As the afternoon progressed, Xiaobai fell into a deep sleep, her dreams becoming peaceful, the bad dreams slipping away. Dijun sat beside her bed and checked her forehead before getting a clean damp cloth and wiped her face gently.

After making sure she was feeling cool from the cloth, he went to sit at the table and read his book, he wanted to be close by and awake if something were to happen to her. He now knew how much she meant to him and he thought her silly to sacrifice her place by his side so he could have a future.

He was more mentally attracted to Feng Jiu then he was with the Demon Princess Ji Heng, he knew she couldn't stay in Heaven for to long because Heaven was pure and she wasn't pure.

'Si Ming, I now know what I must do to bring her back to me in the Immortal Realm' Dijun thought to himself, he would try and start a relationship with Cha Cha to break her heart. He hated what this would do to her.

When Xiaobai finally woke up, she sat up on the bed gently before looking to where Dijun sat, reading his book with tea beside him.

'He has become so good to me, why does he want to be near me so much?' Xiaobai thought to herself before getting off the bed and walked to Dijun's side.

"Your awake" Dijun said with a smile and pulled her to him, kissing her forehead where her Phoenix Flower birth mark would usually sit.

"This feels like a dream to me, like it's telling me to wake up and that's what I have been trying to do, I feel like we are supposed to be together" Xiaobai said and he smiled.

"We are supposed to be together" Dijun said and kissed her softly before the door to Xiaobai's Palace opened and the Senior Head Maid walked in.

"Your Highness, I don't think you should be near the Princess, some of the maids have reported to me that her Highness uses magic that has been banned and should not be used" she said.

"Your accusing me of witchcraft?" Xiaobai asked standing up.

"The Empress requests the Princess in her chambers to discuss this matter" the Head Senior Maid said and stood to the side.

"Your Highness" she said and motioned with her hand as two Junior Maids took her by the arms and dragged her screaming from her Palace.

Never had Xiaobai in her life think that one of the Maids of her Palace would turn on her like this. Furious, Xiaobai shook the maids off her arms and ran her way to her mother's Palace.

Once she arrived at her mother's Palace, she walked in without waiting and bowed to her mother.

"Mother, these rumours are not true, I don't use magic and I don't know how to, I don't even believe in magic" Xiaobai said as her mother looked to her with sad eyes.

"But the proof is with the maids" her mother said as Dijun walked in shortly after Xiaobai, the maids trying to stop him.

"She has been with me all the time, I have proof she doesn't deal in witchcraft, your Majesty" Dijun said and bowed.

"Will Cha Cha tell me that my daughter has been with you all this time and not dealt with witchcraft?" The Empress asked.

Soon after, Cha Cha was escorted to the Empress's Palace and swore under oath that she would tell the truth. She then cleared the misunderstanding and told the Empress that Xiaobai never had anything to do with witchcraft at all.

After the misunderstanding cleared up, the Maids who spread the rumour were banished from the Palace and their city, never to step foot back into the city.

Xiaobai sat on her bed with Cha Cha beside her, trying to figure out what exactly just happened to them.

"I think the Head Senior Maid should have been banished to, did you see her face and hear her attitude and she smiled at you to!" Cha Cha said.

"You don't need to worry Cha Cha, I will protect the Princess with my life" Shen Ye said and Cha Cha smiles, thanking him for his help.

Later that night, Xiaobai was sitting by her window staring outside, she was thinking, but she didn't quite understand it herself. Why would the Maids be out to get her? Is it because she was born into the royal family, or is it because she was born to begin with.

Shaking her head a little violently, she then hopped off the windowsill and went to the table, she glanced over to see Shen Ye still sleeping in bed before going to grab a cup of water.

Sighing, she then went outside for the nice cool air, seeing the stars twinkling in the sky. She then felt arms around her waist and she jumped, looking behind her to see Shen Ye standing there with a smile on his face.

"You scared me" Xiaobai said before he kissed her to silence her.

"I haven't seen such beauty until I walked out to see you standing under the stars, now I have seen my worth of beauty" Shen Ye said and Xiaobai smiled. She felt more happier since she met Shen Ye and he never failed to disappoint her.

Between their first meeting to now, Xiaobai was happy she accepted his marriage proposal and travelled with him to see his parents and their festivals.

In the next coming weeks, Xiaobai scheduled the festivals to happen around her wedding day, hoping to give her in-laws a taste of her City's festivals and her wedding before they were to travel back home, while Shen Ye ruled my Kingdom with her.

As Xiaobai and Prince Shen Ye talked all night, they laughed and drank water, having some cakes to eat while they chatted, Cha Cha was told to stay in her room until morning and they had the Palace to themselves. They talked until morning, falling asleep at the very last minute.
