Sports Festival Pt. 1

The sun had began to rise slowly in the distance, Heights Alliance had never heard such peaceful tranquility, that is until Shiva came walking through the front doors with a wooden spoon in his mouth and a pot in his right hand.

'Good, they're still asleep, time for their wake up call!'

As Shiva set the pot down onto their couch he grabbed the wooden spoon out of his mouth. He raised it high with a smile full of childish joy.

*With Izuku*

The Bush laid in bed, snuggled up close to his wonderful girls, slowly he opened his eyes to enjoy the serenity this particular morning had for him.

Looking down to see he was pinned by Mina, who held a rather lustful smile on her face, Setsuna mimicked Mina's smile to a lesser degree, while Kyouka held a soft yet blissful smile. A smile dawned on his face, soon Izuku carefully yet quickly stood up without making a single sound.

'That's step one, if I can hurry, I may be able to cook breakfast for them.'

Opening his door, just a slight pull, he was met with loud banging metal that woke everyone up.

"Rise and Shine Class 1A!! Today is your day, so get your lazy butts outta bed and start your early training!"

When he was finished Izuku chuckled softly hearing his friends groaning as they were abruptly pulled from their dreams. Izuku descended down the stairs, walking up to Shiva who threw out the pot and spoon, he greeted his teacher as the two chuckled.

"You were always strict about my regiment, why did you wake everyone though? What's so special about today?"

Shiva raised his eyebrow, smirking as he held three fingers up, he slowly counted down until a look of sudden realization appeared on Izuku's face.

Before a word could even be said, everyone else had rushed out of their rooms in a panic, a few were still putting on clothes while most had a quick, and very light, breakfast. They rushed past Izuku and Shiva, intent on being on time, while the two were standing there with mixed reactions.

"I should...probably go get changed."

"Yea, you should, after the festival there's someone I want to introduce you too."

Already halfway up the stairs he raised an eyebrow seeing Shiva walk out of the dorms.

'I wonder who it could be? Maybe a relative of some kind.'

*Meanwhile*

Aizawa was sitting in class enjoying a cup of coffee. It was around this time his class would show up and ruin the peace of silence, but after some waiting, he noticed they weren't coming.

Sighing to himself, he downed the rest of his coffee, and walked out to find his students.

'Usually they arrive on time, wonder what has them so distracted they risk expulsion.'

After gaining some info about their whereabouts, he headed out to one of the many gyms they have on campus.

When he found his class, simply following the sound of someone yelling, you could say he was either impressed or shocked to the core. Inside was his class, in their gym uniforms, training to their absolute limit.

Well, most were laying on the ground panting, the only one's who were still training were Minoru, Izuku, Izumi, Kastuki, and Tenya.

The only one not accountable was Eijirou, he would ask them later, right now, he was proud they were using their free time wisely.

*TimeSkip*

Class 1A slowly filed out of the gym, most sore while a few were gaining their stamina back, Izuku tried to leave with Minoru but was pulled back by Shota.

"Hey Sensei, what's the problem?"

"Kirishima, he didn't show up to class, nor did he make it to the dormitory. I was hoping you would know where he is."

Furrowing his brow, Izuku quickly started thinking why Eijirou hasn't shown up to school, before he shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know where he might be Sensei, but you might wanna check Dagobah Beach, he's probably laying on the ground passed out."

The way Izuku casually spoke slightly threw Shota off, as if it was a normal occurrence for teenagers to randomly pass out cold, nodding his head he let Izuku join with the rest of the class. While he went to find a urchin on the beach.

*The Stadium*

"[WHAT IS UP!! EVERYBODY!!!]"

The crowd roared with excitement, while Hizashi wore a bright smile, getting themselves ready for the festival.

"[Today, we will be having out students go through three different challenges, with the final challenge being the tournament!]"

As he went on to explain the rules, Class 1A were getting last minute stretches in before they were announced.

On top of the stadium sat Shiva, who was holding a bowl of bean paste buns, he was eating out of boredom. If they were told to fight, they get to fight, no need for any of these rules.

"Impatient as always, especially if it's about fighting."

Turning around, bean bun in hand, Shiva smiled widely seeing the God he can call an ally. Or in his own words, a brother.

"Same old, same old, did gramps say anything to ya, Rudra?"

Rudra, God of Tempest, snatched a bean bun out of Shiva's bowl with a scowl.

"Nothing out of the ordinary, still believes I should take your place, but there is one thing that's stuck on my mind."

Slightly saddened he lost a bean bun, Shiva was now interested in this new piece of information, Rudra is somewhat a spy for him. Reconnaissance is an important tool for any kind of battle, whether it be mental or physical, he leaned closer to Rudra as his curiosity had reached its peak.

"What did he say? Was it something about me? Is he plotting to betray the rest of the Gods? Is he finally giving up on love?"

Sighing is never a good sign, it meant everything he said was incorrect, it only confirmed his disappointment when Rudra turned to him with a tired smile.

"As much as we want to believe the last one will happen, it never will, he told me that you're training a human to be Humanity's next savior. Is that true?"

Before he could speak, music blared from the speakers beneath them, it was finally time. With a smirk he turned to Rudra and gave his answer.

"Why don't you see for yourself? I don't mean to brag, but, I did a pretty good job of training him."

Now his curiosity was sated, but it was quickly replaced with a new interest, he hummed in response as the two turned back to the arena.

*Meanwhile*

In a long corridor, Class 1A was walking down with mixed feelings, many were nervous and few were sure they would win. However, Izuku didn't feel that way he instead felt excited, he was ecstatic to see everyone's quirk out in the field.

'I have so much data to collect! Good thing I always bring extra notebooks.'

Once they left the corridor they were overwhelmed from everyone's cheering. Izuku waved to the crowd, some of his friends joined him, and they cheered even louder.

"Alright kiddies!"

Suddenly everyone's attention was pulled to the stage, it was a voice Minoru hoped he misheard, it was covered in smoke as a silhouette of a woman came walking out.

"I'll be your instructor for the rest of the evening, take five Hizashi!"

Waving up at Present Mic, who gave a thumbs up and a smile, she turned back to the classes and cracked her whip.

"Since Present Mic already explained the rules, I'll skip the niceties, you will first go through an obstacle course."

As Midnight, the rated R hero, went on to explain the events. Izuku noticed Minoru was shaking tremendously, he was also muttering, he tapped on his shoulder and held back his laughter seeing Minoru jump in fright.

"What's wrong Minoru? Why are you shaking like a leaf, yet beating me in muttering."

He looked around before pulling Izuku down, Midnight glanced toward them with suspicion but resumed explaining the events, Minoru looked around once more before speaking.

"Look, I never told anyone this. So I would deeply appreciate it, my lord, if you never speak a word of what I'm about to tell you."

Izuku became serious, putting all of his jokes aside, and he nodded. Quickly easing Minorus nerves, looking around once more, he leaned closer to Izuku's ear.

"I'm terrified, cause my mom is on stage, and she always treats me like a baby!"

With a blank and unreadable expression. Izuku looked up Midnight on stage, looked back at Minoru, looked back to her once again before he spoke.

"How is that a bad thing?"

Minoru wanted nothing more than to strangle Izuku however, before he could get another word out, Minoru noticed everyone around him slowly back away from him. Looking around it was a perfect circle, a shiver went up his spine, he turned around to see Midnight standing behind him.

"Minoru, why didn't you tell me you made it!"

He was wrapped into a hug, every man in the stadium became jealous, Izuku suddenly understood what Minoru meant.

"This is exactly why I didn't tell you mom!"

"Eh?"

Everyone, including Shiva and Rudra, all tilted their heads. Exactly two minutes went by before all hell broke loose.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHH!?!?!?!"

Momo, who was now dating Minoru, suddenly became very nervous.

"Mineta-kun, y-your mother is!"

Midnight looked around, with a face that shown she thought everyone knew, meanwhile Minoru managed to pry her grip off his arms.

"Step. Mother, actually, and it's something I'm not that fond of talking about. Can we move along now please?"

Midnight puffed her cheeks in annoyance, but reluctantly, she walked back up to the stage.

"As I was saying, everyone to the starting line!"

Cracking her whip to her right, everyone looked to see a giant entrance open, they walked to the giant opening and a green line appeared in front of them.

"Ready!"

Minoru distanced himself a little from everyone else as they made a plan. Izuku waved goodbye to his girls and tried getting a spot in the front.

"Set!"

Katsuki still hadn't shown up, Izumi was slightly getting worried, but a man in a cloak chuckled behind everyone.

"GO!"

People in the front sprinted, Izuku leapt upward using his muscle control on his legs, and the race had began.

Izumi sighed seeing Katsuki hadn't made it but ran off to try and gain the lead.

The being in the cloak ripped it off and revealed a suit underneath. It started to glow a bright orange as a loud explosion erupted and the person in the suit went flying.

"Advance!!"
