*Kenzie's POV*

I asked if Johnny and Lauren wanted to spend the night at my house. John said yes of course so now I had to go talk to Lauren though I'm sure she wants to.

I smiled at Johnny and said I was going to find Lauren.

As I was walking towards her locker I saw she wasn't there. I decided to just text her and ask.

Kenzie: Hey do u want to spend the night at my house. Johnny is going to.
Lauren: Yeah I probably won't be there till like 8 tho
Kenzie: Why?
Lauren: I have a date.
Kenzie: OOH WITH WHO?!
Lauren: Cason
Kenzie: Omg!!! Y'all r sooo cute together!
Lauren: Thanks Kenz. Gtg
Kenzie: K. Bye

I think I've mention Cason before but he is in our friend group. I've always thought him and Lauren would look cute together. Lauren liked him and Cason liked her but neither would ask the other out so this is a big deal.

I felt hands cupped over my eyes.

"Guess who?"
"Johnny." I said dumbly.
"How did you know?"
"Because you and Hayden were the only people to do that and obviously Hayden wouldn't." I replied.
"Oh."
"Well let's go." He said.
"Okay. Lauren is going out later so it will be just me and u for a while."
"Okay, well what to you want to do?"
"I want to go to Starbucks" I said.
"Okay" Johnny said as he put his arm over my shoulder.

I am still very much sick but I decided to try and write so that I can talk about hitting 1k reads!
