the fire was put out magically as a bluff, before the latter explodes.

'Hayate Sokudoku Geki! Ninnin!'

After getting the upper hand against the Ninjamonos and Genins, the Ten Riders regrouped with Kenzan and Shinobi in amazement, as both twelve of them detransform.

Kento: Ren... I can't believe you found your inner strength when facing Kagenosuke. We're so proud of you.

Ryota: Yeah, Dude! You are the man!

Kairi and Rintaro: We agreed.

Isamichi: Well, I have nothing to say. Right, Touma?

Touma: Right. (turns to Ren) But you seem to got even stronger now that your Wonder Ride Book got an upgrade.

Ren: Well thank you, My Rival Touma. Now that Kagenosuke and the rest of Niji no Hebi are defeated, let's say we go back home.

Kazuhiro and Tetsuo: Yeah!

Ban and Ryo: Victory!

The four elemental riders took out and uncork their Hyoutans as they floately pour the contents by creating a gateway portal back to Japan, as the Hyoutans float back to their owners. As the eight riders enter the portal to Rentaro's house, Rentaro, Ren, Isamichi, and Touma heard a voice behind them.

???: Don't think you would win so easily!

The four turn to see Kagenosuke who has survived the attack as he gives the four riders a warning.

Kagenosuke: You may have defeated Niji no Hebi, but the clan will return and get stronger every single day! And when we do, We'll invade your homeworld and turn it into an environmental deterioration!

Rentaro: And when that happens, We'll be ready for you!

Ren: So come try and stop us. Because in the future, We'll be unstoppable!

Isamichi: And sometimes we might play a little trick on you during that!

Touma: And once we defeat the Niji no Hebi, the story will come to a happy end!

Kagenosuke: Well then, You better be ready for our next attack!

Four Riders: We Will!

After that, The Four Riders enter the portal, leading them back to Rentaro's house, as Kagenosuke looks on before collapsing to the floor. All Twelve Kamen Riders return to Japan at Rentaro's house as Master Gamano approaches them.

Master Gamano: Welcome back, Kamen Riders. It took you like a minute to finish off the Niji no Hebi.

Ren: That's right, Master Gamano. However, Kagenosuke is still alive after he survived mine and Rentaro's ultimate combo finisher attack.

Master Gamano: I understand, Ren. But remember, everyone, the Niji no Hebi shall one day return once again with larger intentions. So you must train harder with strength and honor.

Rentaro: Yes, Master Gamano. Until then, We'll be ready. Anyways, Will my adoptive sister be alright?

Master Gamano: Not to worry, Rentaro. I put Iroha to sleep for 3 hours, allowing Kagekonin's spirit to depart from her body.

Isamichi: Thank goodness. For a second thought, I thought she was going to be in a coma for 1 year. However, If we finally finish off the Niji no Hebi and bring peace to the Ninja Society for the final time, I will finally marry Iroha to be my precious bride!

Ryota: Yeah, like that's gonna happen. But I'll be the ONLY one to marry Iroha.

This made Isamichi furious.

Isamichi: What did you say?

Ryota: You hear me right, loser!

They then start to butt heads as Tetsuo sighs.

Tetsuo: Here we go again.

This made the Riders (except Tetsuo) laugh, as Kazuhiro tries to break them up. The Next Day, Ren has left Rentaro's village to continued on his journey after the others left early yesterday, leaving him, Rentaro, and Isamichi to be on Iroha's side for the night, as Ren looks back at the forest's trees where he first met the Kagura Siblings.

Ren: I will never forget this awesome adventure I have with you, Rentaro. Thank You.

He then pulls out his Flashy Sarutobi Ninjaden Wonder Rider Book, which has returned back to its original state: Saurtobi Ninjaden, as Ren continues to smile.

Ren: And someday, If you ever call me when there's a strong opponent attacking your homeland, let me know.

He then continues to leave as we focus on the ending scenes for the six Shinobi Riders as the ending theme song, IZANAGI, plays. 

First with Rentaro Kagura, where his sister notices a broken light bulb on the kitchen sailing.

Iroha: Brother, The Light Bulb in the kitchen is broken! You better have some new ones in the closet!

Rentaro: Okay, I'll go get them!

He then heads to the closet where he opens the storage box to pick up the new light bulb container, where he finds no light bulbs. This made Rentaro astonished as he was about to get punished by her sister for not buying new light bulbs. But he has no choice but to tell her, as he heads back to the kitchen.

Rentaro: I'm Sorry, but we ran out of light bulbs.

Iroha: What?! How?! (she then realizes as she glares his big brother in anger) Wait a second, did you not find a job that'll give you a paycheck?

Rentaro: Well... No. I mean, Yes! Yes I got a job! I did! Promise!

Iroha: Liar! You didn't get a job! This is like the 20th time that I asked you to get a job, but you didn't! I will kill you for this!

Rentaro: Oh No! Gotta Go Fast! See ya! 

He then runs out of the house in a panic, as his enraged sister chases after him.

Iroha: GET BACK HERE!!!

Meanwhile in Tsugaru, Aomori in Tohoku, The Kanamori's are doing some construction work, except for Ms. Kanamori, who is furious that her son, Kazuhiro, didn't come to the construction area all thanks to Kamen Rider Kasari's lies.

Ms. Kanamori: That stupid Green Rider, telling me that my son is at the construction place that we previously worked on, is a lie! Where could my Idiotic son be?!

Just then, Kazuhiro Kanamori arrives at the construction area, appearing behind his mother.

Kazuhiro: Mom! Sorry I'm late!

This made his mother turn to him in anger.

Ms. Kanamori: Kazuhiro, Where the Hell have you been?! Playing with your stupid kites again, but this time around the country?!

Kazuhiro: No I wasn't!

Ms. Kanamori: Don't lie to me! You have been gone for a whole day all thanks to that Green Rider for lying to me! This time I'm really gonna punish you!

Ms. Kanamori marched towards her son and was about to smack him in the face. But she stops as she realizes that she has been very strict to her son for too long, as she puts her hand down in shame. 

Ms. Kanamori: I... What am I doing? Kazuhiro, I... I... (she bows her head) I'M SO SORRY! I never thought I have been so mad with you since months ago, And I want to make it up to you!

Kazuhiro: So, does that mean I can get back to doing kites again?

Ms. Kanamori: Yes, Kazuhiro. You can play with your kites again. Pursuing your dream of becoming a kite inventor.

Kazuhiro: Really? (he then hugs his mother) Thank You, Mom!

And with that, Kazuhiro will continue to pursue his dreams of becoming a kite inventor like his idols from China, Mozi and Lu Ban. Meanwhile in Honshu, Ryota Raijin, who is wearing his winter coat, is climbing to the top of Mount Fuji, as he makes it to the top of the crater.

Ryota: I DID IT! I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE TOP OF MOUNT FUJI! YEAH, BABY!

This will later be an amazement reaction to the public. Meanwhile, Kairi Shimizu arrived back at Seiganto-Ji in Wakayama of Kansai, as he sees his parents and little brother there, where they're hosting the competition of meditating under the waterfall, as Kairi happily runs to them. Meanwhile, at The Fantastic Hino Blacksmiths shop in Kumamoto, Kyushu, Ban Hino is eating his lunch after work, until Sasuke and Yuichiro arrive to tell him some important news.

Sasuke: Ban! Ban! Guess what, We got new visitors today!

Ban: Really? Who are they?

Yuichiro: They're two people that you know very well.

Ban: What?

Sasuke: Just turn around, and we'll tell you to turn back around. 

Ban: Got it.

He then turns around, as Sasuke and Yuichiro bring two people that Ban knows pretty well, as they approach behind him.

Yuichiro: Okay, You can turn now!

Ban turns around again, and is astonished and overwhelmed after recognizing the two people's faces. First one who has left Japan to serve in the U.S. Military Service, while the other who left Japan to train at the Martial Arts School in China, this made Ban was in tears as he reunited hugs them while Sasuke and Yuichiro looked on emotionally. 

Ban: Mom! Mei! I miss you two, so much!

Ms. Hino: I miss you too, Ban.

Mei: So am I, Big Brother!

Meanwhile in Chuo-ku, Osaka, Isamichi has arrived home at the Konjo Company, the company of recruiting high-skill ninjas, as he happily smiles.

Isamichi: Home Sweet Home. I'm glad that the Niji no Hebi didn't sabotage this building. If they did, then my parents would be upset. (chuckles for a bit) What am I saying? Gotta go meet my parents, since it's been a long time.

He then walks towards his business home to meet up with his parents. But what he doesn't know is that a mysterious man appears right behind him, as he opens an evil snarl on his face. And The Mysterious Man was none other then...

???: Are you sure about that? Because I'll be the one who'll take over your father's company as the CEO, and then take over the Ninja Society and the entire world!!! HaHaHaHaHa!!!!!
