For some reason Michelle was nervous about meeting headmistress Dowling. On the other hand, which human wouldn't be nervous about meeting an extremely powerful fairy? While she was lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice her niece motioning her to step into the office until she was physically pulled in. Michelle quickly regained her composure and introduced herself to the older woman. "Michelle Valentine, pleasure to meet you" "Ah ms. Valentine, Bloom speaks very highly of you. I'm Farrah Dowling." and with those words, Michelle felt her confidence coming back. Family was always very important to Michelle and she would do everything for her niece. Including setting an example and showing that you should always speak with confidence. "I'd like to thank you for helping my niece so far. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know." "Thank you for your offer ms. Valentine, if needed I will of course let you know. Now, ladies, is there anything else I can do for you? I have a meeting in a couple of minutes." "No thank you, ms. Dowling. We will leave you be in that case. Thanks again for your help and for letting me stay here for the week." With that Bloom and Michelle left ms. Dowling's office. 

Or at least, Michelle tried to leave the office. Instead she bumped into a tall blonde guy. Sky aka the blonde prince aka Bloom's crush that the girls talked about earlier today. After a quick apology, the girls were on their way. It wasn't the same for Sky though. He quickly closed the office door and said, shocked, "I found Silva's soulmate."

Ms. Dowling quickly looked up and asked him if he was sure. "I'm 100% sure that the woman I just bumped in to, is Silva's soulmate." 

Soulmates in the Otherworld were common. When you turn 18 you will be able to identify your soulmate by touching them. People who are deeply bonded, can identify other's soulmates as well by touching them. Think about best friends, siblings, or in the case of Sky and Saul Silva: the son in a close son/father-relationship. Saul Silva never found his soulmate. He always though he might have lost her to the burned ones before they were able to meet and eventually he stopped looking. 

When soulmates meet, they instantly develop strong feelings for each other. You do not want to be apart from one another and it will physically hurt you to be apart. A soulmate relationship will make both parties stronger. The pair will be more protective of each other, especially if there is danger nearing. 

Ms. Dowling told Sky to keep it to himself for now because the woman he just bumped into was Bloom's aunt. More specifically, Bloom's human aunt. After everything Bloom told her today, the news that she is destined to stay in the Otherworld with Saul Silva, will probably be too much right now. Seeing as she is human, she will not feel the effects of the soulmate bond as strongly as Saul will, but Saul will be more protective than ever. Especially with the threat of the burned ones right around the corner. As soon as he figures out Michelle is his soulmate, he will not let her leave his protection without a fight and ms. Dowling was not up for fighting him on this. They just needed a plan to ease her into staying into this world. 

Soulmates are sacred in the Otherworld. You do not get between them or try to break them up. Professor Harvey always told ms. Dowling and Silva about his relationship with his late wife and both vowed that if they ever get to have something like that, they will cherish it and not let it go.
