It remained quiet while Hanako was looking for an exit of Hana's boundry.

Yashiro couldn't help but ask.

Yashiro: "Hanako-kun... What did she mean confess? What did she mean 'what you did to me'?" Yashiro asked with wide eyes.

Yashiro: "And I didn't forget sensei's words too. 'Spend as much time with me'?" she asks again.

Hanako freezes.

Yashiro: "Huh? I-Is she ba-"

Hanako: "It's exactly what they mean." Hanako cuts-off Yashiro.

Then Hanako faces Yashiro, eyes narrow and cheeks red.

Yashiro: "Hanako..." Yashiro was still confused.

Then Hanako grabs Yashiro's shoulders and looks her in the eye.

Hanako: "Confess, as in confess my love to you. Spend time with you, as in stay with you as much as possible. Is it that hard to understand?" Hanako asks.

Yashiro: "L-Love...? S-So... You... "

Hanako: "Dammit, Yashiro, I like you!" Hanako bursts out. His head low, cheeks red, honesty and embarrassment in his voice.

Hanako: "I-I like you..." he says, softly this time. (as soft as he said he likes donuts in the anime XD)

Hanako: "And I won't forgive myself if you get hurt... If I failed to protect you.." his eyes go watery.

Hanako: "And if I found the person who hurt you, I won't hesitate to hurt them too." Hanako admits.

Hanako: "I-I want you to keep living, Yashiro... Because..."

Hanako: "That's... Th-That's..."

"That's how much I like you, Yashiro."

Hanako: "And what I did to you... I..." Hanako was cut-off.

Yashiro hugged him.

Yashiro: "I-I don't quite understand... But... I will soon... I can't really a-answer now, too..." Yashiro explains as she let go.

Hanako stares at her with wide eyes.

Yashiro: "But I'll answer soon, too. And my lifespan... I can't quite promise I'll live for a long time, Hanako-kun, but..."

Yashiro: "Wait for me."

These words made Hanako blush harder. Then he smiled.

Hanako: "If that's what my assistant wants. Then I'll do."

And they find a way out of the boundry...

Its been a week since that incident with Hana.

Everything was normal.

Akane-kun's being rejected by Aoi...

Kou-kun's still worried about Mitsuba...

Everything was fine. Its just that I have bandages on my arms.

And...

Hanako-kun won't show up.

Not in class.
Not in Tsuchigomori-sensei's boundry.
Not on the roof.
Not in the garden...

Not even in the bathroom...

'Was it something I said last week?'

'But I'll answer soon.'

'Was it that response? I have to find him...'

Tsuchigomori: "Now you listen here you little-"

Hanako: "Whup! Nice try but-"

Hanako was cut-off by Yako's pull of his leg.

Yako: "Don't even dare to threat me with your stupid udon thing!" Yako orders.

Tsuchigomori: "Yashiro's been looking for you, dammit!" Tsuchigomori scolds Hanako.

Tsuchigomori: "She. Has. Been. Looking. For. You. Since. Last. Week!" the sensei scolds

Hanako: "She... Has...?"

Yako: "Don't act dumb! Don't you feel it whenever she knocks on your stupid bathroom door?!" Yako yells.

Hanako: "'Course I do! I just... Can't find the courage to see her, that's all." Hanako explains.

Yako and Tsuchigomori look at each other. Then nod.

-A while later-

Hanako: "Okay, first of all, I did not sign up for this."

Hanako was tied to a chair in the Science Room.

Yako: "Now, shut up and find words to tell her after disappearing for a whole week."

Hanako: "Why do you guys even care...?" Hanako asks.

Yako and Tsuchigomori stay quiet.

Yako: "Look, we don't really know either. But I can relate."

Tsuchigomori: "Don't talk about that damn teacher again will you." Tsuchigomori complains.

Yako: "Don't call him that, emo-spider! You're just jealous because no one ever showed interest towards you!"

Then the two stir up an argument like always.

On the other hand, Hanako rolled his eyes then tries to think of what to say.

'Hey, Yashiro. Should I say that? Wait, no... How about.. 'Yashiro!' No. That sounds stupid. Maybe pretend nothing happened? Or just...

'Hi, Yashiro. I'm sorry I disappeared for a week, that was stupid of me and... I missed you.'

Yeah. That sound just about right. '

Hanako: "Hello? Guys??" Hanako calls out to the two who were still arguing.

Hanako: "Number 5? Number 2~?"

The two were still wrapped up in an argument.

Hanako: "GUYS!!!" Hanako yells.

The two stop arguing and look at Hanako.

Yako: "Should I fetch her now?" asks Yako.

Hanako: "Let me go first. Its embarrassing." Hanako orders. Then Tsuchigomori unties him.

Yako: "I'll go now." Then she transform into her human form and sets off to find Yashiro.

Yashiro was looking for Hanako when she suddenly bumped into Yako.

Yashiro: "Yako-neesan! Thank goodness! Have you seen Hanako-kun?!" Yashiro bursts out.

Yako: "He's in the Science room. Come on."

Yashiro was surprised. Since when was she considerate...?

When they reached the Science Lab, Hanako was looking through the window.

Yako: "That's it, lets get outta here, spider legs." Yako orders Tsuchigomori while jumping on his shoulder.

Tsuchigomori: "Don't scratch up my books."

Then the two went to The 4pm Bookstacks.

Yashiro: "Hanako-kun!" Yashiro exclaims excitedly then wraps him in a big hug.

Hanako flushed at Yashiro's gesture.

Hanako: "H-Hi... Yashiro... I-I'm sorry I-"

Yashiro hits Hanako.

Yashiro: "Stupid, stupid, stupid! Baka! Why'd you disappear like that?!" she scolds Hanako.

Hanako: "Ow! Ow! Okay, okay! I was going to say sorry!" Hanako complains.

Yashiro: "Hmph!" she turns away from Hanako.

Hanako: "H-Hey- Yashiro-"

Yashiro: "I like you too." Yashiro bursts out.

Yashiro: "I've liked you ever since you saved me from the fish..." Yashiro admits

Yashiro's face formed a light blush, and so did Hanako's.

It stays quiet for a while.

Yashiro: "I-Idiot! Say something!" Yashiro yells.

Hanako: "A-Ah! Sorry."

Hanako: "I liked you too, Yashiro. Ever since the day you called me a friend..."

It felt like time stopped for Yashiro

'He.... Did...?'

Then Yashiro hugged Hanako again.

Yashiro: "Thank you for being honest with me, Hanako-kun." Yashiro smiles at Hanako.

'And I'll make this work out. I promise. But I can't promise that I can see you tomorrow, Hanako-kun.'

Hanako was confused.
