Shine for me

(Third person POV)

They didn't speak much of that day after that. Both of them continued their original lives at the nightclub. But, they began meeting outside of work more often. Like, going for a coffee or just go for a walk.

They both came to realize, that they've found something in each other that they've longed for. Still it wasnt easy. None of them had come to the point to tell the other quite yet. It was like an never ending circle, that would keep on continuing.

That is until something happens that'll change both of them forever.

(Ukai POV)

Today was a very important day for not just me, but for everyone at work. We were expecting very important guests. Some rich company were going to host some kind of party.

As I've heard, there were bodyguards and plenty of securityguards coming as well. I was both nervous and excited.

As I arrived that evening, I was met by the securityguards guarding the entrance, as always I took the backdoor. Take-chan waved at me as I entered.

"Hey Ukai-kun! Excited for tonight?" I could hear the extra cheerfulness in his voice.

"Haha of course I am! Wouldn't miss it for the world." I winked at him as I decided to help him out with the preparations.

Some hours later, the guests arrived. I could see how nervous Take-chan was, so I tried comforting him that everything was going to be fine. He then smiled and thanked me for my comfort.

Everything went as planned, and it seemed like the guests were having plenty of fun. I felt I needed to use the bathroom, so I switched with one of the other guards.

When entering the bathroom, I thought i saw something in the corner of my eye. Quickly i turned around, but there was no one in sight. I could feel my body tense up as i walked into one of the stalls. Something clearly wasn't right.

(Takeda POV)

I saw Ukai-kun switch with one of the other guards as he walked past me. I've never really thought anything about it, but he looked awfully good in that suit. I mean, he's been wearing it for months now. I notice new things about him every day. Quietly I let out a chuckle.

Some time passed, and Ukai-kun had still not come back from the bathroom. I began getting really worried, that was until I heard something.

A gunshot.

Everyone began freaking out and was told to hurry out the entrance. My heart dropped. I ran to the bathroom as my body began shaking. A man collided with me as he ran out the door.

On the floor I was met by a sight that my brain didn't want to process. In a pile of blood, I found Ukai-kun lifeless.

"No no NO!" I screamed out. Two securityguards rushed in, and in the distance I could hear an ambulance.

Tears began falling, as I gripped the fabric of my shirt.

"YOU CAN'T DIE ON ME, NOT LIKE THIS- N-n..not like this.."
