I kind of like this. Leah is on my lap but it's not uncomfortable. It feels good to feel.. needed. Her blond hair rests on my orange t-shirt until Katie comes out from the room. She notices Leah in my arms but doesn't say anything. She walks in the room with Will for her flu shot, leaving the two of us.
