After the shooting for the endorsement was over. Both Shi Shen and Du Zhu were informed that the result would be issued on their official platform in a week.

To be honest, Shi Shen has never sung but his sense of rhythm was outstanding and he also used to be a composer. It was not an exaggeration to say that he could play any instrument and be able to play around with the rhythm as he liked.
 

Ye Xie’s voice was clear and clean. With a little bit of polishing, it was not an understatement to say that his voice was just like the sound of the instrument.
 

Besides acting, Shi Shen spared no effort in learning modern dance and practice singing since he knew that he would undoubtedly be asked to do them later on.
 

This time, he even actively joined in composing the song so not only it showed Ke Xin’s story but it also highlighted his singing ability.
 

Producer Sun who was invited to oversee him was faintly shocked to see his music ability but he was still not confident in the youth’s singing.
 

In the music industry, there was a bias that idols were not acknowledged to be a professional singer so their singing would often get looked down upon by others.

Once he got into his nanny car, Yu Yuan said,’’Ye Xie, you will be participating in a variety show this Saturday with Wu Wenming and Yu Mei from ‘Blood’ crew to promote the drama. There are two other guests; Su Rui and Sun Qing. Make sure to do your homework about the show as well these two to avoid any conflicts.’’
 

Yu Yuan knew that the other was not good in variety show but this opportunity was good for his exposure. This show was a national show and it had viewers of every age. Not to mention, the regular members were also stars with a good reputation so rarely there was something wrong while recording.
 

At first, only the male lead and female lead would go on the show to promote their drama but due to his recent popularity, Shi Shen who played as a second male lead also got invited by the show to participate as a mystery guest.
 

Shi Shen nodded his head and once he got back home he went to do some research on the show.
 

There were 5 regular members: An Ke, an actor 29 years old, Ji Jing, an actress 38 years old, Li Yao, a singer 26 years old, Cao Ming, a comedian 45 years old and Hao Xi, a comedian 30 years old.
 

Shi Shen went through their profile then watched some recent episodes.
 

Finally, the recording day arrived.
 

The shooting started early in the morning and he needed to stay overnight so Shi Shen brought a few sets of clothes with him and arrived at the shooting location earlier than anyone else.
 

He hasn’t stepped out yet when a staff member went forward to give him a costume and told him not to come out until they said so.
 

Until the door closed, Shi Shen’s eyes didn’t stray away from the costume.
 

No wonder, he felt a bit fishy about appearing as a mystery guest.
 

On the other side, the regular members cheerfully started the opening with some chit-chat talk.

Men were dressed in blue ancient robe while women were dressed in a pink robe.

After seeing that the time was right the director immediately cut in to officially start the shooting.
 

‘’Today is a couple race and five guests will be joining in today’s shooting.’’
 

Hearing his words, everyone loudly cheered.
 

Li Yao the youngest member joyfully said,’’Ah, I hope handsome men will be joining us! We have had too many female guests lately!’’
 

Ji Jing also lightly nodded her head showing that she also agreed with her statement.
 

While the male members shook their head in disapproval, jokingly threatened the director that if there were no female guests, they wouldn’t be filming today!
 

Amidst their anticipation, the PD said,’’Both female and male guests will be joining us today.’’
 

He paused a bit then said,’’Mr. Cao, please do the honor of introducing the guests.’’
 

As the Eldest, Cao Ming took the script into his hand then loudly talked,’’The first guest is known to be a goddess of music with her addicted clean high note, please welcome Su Rui!’’
 

Everyone clapped their hands as they craned their necks to look for Su Rui. The latter quickly walked out from behind the staffs to enter the camera under the warm welcome of the members.
 

She also put on the same pink robe that complimented her pure and sweet temperament.
 

Following after that Cao Ming did a short interview of her before bringing in Sun Qing who was a hip-hop artist from a popular duo.
 

‘’Next, I will introduce both of them altogether! Their drama is a hot topic these days and with amazing chemistry and visuals, please welcome Wu Wenming and Yu Mei!’’
 

Right after this, Wu Wenming and Yu Mei were quickly seen walking side by side with a bright smile.
 

The women quickly squealed with Wu Wenming’s appearance even the two female regular members quickly shook each other in excitement due to him.
 

Wu Wenming had a good sense of humor and was friendly so he made the atmosphere become even more warming.
 

Right then, Cao Ming abruptly cut in with a confused tone,’’PD, what about the last guest?’’
 

Only at this did others finally notice that Cao Ming didn’t have any more script for the last guest.
 

While everyone showing a confused face, the PD calmly said,’’Please stand separately, male and female.’’
 

So Sun Qing and Wu Wenming walked toward the male regular members while the two female regular members went to stand beside the female guests.
 

After that, the PD called out via megaphone,’’Mystery guest, please come out!’’
 

They were shooting near the sidewalk of the road so every guest exited their cars and hid behind the crew waiting to be called over therefore they knew that there was no more guest.
 

While they were speculating, the black car who has been silently parked on the roadside near their shooting location for all this time had its door slowly slid open.
 

A white sneaker soon entered their fields following by the hem of the pink robe to which show that this was indeed the last female guest.
 

However, this guest raised her right hand allowing the wide sleeve of her robe to conveniently block her whole face so they could only see the long ink-like hair flowing down her shoulders like a waterfall and that she was a tall woman.
 

The members and guests had the same thought: A model?
 

Unlike others who rushed in to greet them this person slowly walked to them in an elegant manner causing everyone to become even more curious about her identity.
 

Hao Xi immediately played his job as a comedian and exclaimed,’’Miss, can you see where you are going?!’’
 

To his response, the mystery guest finally lowered her hand just enough to let her eyes exposed.
 

Just by seeing her pair of unfathomed phoenix eyes, everyone unanimously agreed that the other was a great beauty for sure and didn’t suspect anything!
 

Seeing the men’s dazed look, the PD, as well as the main writer quietly laughed and later on the editing team, would put devil horns and tails on them while editing the video.
 

Upon seeing those eyes, Wu Wenming couldn’t help but feel that they looked just like Ye Xie’s eyes however he soon dismissed his thoughts and had a sip of water but it was at this moment that the other party who thought that she had built enough suspense simply lowered her hand to reveal her face causing Wu Wenming to fiercely choke on his water.
 

Because it turned out to be the Great Beauty Ye!
 

The moment his face got revealed, not only they were shocked to find out that she was a he but they were also in disbelief that the infamous Mr.Vampire was here! So there was a huge uproar at that moment to the point no one cared to look at Wu Wenming who was coughing nonstop!
 

Wu Wenming finally caught his breath and incredulously asked,’’Ye Xie, what are you doing here?!’’
 

Shi Shen unhurriedly gave a slight smile and introduced himself,’’Good morning everyone, My name is Ye Xie, an actor.’’
 

After his introduction, Sun Qing exclaimed out loud with widened eyes,’’Wait, a man?!’’
 

Everyone looked at him in unison only to see that he was genuinely shocked.
 

Even though Shi Shen had lowered his hand, Sun Qing still believed that he was a goddess. Recently, he was too busy with the preparation of his comeback so he has never seen Ye Xie before and didn’t recognize him just like others.
 

An Ke patted Sun Qing’s shoulder in sympathy,’’Unfortunately, he is indeed a man and a lady killer at that!’’
 

Sun Qing saw that except for him everyone recognized the other party so his ears quickly turned red and he hurriedly apologized,’’I’m sorry, you look too good that I didn’t realize that something is wrong.’’
 

Shi Shen didn’t want to make things awkward so he said with a smile,’’No worry, it was mainly because of my costume.’’

Hao Xi silently sighed,’’How good would it be if the reality were to be easy like this.’’
 

His words caused a bout of laughter lightening the atmosphere even more.
 

This episode would air in two weeks so one week later when the fans of One Day Trip received a good laugh from today’s episode, they tentatively watched the preview of the next episode.
 

Su Rui and Sun Qing appeared frequently due to their recent comebacks so a lot of people recognized them and suddenly felt that the next episode would be good as well since they would be seeing familiar faces.
 

Right then in the next second, when Wu Wenming and Yu Mei got introduced the barrack of comments sharply increased.

At this stage of the drama, Ke Xin had already fallen for Wen Shi but the latter who was held captive by him didn’t eat anything for two days in a row. Therefore, Ke Xin who worried that she would fall sick decided to take on the job of cooking for her.
 

However, the result was the complete destruction.
 

While watching his kitchen setting ablaze, Ke Xin expressionlessly said to his subordinates,’’I have never been here, got it?’’
 

Although he still had on his expressionless face, his ears were beet red as he hurriedly escaped from the crime scene which caused a lot of fans to laugh out loud and almost faint from his cuteness.
 

His cut scene broke through millions in one day to which passerby who saw the clip even went as far as to watch the whole drama causing another bout of increase in rating.
 

While everyone was crying about Mr.Vampire the scene suddenly switched to a mystery guest which just exited from the car with her face covered.

Everyone was guessing who this model was when in the next second, ‘her’ face got revealed to which everyone immediately choked on their saliva!

When the preview was approaching its end, the crew put on the scene where Wu Wenming needed to choose his partner.
 

The screen then divided into 2 sections displaying the candidates of his partner.
 

One was Yu Mei and the other was Shi Shen.
 

The crew also put a caption and played exciting music.
 

‘’Who will Wu Wenming choose to be his wife? Yu Mei who used to be his lover or will he reconcile with his half-brother Ye Xie and stop fighting over a woman?!’’

Then the video came to an end.
