Arc 1:How to survive in this world : Hold on tightly to the big brother's thigh.

Lin Yue was the name of the body that he currently resided in, just a small cannon fodder in this world.

This world was almost the exact replica of his own world just that it was a bit downgrade compare to his world in terms of technology.

The storyline was a typical handsome, aloof and indifferent businessman fell in love with a pure and innocent girl who was 7 years younger than him as Nian Qichen pursuit and chased Yan Ming who had rejected him countless times until she finally admitted that she had fallen for him.

Basically, that was the summary of this world’s plot by Shi Shen.

As for Lin Yue, Shi Shen didn't even consider him as a villain since he didn't really accomplish in harming the protagonist besides damaging his own self.

Lin Yue’s parents died in a car accident when he was only 9 years old in which the Nian couple aka Nian Qichen’s parents brought him to their house and raised him ever since.

Nian couple was close with Lin Yue’s parents that’s why they decided to raise him and oversee his inheritance until he turned 18 years old.

When he reached 18 years old he could choose to live alone or continue to stay with the Nian couple but sadly he didn't get to live that long.

The person who Lin Yue saved under the name of Honey in his phone was Ting Shiqing, the second male lead of this world who was Yan Ming’s childhood friend.

That went without saying, Ting Shiqing didn't think of her as merely a friend but he didn't confess his feelings and only stayed as her friend in order not to break their relationship.

This was the reason why Lin Yue hated her because he was in love with Ting Shiqing.

You heard it right, Lin Yue was gay even the room which he thought that was a girl room was in fact his own bedroom.

Due to jealousy he often bullied the female lead but only verbally not physically.

Nonetheless, with the protagonist's halo how could he leave unscratch after defaming the female lead just like that?

Ting Shiqing was only a good person in front of Yan Ming when in fact he was anything but nice.

He knew that Lin Yue had feelings for him but he didn't outright reject him instead he gave him a vague reply leading Lin Yue to think that he had a chance to be with Ting Shiqing.

Therefore, Ting Shiqing exploited Lin Yue in order to make a connection with the Nian family.

Ting Shiqing’s family was considered to be a nouveau riche, unlike the Nian family who was at the top.

So by using Lin Yue, he had gained a lot of benefits by having Nian family to cooperate with his father in several projects.

This happened was due to the sympathy that Nian couple had for Lin Yue so they decided to agree with his request when Lin Yue asked them to. Although, the Nian couple didn't bother with this very much that didn't mean that Nian Qichen didn't.

Due to Lin Yue’s arrogance personality and homoxesual at that Nian Qichen didn't really have a good impression of him so with these unreasonable requests of his, Lin Yue’s image in Nian Qichen’s mind immediately dropped to the point that just knowing that they were staying in the same house was a disgust to him.

Nevertheless, he didn't intervene with his parents’ decision and made a move on Lin Yue as long as he didn't touch his bottom line he would leave that boy alone.

However, Nian Qichen was finally snapped once Lin Yue sneaked in his father’s study to steal the company confidential information for Ting Shiqing.

This act of his even angered the Nian couple since they were the one who raised him but he didn't even hesitate to stab them in the back for a total stranger?

They were disappointed but didn't make thing hard for him either besides kicking him out of the house and cut ties with him.

Lin Yue still had his parent’s inheritance left which was not a small amount either since his parents were famous painters so the wealth they left behind was enough for Lin Yue to finish his university and even started his own business if he wanted to.

Nonetheless, he was muddlehead and failed to see thing straight. He didn't even apologize to the Nian family because all he thought was how to get Ting Shiqing to forgive him for his failure since he failed to steal the information leading Ting Shiqing to cut ties with him with only a single phrase.

He went to beg Ting Shiqing. Ting Shiqing reluctantly ‘forgave’ him.

Why?Because he hadn't played him enough yet, he still remembered that this homo had bullied his love before so how could he let him go just like that.

As a result, Ting Shiqing led Lin Yue astray as he got addicted to drug and sex and even spent all of his inheritance.

Lin Yue went to beg Ting Shiqing to help him but all he got was mockeries and even got beaten badly by his bodyguards. Only at that time did he finally realize that he got played all along and regretted his past actions in which he couldn't go back and change them.

In the end, he died on the street at the age of 16 years old.

Even though Shi Shen wanted to comment more on his character, the time didn't allow him to do so as the story had already reached the scene which Lin Yue had just failed to steal the information for Ting Shiqing.

The last line that connected him with the male lead.

This time he, Nian Qichen couldn't bear to let this matter slide anymore. Just because they were lenient toward him and he became arrogance to the point that he thought that he could just trample on them just like this?

His previous proposals to work with the Ting family were enough to make him furious.

Why, them the Nian family needed to lower their heads to seek the cooperation with those small flies not to mention those proposals were not even benefits for the company.

However, he could still endure with his behavior until he saw with his own eyes that that damn kid went to steal their company confidential information which could cause them to lose a big sum of money.

Not even bother knocking he immediately kicked the door open in which he immediately saw the person he was looking for sitting on top of the bed.

He wanted to reprimand and lashed out his anger toward him but he was instead startled when that pair of big watery eyes looking straight back at him.

His eyes were calm, clear like water with the dark ink dripped inside causing Nichen to be stunned at what he was seeing and forgot what he was going to say to the youth before him.

Qichen only snapped back when he heard a faint voice which almost sounded like a whisper.

“Why…? I did everything
....everything as told...so why?”His voice was crisp and clear to begin with so now that he spoke in a soft voice which like he was asking someone or himself in disbelief tone it became even more painful for the listeners coupled with his pain expression which was full of sorrow on that pretty face of his causing others who saw this immediately felt sympathy with him.

As for Qichen, he was totally stumped he really didn't know what to deal with this Lin Yue since the image he had of him was that arrogance and an ungrateful brat with his nose pointed toward the sky so he had never seen him look fragile like this at all.

Although he hated him but being stared at by that pair of beautiful eyes which was now starting to become red as his eyes gradually enveloped by a layer of mist looking like he wanted to cry but refused to let his tear fall making it became even more a wrenching scene for Qichen to look at.

What Qichen was seeing was totally different from what He Tian was seeing.

As Lin Yue didn’t sit facing the door, Qichen could only see his right side in which his right hand was currently holding his phone whereas his left hand which was out of Qichen’s sight was currently pinching his left thigh.

You didn’t hear him wrong, Shi Shen was pinching hard on his thigh which caused He Tian didn’t know which emoji he should be using in this situation.

“Is that necessary?...Pinching your thigh I mean.”

Shi Shen indifferently replied,” I have never learned the art of crying.”

He Tian:”......”

Although he did live in different identities he never had to cry or beg others so this was not his fault that he needed to resort into doing this.

Since his endurance was high he could hold in his voice and expression just fine.

All that was left was to not blink letting his eyes went dry so the tears could gather in his eyes.

Not knowing that he was deceived by the boy in front of him, Qichen was still awkwardly standing there not knowing what to do.

He then saw the youth sobbed pitifully as tears slowly falling out but it seemed like he didn't know that he was crying as his eyes looked lost and despair was swirling in them while choking out another sentence,”H-He said that I was fine the way I am...I was really happy….but now that he didn't want me anymore what do I do…?”

Right after he said this, he couldn't say anything anymore as his tears started to gush out falling across his pale cheeks. He cried silently like he didn’t want others to find out and wanted to stop but he couldn't which cause other people really wanted to comfort him and Qichen did just that.

He didn't know why but seeing him look like this he felt that he couldn't just stay still and do nothing so with a few large strides he arrived in front of Shi Shen in no time.

He then did what he normally wouldn't do no matter what. He pulled the smaller man into his embrace with one hand behind the youth’s back while the other one resting on the back of his head.

He then could feel the person in his arms stiffening in which he, himself also just realized what an incredulous yet ridiculous thing he has just done!

Alas, he also couldn't just push this person away either since it would even make himself seem even more ridiculous!

He was wondering what he should do when his line of sight landed on the screen of the phone that the person in his arms was holding.

Immediately right after seeing the last phrase of the conversations his face turned into a frown.

The text was saying that: I’m sick of you, you homo! Don't ever let me see your face ever again!

Then Qichen recalled that Lin Yue just said something like he had just abandoned by someone.

So Qichen proceeded to read the few previous texts that appeared on the screen and with only a light glance it could be seen that the other person was not that friendly toward the owner of the phone as he would reply with only a few words after 4 hours later.

Seem to figure out something Qichen’s attention finally reverted back to the youth in his arms.

To be honest, besides his name and that he was his parents’ close friends’ son he knew nothing or didn't bother to care for this little brother.

They lived under the same roof but they have never interacted with each other besides their first exchange when Lin Yue came to the house 7 years ago.

Although, it was kind of awkward Qichen lightly pat his back as he softly said in a gentle tone that he didn't even realize it himself that he was afraid he would frighten the boy.

“Cry all you want, big brother is here.”

Meanwhile, Shi Shen who was startled with Qichen’s behavior which was completely different from what he had thought was quite shocked that he stopped crying.

Since he was sure that by crying the male lead would just walk away after speaking some harsh words without beating him up.

No matter how much he hated him, Qichen wouldn't just resort to beat a boy who was still crying.

Shi Shen tried to keep his act in a moderate length as he wouldn't throw tantrum like shouting, wailing loudly or throwing things because if he did that, Qichen would undoubtedly literally throw him out of the window for sure.

He didn't think that by acting pitiful the Nian family would forgive and mend their relationship either.

Since He Tian didn't issue a task that required him to be here in the Nian family so even if he got kicked out, Lin Yue’s inheritance would be more than enough for him to start over.

However, not even in his wildest dream would he thought of the possibility that the male lead would come and comfort him even addressing himself as big brother!

Meanwhile, He Tian who saw this scene suddenly whistled enjoying over his misery,”Woah~Looking good!”

Ignoring the teasing voice inside his head, Shi Shen continued with his act as he trembled then the sobbing sounded even louder than before as he burst into tear.

Shi Shen cried a long while until he ‘slept’ did Qichen carefully laid him down on the bed and took back the phone from his hand which he was still holding in a tight grip just like he was expressing that he was still holding on tightly to the other person.

Qichen sighed at this as he exerted some force to pull the phone away then put it on the table at the bedside.

After that, he pulled the blanket to cover the boy but when he looked at the boy’s wretched face he slowly moved his gaze toward his own shirt in which he immediately met with his white shirt’s miserable state causing his face to turn completely dark as he quickly stepped out of the room to take a shower.

I must have been possessed to do something ridiculous like that.
