"Have you heard of Roseanne Park?" Chaeyoung  asked.

"I'm mad at you and you got the nerve to ask me about some other girl?" Jennie asked back annoyed.

"So have you?" Chaeyoung asked back like a brat she is, but Jennie bit her on the shoulder.

"Ouch! What the heck?" Chaeyoung screamed at Jennie in shock.

"Yes, I've heard of her. The only daughter of Park Sunghoon, owner of the Park Industries, but I don't think I've seen her," Jennie answered like she didn't just bite her girlfriend. Maybe biting her shoulder eases her anger so she answered properly.

"You see her everyday" Chaeyoung's lips were pressed against her shoulders so it was muffled she sounds like a whining baby.

"No, I don't think so. I think I would have known if I saw someone as important as her. No one knows what she looks like, she's been hiding from the public, maybe for her safety or she's some spoiled brat drama queen. Can't blame her, she's the future of the Park Industries, number 1 company in the whole South Korea and in ranks around the world. So no, I don't think I've seen the princess of Park Industries" Jennie reasoned out. It's really impossible.

Chaeyoung nearly scoffed. Spoiled brat drama queen? Really, Jennie?

Chaeyoung let go of Jennie's embrace. She cups her girlfriend's face and looks straight into her eyes. Jennie pouted so cute that she wanted to kiss her but she had something to say.

"Say it straight to my face, one more time" Chaeyoung said, though Jennie just called a spoiled brat drama queen, she'll let it pass for now.

"I don't think I've seen the princess of Park Industries... Wait... Park... Park industries. Park Roseanne. Roseanne Park Chae... Chaeyoung?" It was as if Jennie had been struck by lightning. She sat up straight and looked at Chaeyoung, her eyes searching for an answer.

"Chaeyoung is my Korean name. Roseanne is my birth name" Chaeyoung said.

Jennie just looked at Chaeyoung. Her eyes are still searching for an answer. After a while, Jennie laughed. She laughed out loud as if Chaeyoung had told a big joke. Chaeyoung was surprised and confused.

"What's so funny?" Chaeyoung asked.

"You almost got me there, baby. That's so funny" Jennie said.

"Huh? I don't understand? Why do you find it funny?" Chaeyoung asked.

"You're so cute my love. We're okay now, hmm? I'm not mad anymore, thank you for making me laugh" Jennie said and kissed both of her cheeks. Chaeyoung is still confused.

"Wait. So you think I'm just joking? Do I look like a comedian to you?" Chaeyoung realized and Jennie laughed even more.

"My baby love, I love you just the way you are, okay" Jennie said.

"No! I'm serious. I am Roseanne Park. Daughter of Park Sunghoon, the heiress of the whole Park Industries" Chaeyoung said.

"Yeah yeah yeah" Jennie said but she was still laughing.

"I'm really serious, stupid" Chaeyoung said, annoyed.

"Did you just call me stupid?" Jennie asked in shock.

"Yes, sorry. But it's because I am telling you who I am but you're not taking me seriously. I am more than capable of helping you and your company but you're just making fun of me" Chaeyoung said frustratingly.

"So, you are really Roseanne Park?" Jennie said getting serious.

"That's what I've been trying to tell you" Chaeyoung replied with a frown.

They were both silent. Maybe Jennie's brain is still processing what is happening. They are just a simple couple for three years and now they are in some kind of a corporate drama. She knows about the feud between the Parks and her family over some land.

"Well it can't be helped. We'll know about each other sooner or later, so why not now, right?" Jennie said. Chaeyoung just nodded and hugged Jennie.

"What are your plans? I know you have because you wouldn't tell me this if you haven't" asked Jennie.

"We have to talk to my dad" Chaeyoung said. "I know he would know what to do. Or just drop your company and work for me... I mean for us" Chaeyoung said.

"I would love to. But what about Kim Corp? What will happen?" Jennie asked.

"We'll find a way and we'll make it work" Chaeyoung said. Jennie hugged Chaeyoung again and they stayed in that position for a few more minutes.

"Wait... so, I am a spoiled brat drama queen, huh?" Chaeyoung remembered.

"Huh? Who? You? No! Who said that? I'll fight them 'til they're bald!" Jennie said laughing.

"Baby love~~~~" Chaeyoung whined.

Jennie arrives at the office and noticed a different atmosphere. On a normal day, she's welcomed with enthusiastic greetings, but today they seem out of it.

Jennie found out the answer when she entered her own office. There are a lot of people inside and they haven't said anything yet but it feels like she can't breathe and her head is going to explode.

"Jennie, it's good that you're here already" her mother greeted.

"Is there something you need from me?" Jennie asked. Her parents weren't the only ones there. Nayeon was also there and her parents were with her. She had a bad feeling about what's going to happen.

"Sit down, dear. I believe you haven't been formally introduced yet. This is Mr. Im Dong-won and Mrs. Go Hye-min and their daughter Nayeon." Her mother said.

"I know them, mom" Jennie said briefly. Trying to compose herself and collecting what's left of her respect for her parents.

"So, we meet again. I told you, you can't get away from me, honey" Nayeon said with a teasing victory smile on her face.

"If you are here for business Mr. Im, you should've made an appointment with my secretary. No need to call for my parents" Jennie said formally and ignored Nayeon. Mr. Im laughed loudly.

"I like this daughter of yours, compadre. She always thinks about business. She's a perfect match for my daughter Nayeon who always thinks about shopping and being popular" the man said while laughing.

"Dad, if I'm not popular, no one will know about your businesses" Nayeon said.

"If we aren't going to talk about business, I could request everyone to leave so I could start working," said Jennie.

"About that, Jennie. From now on, Kim Corp is under Im Incorporated. They will be taking over the company until your wedding" her father informed her.

Jennie was surprised. So they took the company hostage just for a very superficial reason?

"No" Jennie said firmly, she stood up and left the office.

"Jennie" her mom called.

"I'll talk to her" Nayeon also stood up. Of course she needs to show that she is a good daughter-in-law. She caught up with Jennie in the elevator and didn't let anyone else take the lift with them.

"If you want your company back, Jennie. Honey, it's so easy. The sooner the wedding the sooner you'll get everything back. Simple" Nayeon said upon entering.

"I told you a lot of times already. Not in a million years will I get married to you. If you want this company, then it's yours. I don't care" Jennie said angrily.

"Why are you so stubborn? Oh is it because of your girlfriend? We could make it work. She only needs to disappear right?" Nayeon said, a second later Jennie had her pinned against the wall of the elevator and instead of being scared, she was still smiling.

"Touch her and I swear, I am going to make your life a living hell you'll regret being born" said Jennie shaking with anger.

The elevator opened and she harshly released Nayeon.  Jennie went to the parking lot without looking back and drove home.
