"Huargh.... Huh? What's the commotion all about?" Ai awoke from her slumber. Her vision was not clear, so she rubbed her eyes tiredly. She tried to move, but her body was held tightly by a pair of arms that didn't want to let her go.

Kai was sleeping peacefully beneath her. Ai tried to process what had just happened yesterday until she heard a click from a camera. Her eyes darted to the figure who had just taken the photo. Ruby and Chronoa were giggling, with Aqua looking at her in disbelief.

Then she realised something. She blushed immediately, trying to convince them of the state she was in.

"W-we're no-not d-do-doing anything we-weird!!!" Ai stuttered and tried to go to them, but was still hugged by Kai. She couldn't move!

"Ohh? Is that so~?" Chronoa and Ruby teased her. Aqua continued to watch with a shocked expression. Really?!

Ai was flustered by this. She looked back at the actor.

"Wake up! Kai-kun!!" She tried to wake up, but Kai replied,

"Two more minutes, Mom....." as he continued his slumber.

She slapped Kai's face so hard that he groaned in pain. Kai released her from his tight hug as he placed his hands on his slapped face. Aqua, Ruby, and Chronoa winced at the slap. That must hurt!

"Ouwh!! What the hell, Mom!!! I already said two more... Oh, Ohhhhhh......" Kai screamed loudly and looked at the person who had slapped him. He glanced to the side and saw them.

"Oh."

The sudden realisation stuck with him. He glanced back at Ai. His face was also as red as Ai's. Then, Trunks and Ace burst into the house.

"Supreme Kai of Time!! We heard a scream. What happened?!" Trunks said it in a worried tone. His eyes went to Kai, who was lying under Ai. A single word came from Trunks's and Ace's mouths.

"Oh."

"We're sorry for interrupting..." Trunks and Ace bowed and closed the door. Kai told them it was a misunderstanding, but they didn't hear him. Kai is comically crying, asking himself why he's still alive.

"Did you get the picture?" Ruby asked Chronoa.

"Of course! Look at them! They're so cute being together!!" Chronoa showed Ruby the photos she had taken.

"DELETE IT, MOM!! / DELETE IT, RUBY!!" The two screamed at them. Aqua just sweatdropped. It's better if he went to eat right now, rather than hear all of them quarrel.

Ai went to the dining table. After the commotion, she went to take a bath. She looked at Kai, who was making breakfast for them.

"♪ I love food 'cause it is yummy ♪ "

"♪ I will put this in my tummy ♪ "

"♪ We can have all the rice! ♪ "

"♪ All we have to do is Go! Go! Grab A Bowl!  ♪ "

Ai chuckled. "You didn't tell me you could sing?" Kai was surprised to see Ai behind him. Kai blushed at her statement.

"What'cha making, huh?" questioned Ai as she looked at the mountain of foods.

"Everything. Can you help me serve them on the table, please?" Ai smiled in response as she helped Kai. Chronoa came after feeding Toki-Toki and commented on Kai, saying that she could make them a delicious breakfast, but Kai refused the offer. Aqua and Ruby entered the house with Toki-Toki perched on Aqua's head. Ruby thought it was funny. Aqua was visibly annoyed by the divine bird. He tried to remove it, but Toki-Toki pecked at his hands.

"Damn you oversized birdie..." Aqua thought to himself. Everyone laughed after seeing Aqua like that. Kai went and removed Toki-Toki from his head.

They all settle down. Kai was the same as usual, devouring everything on the table. Even though the idol and her kids knew about his appetite, they still couldn't get used to him devouring foods at a fast rate. Especially Aqua. Saiyans must have a pretty high metabolism, but still, where did all the food go? Kai never gained an ounce of fat. Ai and Ruby were jealous of him.

"Haven't I taught you about manners in front of people, Kai?" Chronoa sighed at Kai as he scratched his cheek.

"Can't help it, Mom..." said Kai as he continued to eat. They all laughed as Chronoa asked them what their plan was now that Ai was healed up. Kai stopped eating as he glanced at Ai.

"I never thought about it... Going home?" Ruby interjected, saying she wanted to explore more. Aqua and Ai nodded; there's no way they're going to pass on this experience. Kai shrugged and looked at his mother.

"How about Ruby and Aqua come with me for a walk around Conton City?" Chronoa asked the twins. Ai allowed them, but how about her?

"I'm suuureee Kai would looveee to show you around, right Kai?" Kai choked on his food. Like a date? Aqua laughed a little. Everyone looked at him weirdly.

"What? It's funny!" responded Aqua.

"O-oh yeah!" Kai nodded as Ai smiled at him. Chronoa told him to wash the dishes after he's finished, which Kai answered yeah, lazily.

"Umm, Kai... can I ask you something?" Aqua asked Kai after he finished cleaning the kitchen.

"What's wrong, Aqua?" questioned Kai as he kneeled down to face him.

"Could you train me? I-I wanna be strong like you." Kai was surprised. Why so suddenly? He didn't pry though. He likes the prospect of teaching someone, even though he has never taught anyone before. He smiled at Aqua.

"Of course! But you need to tell your mother first. If she agrees, I'll train you. Okay, little guy?" Aqua nodded as Kai ruffled his hair.

"Aqua, hurry up!" Ruby yelled at him. Aqua went to Ruby and Chronoa as they waved at Kai and Ai.

"Have fun, you two!" Ai waved them back.

"It's hard to bring them to go sightseeing back in Tokyo. Letting them have some fun here sure brings joy to them." Ai weakly smiled at Kai.

Kai nodded as he saw Ai's outfit.

Kai had a nosebleed after seeing her. He wiped it immediately before Ai saw him.

Ai noticed it, though, as she giggled.

"Am I too pretty?" she teased the Time Patroller. Kai blushed in response as Ai held his hand.

"Ye-yeah, you're pretty!" Kai nervously looked away from Ai as they went to Conton City together.
