I stayed up all night thinking of George. Of the way he talks, the way he dances, of the way he kisses. I couldn't even stop thinking about his fangs. I barley got any sleep.

When I woke up it was too soon. I was awoken by my mother by ripping the covers off of me.

"Wake up!" she yelled in my ear.

"What? Can't I sleep? It is the weekend you know" I muttered half asleep.

"Not to one o'clock you can't" she told me. I looked at my clock. It was one o'clock. Crap. I missed breakfast.

I got dressed and had a lunch of grilled cheese. I grabbed my purse and walked out. "Where do you think you're going?" said mom.

"To a friends house."

She eyed me suspiciously. "Alright. You can stay for dinner if you want but I want you home so you can do homework." "Yes mother." I walked out the door.

I went over to Kaithlyn's house. I knocked on the door and a person still in pajamas and bed hair opened the door. "What do you want?" she said sounding as if she literally woke up to answer the door.

"Aren't you just a little ray of sunshine?" I mocked her. She stuck her tongue out at me. I just laughed. "Can I come in?"

She opened the door wider so I could walk in. "So what's up?" I asked.

"I was sleeping." She gave me a dirty look. "Good for you. Do you want to go shopping later or go do something?" I asked. "Yeah sure just let me get dressed." she slowly walked up the stairs. It almost looked like she was a zombie.

"So what do ye want to do?" asked Kaithlyn. "Want to go shopping or something?" I suggested since I was at a loss for ideas.

"Let me get my purse." She ran quickly up the stairs to her room and then quickly back down. "Ready."

"I really like these ones." Kaithlyn stared longingly at a pair of shoes. "Then why don't you get them?" I asked her.

"I just don't have enough money. I'm already going to get these ones" she pointed to a box I hadn't noticed that was in her arms. "Oh, well do you want me to buy you them? I'm not really interested in the shoes here."

"No no no. You don't have to do that for me," she protested. "Well I'm getting them for you." I took the pair and walked to register.

She scanned the shoes and I paid. Then Kaithlyn paid for her other ones. "Enjoy your new pair of shoes." I handed her the bag.

"Thanks but you didn't have to." I smiled. "Well that's what friends do." She looked and smiled at me too.

"So, uh, what's going on between you and John?"

Her cheeks turned a deep shade of red. "Um, I like him but I probably won't get the chance to go out with him or anything."

"I have an idea!" I blurted out. She turned to me with a confused look. "Which is?"

"Well why don't you, John, George, and I, all go out on a double date?" I asked maybe a little too excitedly.

"Oh I don't know. What if he doesn't like me?" She worried. "He'll love you. It looks like he already has a crush on you." I winked and she blushed.

"Okay why not." She gave me a worried smile. "This'll be fun. Plus We'll all get along. John and George are already mates and are in the band together." I reassured her.

I knocked on George's door. George opened it holding an apple in his other hand reminding me of how hungry I am.

"Hi George."

"Hi. Do you want to come in?" I nodded and walked in. He offered me a snack and of course I took the offer.

"So I was talking with Kaithlyn and she wanted to go on a double date with you, John, her and myself. Do you want to go?" I asked. "We would meet them at the restaurant at around eight."

"Anything for you" he leaned in and kissed me. I smiled. "Good but you get John though. I already walked all the way here." He laughed.

"Well I'm going to have to find a nice restaurant to take you so looks like you'll have to take care of him." he made up an excuse. I just rolled my eyes. "Fine. But then I get an extra kiss." I said.

"Gladly" he leaned in and pressed his lips against mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he pulled me closer. I pulled out and smiled.

"Well I have to go get John now." I said. He frowned and I just laughed. "Okay just one more." I kissed him quickly. "Bye I'll see you at later" and I walked out the door.

I walked up to the door and knocked. A woman who looked very tightly wounded answered the door.

"What do you want?" she asked harshly.

"Is John here? I would like to speak with him please." She seemed hesitant at first but soon went up stairs to go fetch him.

A minute later John came down the stairs. "Hey Julia."

"Hi, um, well this is kind of awkward. Well I was with Kaithlyn and she was wondering if you would like to go on a double date with George and I. Do you want to go?" I told him. He seemed delighted.

"Of course I would!" he exclaimed. "Tell her to meet me at my house at six. When and where are we going?" he asked.

"It's at seven tonight. George said he'll take care of the restaurant but I highly doubt it, so we'll probably be going to a burger joint or someplace like that." I answered.

"Great." John said beaming. "Well see you at seven." I said waving and turning around to go tell Kaithlyn.

I'm off to go to the fourth house I've been to today.

I got ready in the dress I bought the day I met Kaithlyn. It wasn't too fancy considering we were probably going to a burger place.

I walked to George's house making sure I didn't forget my jacket and purse.

I knocked on the door waiting for him to answer. A woman which I assumed was his mother opened it.

"Hello, may I help you?"

"Is George here?" I asked. Before the woman could answer George came down the stairs.

"Mom, its fine." She stepped back into the house. "She's a pretty one you got there Georgie." she said to George as she left. "Mom" he told her as to tell her to be quiet. I blushed and so did George.

"Well, that was awkward." George rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah" I agreed.

"Do you want to come in or are you ready to go?" He asked. "I'm ready." He put his arm out and linked my arms with his. "Let's go" I said.

We walked to John's house which wasn't far. We knocked on the door and the woman from earlier answered.

"Yes?" She said coldly.

"Is John and Kaithlyn here?" She went upstairs and down quickly came two bubbly teenagers.

"'Ello guys" John greeted us. "You're here already?"

"It's almost seven, you know" George answered.

"Well where are we going?" asked John.

"To a little burger place down in town." I pointed my finger at John. "Didn't I tell you?"

"But I believed you didn't I?" he pointed out. I rolled my eyes. I guess he did.

George gave us a confused look. Kaithlyn as well. "Well, I told John that you wouldn't take us to a fancy restaurant. I actually said it would be a burger place." I laughed along with John.

"You know me so well." He hugged me in a brotherly sort of way. I laughed. "Well, shall we go off then?"

We all nodded and we all walked to the bus station laughing and talking.
