If y'all say something bad about my girl Mina, I'm gonna come for all of you 😭

Introduction: Y/n Lee, a 22 year old with superpowers who is in a team with other people that have superpowers has been going around trying to keep their city safe from a guy who wants all power over everyone and everything. With so, y/n finds herself usually in fights with the guy's guards and accomplices but one of his accomplice can't help but catch her attention even if another girl has also caught her attention- her being on her team. After an inconvenience, she goes to meet up with the accomplice which things seem to get interesting.

Y/n's pov

"Y/n hurry up!" Roman banged on the door as I opened it with annoyance

"Can't I use the bathroom in peace? God." I then stepped out as he rushed in the bathroom

I made my way downstairs to the kitchen where Nia and Jenna were

We were staying in one of the most coolest and technologically advanced skyscraper

Top floor too, the 100th floor to be exact

I mean this penthouse was amazing, we had a terrace and glass walls so we could see the whole city which the view was jaw dropping

"What was all the banging about?" Nia asked me

"I don't know, ask Roman" I responded while sitting down at one of the stools

"Ooo I want some" I said as I tried reaching over at Jenna's plate of fries but she smacked my hand without even looking at it

I hate her super senses

"Ouch" I said before frowning and rubbing my hand

"Gosh you don't know how long I've been holding that" Roman said as he was coming downstairs

"That's gross" I responded while turning my chair to look at him

"That's the Reproductive system" He said

"No, that's the Urinary system" I corrected him

"Same thing" He said while coming over

"No it's not" I say

"God you and your super intelligence, we know" He said before grabbing a drink

"No that's just called common knowledge" I said while raising an eyebrow

"Really common knowledge" Jenna backed me up as I looked at Roman with an 'I told you so' look

"Stop backing up your girlfriend" Roman snarled as we both flipped him off

"I'm bored" I said before spinning on the stool

"Find something to do" Nia responded as I rolled my eyes and placed my elbow on the table and leaned my chin on my palm

I was just fidgeting with my rings when I felt my senses start alerting me

I tried figuring out what it was when I started hearing some sort of whirling sound

"Like how does that even ha-" Roman was saying when I shushed him

"Do you hear that?" I started looking out the window to see if anything was around like a plane or something

"What?" Nia looked at me confused as I got up from the stool and headed over to the glass walls to try and see if I could find something

Everyone caught wind of my actions and started looking around too but suddenly I saw something hurling towards us

"GET DOWN" I yelled out before I flipped over the couch as in that exact moment, something came crashing through the glass wall- breaking the glass and sending it everywhere

I breathed out as I removed some glass that landed on my head and shoulder

"Is everyone okay?" I asked as everyone had also gone to protect themselves from whatever was thrown

"Yeah"

"Yes"

"Mentally, not really but I'm physically okay" Nia, Jenna, and Roman responded

I frowned my eyebrows at Roman before looking around and seeing a box on the floor

"Look there is something on the ground" I said

"Yeah around 10,000 dollars worth of glass" Roman said

"No not that. Look there is a box" I said before going over and picking it up

"Wait, put in under the scanner" Nia pointed to the table in the middle of the living room

I pressed the button underneath the table that converted it from a normal table to a technologically advanced table

I put the box in the middle before it started scanning the box

"A piece of paper?" I said in confusion

"Couldn't they have sent it through mail- better more shot us a text rather then shooting a box through our terrace" Roman said

I opened the box as I took the paper out

It was a letter.

The abandoned building downtown, 8:00 sharp i'd be expecting you Y/n Lee, and you only. I have information that I don't think you would want to miss out on.

I also don't think you would want to miss out on seeing me again Y/n-Chan~

I sighed once I finished reading

Myoui Sharon Mina.

She was the girl that not only beat me up but casted some sort of spell on me when I had faced her not so long ago

When I last saw her she was working with Jeno, the madman who only wants power and to take over the world

We were both going to retrieve some sort of device that could cause harm to the city if put in the wrong hands

She beat me up but I stayed with the device as once we were fighting, I couldn't bring myself to actually hurt her like I've hurt other enemies before which gave her the upper hand

Although it was obvious she was enchanted by me so she let me keep my life and the device

Now I wonder why she would want to meet up though

Information?

Is this a trap set up by Jeno?

I checked my watch as I saw it was 7:30

"She wants to meet up with you- what abandoned building though? There are many downtown" Nia asked sounding confused

"The one we last fought in." I said

"Could this be a trap?" Roman then asked

"I don't know but there is only one way to find out" I said before placing the box down and rushing to the stairs but before I could go up

"Y/n wait." Jenna's voice stopped me

"Are you seriously going to meet up with her?" Jenna's voice sounded irritated yet worried

"I have no choice. She said she has information, this could help us" I said

"Or it could be a trap." Jenna responded

"Let's all go then" Nia interfered

"She said me and me only" I said

"You'll go in alone, we will stay outside and monitor everything. We'll communicate through ear piece" Nia said which is sighed and nodded

"Alright suit up."

"So you go in, have her tell you what she wants to tell you and you leave." Jenna reminded me of what I had to do

"I know Jenna" I reassured her

"Actually how about you try and get information out of her about Jeno and his plans" Roman said

"Alright but it's getting close to 8, might as well be early" I said before heading out the car

"Focus and get as much information, we will be listening in" Nia said

"Got it" I then made my way to the abandoned building

I stopped in front of the sliding gate that was already slightly opened

I took a deep breath before opening it up all the way

It was heavy but my super strength made it slide open like butter

I went in as debris from the building was everywhere

I knew Mina wasn't going to be waiting for me on the first floor so I made my way up the broken stairs to the next floor

I made my way through the deserted hallway that was also covered with quite some rubble.

I was about to enter the main room when a big rock came hurling towards me

Instead of ducking, I punched right through it as it broke into smaller rocks

I looked up as I met eyes with her

"You still got it" She said teasingly

"Never lost it." I said while stepping into the room

"What's with you and hurling things at me?" I said as she came closer to me

"I don't know, it's fun" She smiled as her hands went to the collar of my suit

"I know you came with everyone else, I wanted it to be just us two alone" She slightly pouted as I felt my heart beat increase

"Well I kinda thought it was a trap- still not fully sure if it isn't.." I responded while looking around

"But you came. So attracted to me that you just couldn't help but come and see me again?" She teased

"I could say you are also attracted to me, if not you would have finished the job last time" I said as she let out a chuckle

"Very attracted" She responded

"What was the meeting for Sharon? Is this from Jeno?" I asked before she backed away

"I'm not working with Jeno anymore" She says, I couldn't help but slightly chuckle

"Seriously? That's a shocker. Why'd you leave?" I asked with an eyebrow raised

"Found out he was going to kill me soon or later so instead I killed some of his men before leaving" She said which I hummed and nodded

"Why did you bring me here?" I brought up my original question, she smiled before she came back over to me and wrapped her arms around my neck

"What if I just wanted to see you? I couldn't help but miss you ever since our last meeting baby" Woah I'm about to forget what I'm here for

"Get what we want." I heard the stern voice of Jenna come through the ear piece

"Was that Jenna?" Mina laughed out as she played with my hair

"Alright well I'll tell you what you guys want to hear" Mina then backed away as I couldn't help but frown upon her departure from me, she caught me frowning though and let out a chuckle

"It's okay baby, I'll come back into your embrace after I'm done" I slightly rolled my eyes as she got something out from her pocket

"These are digital blueprints on what Jeno is building. I overheard him saying that he was working on a machine that could manipulate the weather" She said while throwing a USB at me, I caught it before inspecting it

"So.. a weather machine?" I asked as she nodded

"Practically." She said

"Why does he want to control the weather though?" I asked her which she shrugged

"No idea. He just said he could use it to his advantage" She said as I hummed

"Other than that though, I've seen you've been working out" A smirked creeped on her face as I looked at her with frowned eyebrows

"And how do you know that?" I asked

"I've seen you out on a run before, that compression shirt truly works miracles" She said before coming over to me and sliding her hands through my biceps until she wrapped them around my neck

"Really? I didn't see or hear you obsessing over me" I said as she giggled before grabbing onto my belt- she started pulling me- guiding me somewhere

She stopped once we were in perfect frame of the window where my team could see us

"Well now you will" Before I could react, she kissed me

Her arms snaked around my neck as she pulled me down- deeper into the kiss

"Y/n!" I heard one of my team members call out to me but I was so out of it that I could barely hear them

I just gave in as my hands found a place on her waist

"Y/n. We got company!" I heard the voice of Roman as it snapped me out of it but suddenly- something exploded

It broke us both apart as I immediately tried to shield Mina even though nothing came our way- what did happen though was the building started shaking

I grabbed onto Mina as we both tried keeping our balance

"What going on?" I called out but nobody responded, I looked out the window as I saw my team fighting Jeno's men

"It's Jeno's men, come on we gotta get out of here" I said before grabbing Mina's hand, I guided her downstairs before I turned to look at her

"Stay behind m-" I couldn't speak another word before I was blasted across the room

"Y/n!" Mina shouted out to me but I groaned as my body had landed on top of some rubble

I looked up as I saw someone take Mina by the throat

"Trait-" He couldn't finish when my bow staff came flying towards me- hitting his side which because of the velocity it was coming at, he flipped and landed on the floor

I immediately stood up with my bow staff in hand before going to help Mina

"You okay?" I asked her in which she nodded, this time my senses alerted me in time to move Mina before a blast almost hit us

We hid behind the wall as I tried to peak but I was once again shot at, nearly hit me

"Crap" I mumbled out before I felt around my pants until I found a smoke grande

"Stay here okay?" I told Mina before throwing the smoke grande, after the explosion- smoke filled the air as it became hard to see but I charged forward after finding the shadow

I lifted his arm that was holding a gun and tackled the guy- a shot went out but it only hit the roof

I immediately smashed my head against his which made him release the gun, I immediately stood up as I was barely able to see from the smoke grande- my doing though.

I closed my eyes as I let my senses guide me, luckily they were now very alertive to the point my body reacted without me intentionally moving

I had stopped a punch coming my way before punching the guy in the stomach, chest, then face before lastly turning and throwing him over my shoulder

I immediately let go before stopping the other arm trying to hit me, I twisted it before slightly pushing the guy ahead so I could kick him away

As the smoke started clearing and my surroundings became more visible- I was alerted but couldn't do anything in time when an arm went around my neck

I was caught too off guard that I actually couldn't do anything- they had subdue me.

I was struggling to not only breathe but to get out of their capture

In my struggles, I looked over as I saw Mina come out from behind the wall

"Stop. Kill me but let her go." Mina said as she raised her arms up to insinuate that she wasn't going to try or do anything

"N-no" I mumbled out as I was close to passing out

Another guy came in as I saw him raise his gun at Mina

My eyes widen as my adrenaline finally kicked in before I was able to push the guy back- making us both fall but from me crashing against his body, his grip became loose

I quickly elbowed him before standing up but at that moment, the other guy had blasted Mina as she had hit against the corner of the wall before hitting the floor- passing out upon hitting the floor

"Mina!" I shouted before turning to the guy, I immediately ran over to him in rage which he didn't have enough time to react before I jumped and brought all my weight into the punch I threw at his face

Something definitely broke since I went full super strength

He also passed out which I stood up straight before quickly running to Mina

"Mina! Hey, can you hear me?" I didn't want to shake her because that could hurt her so I just got closer to her ear, she was out though.

"Damn it!" I cursed before moving Mina onto her back very carefully so I could pick her up bridal style

I rushed outside as I saw my team finishing off the rest of the guys

"Y/n, what happened?" Nia asked me but I rushed to the car

"Open the door! We need to take her back." I said as Nia quickly opened the door

"Y/n, are you crazy?!?" Jenna shouted out

"I don't care! We need to hurry- I don't know how critical her injury is" I repeated as everyone seemingly got in before Roman pulled out and started heading home

I had Mina's head on my lap as I slightly stroked her head, keeping an eye on her face

She was indeed beautiful even in the current state she was in

I could feel the stare that seemed like daggers were being pierced through me

"Set up the medical bed upon arrival. I'll be treating her" I said without glancing up, I just kept my eyes on Mina

"I can't believe you're bringing this woman back with us.." I heard Jenna scoff, I turned to look at her with an annoyed look

"This woman was willing to help us by bringing us valuable information on what Jeno was working on- other than that, she was willing to trade her life to save me. She put her life in danger to bring us this information so this woman, I will treat." I responded

"If she was willing to trade her life to save yours, why did she almost kill you last time?" Jenna sarcastically responded back to me

"Listen Ortega. If I feel like it and decide I will bring her home because I want to help her, I will. Should I remember you that the penthouse is under my name, that I invested money to get that home for all of us? So if I want to help her, that is my decision. I will be the one treating her, if you don't want to bat an eye towards her- that's fine. Just don't insult her in front of me, her, or anyone else after she was clearly under the influence of Jeno and has now risked her life to help us." I then argued back with a more cold but monotone voice as my stare slowly started becoming colder, she slight chuckled while shaking her head

"Jesus you are really down bad for this goddamn woman.." Jenna said as I was about to say something when Nia interfered

"That's enough! Knock it off, the both of you. Y/n is right Jenna. If she wants to help her, that's her decision. She will be the one treating her and in the house that she got for all of us to live in. Mina did do something that is not easy just to pass us this very important information, redeeming herself for when she was under the control of Jeno so this is the least we can do." Nia spoke as it was clear she had grown annoyed and irritated with the both of us, I shot Jenna a glare before turning my attention back to Mina who was still unconscious

It's going to be a long day.

As we got back, I went to the underground training room

With props of living in a technologically advanced skyscraper, we have this elevator that shoots us from the 100th floor to underground in mere seconds

It was cool but definitely shouldn't go on a full stomach.

In the underground training room, we had connected a medical room just in case someone got hurt and needed attention

As we reached the underground, Nia and Roman immediately rushed to the medical room as I followed behind them

Jenna could not care and barely stepped out the elevator

I placed Mina down on the medical bed before I turned to the rest of the team

"I'll take it from here. Go back up." I told them

"You sur-" Roman was saying when I cut him off

"I'm sure, go. If I need anybody's help, I'll let you guys know" I said which Nia nodded before they all left back to our home

3rd person view

As Y/n started connecting Mina to what was needed, everyone went back to the 100th floor and sat in their living room

Anger and annoyance filling up inside Jenna as she recalled what happened on the way home.

When Mina was connected and ready, Y/n saw that Mina's vitals were quite fine

"Mavis, scan for any internal damage" Y/n called out to their highly advanced AI system that was connected around the whole penthouse

"On it." Mavis responded before scanning the small woman on the medical bed and in seconds, a hologram of Mina's x-rays were displayed on the wall next to the bed

As Y/n inspected the x-rays, her eyebrows frowned upon seeing the small woman's infrastructure and skeletal system

"What?" Y/n mumbled out in confusion

The thing was, Mina's body was like a normal human body- without powers.

Her body structure should have been different since it would be more durable to power-like things

But Mina's was completely normal.

But how could this be?

Mina was not inhuman?

Everything was confusing and weird but as Y/n looked at the x-ray even more, she caught a glimpse of something different around her hands

"Give me a closer up of her hands please" Y/n called out to Mavis as it was immediately displayed on the wall

As Y/n looked at it even closer, she realized that the structure for her hands were different

They were advanced.

Like what you would see on a inhuman body

So Mina only had powers in her hands?

That doesn't make sense.

Y/n was being left dumbfounded on what was being displayed in front of her

Suddenly something popped into Y/n's head

Could it be?

There is no way- this is practically impossible!

Y/n thought, she then decided to just go with what her head was saying before going over to a table close by

"Bring up everything on regenerating powers also known as LRP." Y/n said as Mavis then displayed a hologram on the table

It showed everything Y/n needed to know since regenerating powers was something Y/n's intelligence wasn't even capable of comprehending

It wasn't what everyone thought, Y/n meant LITERAL regenerating powers which was practically impossible for someone to have

Yes, people have tried before- scientists of high rank but nothing

Cracking regenerating powers was impossible and if you were to find someone with these type of powers, they were surely someone special.

As Y/n was looking over the information, her head shot up upon hearing a beeping sound

She looked over and saw that the machine was going off

"Mavis" Y/n called out as she went to go check up on Mina

"She's going into cardiac arrest." Y/n's eyes widen upon hearing Mavis

"CPR won't work. She needs something injected." Mavis then said, Y/n started panicking at that point but then got an idea

"Bring up injections for regenerating powers." Y/n rushed over to the table as she quickly looked over it all until she saw one word and immediately ran over to a cabinet

"Read me the second passage, lines 5-7!" Y/n said as she looked through, trying to find what she needed

"-if were to happen, use 3 cases of morphine and inject right above the wrist" Y/n's eyes once again widen

"3 cases?!? That is 90 mg and if taken all at once, it could cause her to overdose!" Y/n said but then groaned before grabbing 3 cases of morphine

She put them in a needle before sighing and injecting Mina in the arm

She waited for a second before the machine stopped beeping and it seemed like Mina was going to be okay

Y/n sighed out as she ran her hand through her face

She was glad Mina was okay but that had only confirmed her suspicions

Mina had regenerating powers.

As Y/n fully accepted her discovery, she saw the outfit Mina was wearing

She had to be changed into more comfortable clothing

Y/n went to go find some before coming back to Mina but pausing

She had to change her

Mm, maybe not.

As Nia, Roman, and Jenna were sitting on the couch, Y/n's voice came on through the intercom that was connected to the penthouse

"Hey Nia, could you come down here really quick?" Y/n's embarrassed and coy voice was heard as Nia stood up and went to the intercom

"Sure but what for?" Nia asked as there was a sight pause before Y/n spoke again

"I uh- I need you to change Mina's clothes- please" Y/n shyly spoke as Nia couldn't help but sigh

"Yeah, I'll be down there in a bit" Nia responded

Nia was the oldest one in the team.

She was in her mid 30s but looked like she was in her early 20s

She was beautiful and no one could go against that because it was more than true

"Why does she even need you to change that woman's clothes?" Jenna snarky question made Nia turn towards her

"Y/n is being respectful and rather have me be the one to dress her" Nia responded as Jenna couldn't help but laugh out

"Respectful? They already made out and if they weren't stopped, they probably would have done more" Jenna said

"Jenna!" Nia practically shouted

"This is the last time I'm going to tell you, knock it off. The decisions that Y/n makes are not in our control nor do we have a right to control them meaning it does not matter if you dislike having Mina here because it is all up to Y/n to allow or make those decisions. Whatever they have or had is also none of our business but if you have a problem with it, bring it up with Y/n or keep to yourself because either way you have no right on having a word on their relationship or whatever the hell those two have. Now if you excuse me, I'll be with Y/n" Nia said before heading in the elevator and soon disappearing

As Jenna took in those words, she sighed in frustration before slumping down in her seat

"Hm what a shame jealousy has a hold of you right now" Roman said while flipping through a magazine

"Roman shut up" Jenna snarled

"No I'm serious Ortega. You have to tell Y/n your feelings before Mina claims her more than she already has- I mean god, what if you say nothing. Y/n in a few years could be living in the woods with Mina, maybe even with kids- or maybe not depending how much alone time they wa-" Roman was getting ahead of himself but Jenna cut him off

"I'm seconds away from throwing you off the terrace Valor" Jenna said while calling Roman by his last name

"Okay okay but that's what I'm saying, tell her your feelings before Mina tells her to hurry up and get engaged already" Roman said as Jenna glared at him but sighed and ran her fingers through her hair
