As they were walking down the street, they stumbled upon a cafe.

"Neema, N/n. Why don't we stop by this place? I come here all the time, I just love it," said Karna.

As they entered the cafe, they saw three girls sitting at a table. One of them had greyish-blonde hair and was wearing a blue-green dress, the second girl had indigo (kind of violet?) hair and a purple dress, and the third girl had Seabourn (reddish-brown?) hair and was wearing a pink dress. The blonde girl sipping her tea looked at them and smirked.

"My, lady Karnadia. How do you do on this fine day?" she said with an evil smirk on her face.

"Ack- Good day to you too," Karna nervously replied, feeling shocked for a second and then uncomfortable.

"It's quite rare for us to bump into each other here," the blonde girl said as she stood up from her chair.

"I was just shopping with my sisters," Karna replied, getting a little annoyed by the girl.

"Ah, the girls I keep hearing about," said the blonde girl as she tilted her head to the side with a cocky grin on her face, looking at them. Nefertima wondered, "Huh? She's heard of us?" while her twin sister narrowed her eyes, sensing bad energy from the blonde girl.

"It must be hard having such a failure for a sister," the blonde girl said, her fingers on her chin as she spoke with utter disdain and disgust. The twins were surprised and furrowed their brows at the girl.

"She has no magical powers and doesn't even look like your parents. Not to mention her creepy black eyes. How could she possibly be a noble?" she mockingly said in front of their faces, looking very proud of herself. The twins lowered their heads. Karna gritted her teeth then smiled and looked at the three girls.

"I see none of you can appreciate how wonderful my sisters are," she said. The twins looked at their big sister in shock as she continued, "Anyone who's clever can tell immediately."

"What do you mean by that?!" the blonde girl shouted as she started to get angry.

"I'm talking about the people who see how incredible little sisters are. Like say... the royal family," Karna said confidently. The three girls were shocked by the news and were getting angrier.

Karna sighed and continued, "Belittling someone whom you've just met is most unbecoming for a noblewoman. I'll be sullying my good family's name to associate with somebody like you." She turned to her twin sisters and said, "Let's go home, shall we?" They smiled and nodded, "Okay, big sis!" "Have a lively day, ladies," Karna said as they left out of the cafe.

It was nighttime, and Karna and the twins were walking down the hall towards the dining room to eat. "Neema, N/n, you guys must be tired," Karna asked. "We slept in the carriage, so we're fine," Neema answered as they continued walking. N/n skipped through the hallways, thinking how fun the day had been despite running into annoying people at the cafe. She was impressed with her sister, who had been so cool. As they reached the dining room doors, they opened, and suddenly a soft pop was heard as their dad and brother revealed decorations that had popped out. "Happy birthday, Neema and N/n!" both their dad and brother cheered. The twins were shocked to see many people in the dining room, including the royals.

"We kept this a secret to surprise you."
The twins were surprised to find out that their family had thrown them a surprise birthday party. Despite everyone being busy, they had all come to celebrate with them. Tears streamed down the twins' faces as they softly sobbed, thanking their family for the wonderful surprise. Their mother knelt in front of them, hugging them and consoling them.

"Oh no, we made the little princesses cry," the king said. "They must be really happy," their mother replied, patting their heads. N/n broke her hug with her mom feeling slightly okay but still had tears in her eyes while Neema didn't let her mom go. The prince lifted N/n up into his arms, wiping the tears from her eyes and telling her to stop crying.

"Stop crying, Petal. You don't look pretty when you cry. And I also don't like it when you cry, Petal," he said. But his words made N/n burst into tears again, and she buried her head in his chest. "Hey! I didn't mean to make you cry more!" he said, trying to comfort her. She eventually calmed down and smiled at the prince, who chuckled. "Well then. Let's all eat!" their father announced.

Before they could eat, a toast was made for the twins. "To Nefertima and Y/n Growing up healthy!" "Cheers!" The people in the room started talking to each other as they ate. The queen then called the twins over and gave them a gift along with three others on the table.

"This is a gift from the king and myself," she said. The twins unwrapped the gifts to find gemstones curved like animals and a small birdcage necklace. "It's a necklace with magical stones. I've included some very powerful ones, but you need a certain spell to use it," the king explained. The twins asked what spell they needed, and the king replied, "Help me, Uncle Gauldi!" with a chuckle. The queen cringed at the king's words, saying, "What nonsense are you talking about, Father?" The prince kneeled and put bracelets on the twins' wrists, saying, "Here, and this is for me. Unlike the gift from Mother and Father, it'll protect you. Make sure you always keep it on you, okay?"

As more gifts were given to them, including clothes, shoes, a blade, an encyclopedia of animals, a hair clip made of dragon scales, and two mini gleyhawks, the twins felt overwhelmed with gratitude. They later went to the balcony of their bedroom and looked up at the stars, still in awe of the wonderful surprise party their family had thrown for them.

Today was so much fun! So many people came to celebrate our birthday.

"Cheap" the rain hawks chirped as we transferred them from our left shoulder into our right arm.

"oh yeah, we haven't given them a name yet." Neema spoke.

"yeah! What would you call your big sis?" N/n asked as Neema looked at her rain hawk deeply. "Nox" "eh?" "From now on your name is Nox!" "Cheap!" "Well, it seems to like it. What would you call yours sis?" She asked N/n as she thought. "B/n!"
