I don't know if you remember but there is Kels in the series who is also from the Koks and Scarlett was not shown but Sarah talked about her sometimes in season 1 she was a good friend of Sarah, so they will be mentioned in this episode.

Three weeks later;

These three weeks went fine not the best, she stayed at home for one and a half and the third week she worked except for today because she felt it was too much for her, she is 15 weeks pregnant, almost four months which is really exciting, there are no more chances of a miscarriage, she passed the first semester and she starting the second. Her belly is growing and if she's not wearing a sweater or a big shirt you can tell she's pregnant, she has a bit of back pain because of the weight gain because their baby is getting bigger and bigger and they're making it difficult for her to do simple actions, every night John B do to her a back massage he's really Trying to relieve her and help her, the dizziness only increases and three days ago she almost passed out so they called the doctor and she told them that it is normal for her to have dizziness because the fetus needs more blood at this stage and this can lead to dizziness or fast heartbeats,
So the worry went away and everything is fine.

Today John B and Kiara worked in the shop Sarah stayed at home to rest,
It was quite busy at first and then it wasn't so busy when there was an hour left until closing.
"Do you think we can close today earlier? People never come at these hours" Kiara asked him because there are no more people and there's no point in staying another hour, "Yes you're right, we can start closing, I wanted to be home earlier because Sarah, she needs me more now" he said, lately It's really hard for her, the pregnancy takes a lot of energy from her and if John B wasn't here she would have collapsed,
"It's really hard for her isn't it?" Kiara asked and he nodded,
"It'll be over in another month, the nausea and fatigue will be over, she'll be fine" she tried to encourage him "yes you're right, come on let's start closing here" he said and just then another cruise customer came in wait is that Scarlett?, "Hey Scarlett, can we help you? "Kiara asked because she knows her from the time she was part of the koks, "Is Sarah here?" Scarlett asked
"No, why?" John B asked her and didn't understand why she needed Sarah. They didn't talk for three years , "Well we know about your little secret" she said pointing at John B
"What secret?" he asked confused and looked at Kiara
"You know, Sarah is pregnant from you" what the hell how does she know ?
"She's not," he denied, "you can stop lying, we all know but don't worry we won't interfere, we'll let you raise him or her in peace, I just wanted to let you know" she said and went to the door intending to go out "oh and one more thing her father and Rafe know then Be careful, bye bye" she added and left the door, "Shit" John B said still in shock from what just happened "John B,it's going to be ok" Kiara straight up said because she noticed he is starting to freak out "No no how does she know?"
"I don't know John B, but you need to calm down" Kiara told him "How am I going to tell her? She's going to freak out" "She'll be fine John B, you've been through everything, you'll get through this too, okay?" Kiara told him he nodded,
"Come on, let's go" she told him and they left the store.

Kiara and John B got home saw everyone in the living room watching a movie together Sarah was also there but she was sleeping on the couch,
"Hey guys " Kiara said and she sat down, And John B sat down next to sleepy Sarah and stroked her hair
"Hey Jayj pass me a blanket" he said to JJ and he threw him a blanket, John B covered Sarah with a blanket he doesn't want her to catch a cold but his touch made her wake up,
"Hey hey continue sleeping" he whispered to her "come here" she whispered to him opening her arms so he could come cuddle with her
He kissed her softly and wrapped his arms around her,
"Get a room guys" JJ said ruining their moment,
"Shut up JJ" John B told him making Sarah laugh,
They continued to watch the movie but John B has to tell Sarah it will be so hard for her to deal with her dad but she has no choice.
"Sar I need to talk to you" John B told her, "Is everything okay?" she asked him confused, "let's just go to our room" he said "okay" she said not understanding what he wanted, he helped her get up and they went to their room.

"What's going on?" she asked him worriedly
"Okay so um, do you remember Scarlett?" she nodded,
"So she came to the shop today and she was looking for you and I told her you weren't here, and she told me she um that she knows about  your pregnancy , everyone knows, I'm sorry" Sarah froze,
Tears started to fall from her eyes, she didn't know what to say.
how? who told?
"Sarah please say something" John B said stroking her back
"how? Who told?" she started to cry and he wrapped her in a comforting hug. "I don't know, its going to be okay," "No, no, how will be ok? Shit does my father and Rafe know?" She raised her voice
And he nodded making her cry even more "Shit I can't believe it"
And her breathing became heavy "What will Rafe do? Or my dad shit" she shouted and couldn't breathe, "Sarah calm down baby breathe with me okay?" She nodded trying to calmed down a bit, "How do they even know?" She asked again "I don't know maybe Weezy?" He suggested "I'll call her " she said and calls Weezy,

"Hey Wiz how are you?"
Sarah said she wants to get to Fuente as soon as possible
"Everything okay what's going on?" Weezy told her
"Everything it's fine, listen, did you tell anyone about the pregnancy? Please Weezy, try to remember."
she asked firmly
"Um it's just me I just told my best friend she promised not to tell anyone I'm sorry" Weezy admitted
"Who is she? What's her name?"
"This is Kels's sister, Lily"
"Shit"
"I'm sorry Sarah, I didn't know she would tell, I'm sorry"
"it's ok weezie ok i have to go bye"
And Sarah broke down crying and put her hands on her face
"Baby it's okay" he stroked her back, "what did she say?"
He asked her "She told her best friend and she's Kels' sister so he told everyone" she raised her voice and her breathing became faster, "hey hey breathe, calm down it's not healthy for you and the baby please, try to relax" he kissed her head and she calmed down
"Let's go to sleep? Tomorrow is a new day and we'll get through it ,ok I'm here" he told her and they got into bed
"Thank you for everything" she told him, hugging him tightly
"I love you" "I love you too".
