"Congratulations babe. My muppet scored a podium." Iris threw her arms around Lando's body to hug him. "Yeah I did." He said proud of himself but still slightly heavy on breathing "I'm sorry, I'm still a bit out of breath." After breaking away from the hug, Lando put an arm around Iris' shoulders and they started walking to the McLaren hospitality.

By the time they had made their way back Iris had said she was proud of Lando about 100 times. "Have I told you I'm proud of you yet?" She joked. "Yes. Have I told you I love you yet?" "I love you more." "Impossible." "Then how come it is?"

They sat and talked about the race for a while, well mostly Lando and Iris listened to him attentively. After a while Charlotte came into the room and asked if she could steal Lando for the interviews he had to do. "Yeah sure he's all yours."

The media interviews took longer than Iris expected. She was getting bored sitting in the hospitality so she decided to go on a walk through the paddock.

A few people recognised her as Lando's girlfriend and told her to wish him congratulations. She passed the media pen and saw Lando doing an interview. Charlotte noticed Iris passing by and waved to her. She waved back excitedly which made Charlotte laugh. Lando noticed it and looked behind him to Charlotte and then to the direction she was looking in. When he saw Iris his smile grew bigger, if that was even possible.

Iris stayed and watched him do his interviews altough he was more focused on her than on the interviews. He kept looking away from the interviewers to see what she was doing. When he had to do an interview at the other side and had to turn around, Iris started looking for any of the girls to talk to.

She hadn't found any of them walking in the paddock but when she passed the other hospitalities on her way back, someone called her name. She looked around but saw no one approaching her. Then the voice called her again. "Iris! Up here!" She looked up and saw Sandra standing on the roof of the Williams hospitality.

"Come up here!" She shouted. "How?" "Stairs." "Yeah I know that, but I don't know my way through this building." Sandra disappeared from the roof but she was down by the door in a few seconds. "Come on follow me." 

The view from the roof was beautiful so Iris and Sandra talked and caught up for a while. Until Nicholas came back. "Hey Iris." He said. "Hey Nicholas." "Please just say Nicky, that's what most people call me." "Okay, but I have to go. Lando must be back soon too. Bye guys, it was nice catching up."

Iris walked out of the hospitality and crossed a few people just outside the door. Iris heard the door close behind the group but she felt eyes burning on her back. "Good afternoon Iris." Her first thought was that it was George but that didn't make sense because she didn't see him. Then it hit her. She turned around and her blood started boil just because he was there, he hadn't even done anything. "I'm not getting a good afternoon back. Maybe you really have changed." He said.

"What are you doing here? No one is even allowed into the paddock as far as I'm concerned." He pointed to his shirt and then Iris realised. "You work at Williams? You better be kidding." "Not at all honey. It might suprise you but I actually have a decent job, plus it's at a Formula 1 team." His tone made Iris even more mad than she already was.

"Don't ever call me honey. And when did you become capable of having a job and being professional?" "Feisty, I like it. Have you thought about my proposition?" "Of me going out with you? Noah, I already told you that I have a boyfriend. Even if I didn't, I'm not interested. At all. Just leave me alone." "I would leave you alone, except for that fact that that's never gonna happen honey."

Iris had to keep it together to try not to punch him. She walked away and as soon as she was out of sight she started running. At that point she felt like she was in some weird hidden camera TV show. Unfortunately this was her life right now and she had to handle all of this.

She entered Lando's driver's room but he wasn't there yet. She texted him but as she hit the send button, she heard the sound of Lando's phone. He had left his phone behind with her. Of course he didn't take it with him because it wasn't the plan she would be leaving the building and bump into the one person she hates the most. She texted Charlotte in hopes that she would respond.

She stood up from the couch and walked toward the media pen. Lando just finished the interview and sped up his pace as soon as he saw Iris. She hugged him tight when they met. "You okay babe? You seem upset."
"I don't wanna talk about it right now. We can talk tonight." "Okay."

I'm back. I missed writing so much, you have no idea. Thanks to everyone that wished me good luck with my exams, that means a lot to me and I love all of you guys so much.
