Bellamy's POV

"She's here" Octavia says as the green light evades our tent.

"Diyoza?" she calls out to the figure entering the tent.
The woman was not Diyoza though and I did not recognise her. However Octavia seemed to know her.

"Hope?"
The woman , Hope completely ignored the rest of us and started talking to Octavia .

"I couldn't get out of it. He has my mum. I am so sorry Octavia."

Hope looked genuinely sad and I was so confused but I couldn't help but feel like Octavia was gonna get hurt.

"Octavia what's happening?" I said ,my brotherly instincts taking over.

Octavia ignored me.
"Be brave. Tell him it's done."Octavia whispered in her ear.

Then Octavia fell back into my arms and Echo screamed  "Knife!"

Before I could tell what was happening a wounded Octavia was disappearing from my arms.

Clarke's POV

We were all sitting around on a tablecloth, eating soup and talking with each other . The mood was light and we were enjoying some music.

Suddenly, Bellamy came running to us and screaming nonsense. He looked truly distressed and was almost crying. I could make out the name of Octavia in between his other screams.

We all ran over to him worried considering the state he was in.
Before i managed to get to him Murphy was by his side trying to understand what was going on with him. Bellamy kept screaming nonsense and ignoring Murphy so I took it upon myself to find out what happened.

I ran up to him and grabbed him from his shoulders to calm him down.

"Bellamy!" I nearly screamed as i shook his arms a bit. "Bellamy look at me,
please!" Maybe it was the desperation in my voice, or the shake of his body, that shook him out of his trance. He took a deep breath and focused on me. Tears were streaming down his face as he looked in my eyes.

"It's Octavia-she's, she's gone." He said and his voice cracked in the end.

"Gone? What do you mean gone?" I responded my own voice sounding  confused and nearly hysteric.

"Gone, missing, I- I don't know. Someone, her name was Hope, came out of nowhere, stabbed her and Octavia just disappeared into thin air. We need to find her."

"Okay, okay, calm down Bellamy, we'll find her."

"Come on let's go sit with the others while you tell us what exactly happened to your sister." I said to him.

Before i could even move i felt his warm hand grabbing mine.

Then he turned me around to look at him

"Thank you" He said his other hand tugging my hair behind my ear.

The way he was looking at me made my breath hitch. I couldn't find the right words to reply with, afraid of breaking the moment by saying the wrong thing so I just nodded and turned to the others trying to calm my breathing.

Echo's POV

"Wait here I'll go get the others." Bellamy had said, so Gabriel and I sat back to wait but a few minutes after that Hope must've seen this as her chance to escape so she ran out of the tent.

Immediately Gabriel and I started running after her. We soon reached her and I tackled her to the ground.

While I was trying to restrain Hope I heard a very familiar voice talking to me.

Roan.

"Without Bellamy here, who do you follow? Without someone to follow who are you? The girl who killed her only friend and stole her name?
The honor -less spy ready to do anything for her queen, even betray the man that she now claims to love?"

We were close to the anomaly.

Roan's words were making my head spin and my heart was racing. I completely forgot the others and let go of Hope turning my entire body to Roan.

"Echo!" I distinctly heard Gabriel say. "What are you doing?" I wanted to ignore what Roan said and focus on Gabriel, I really did but i just couldn't.

"What do you want from me?" I nearly shouted at Roan, the desperation in my voice obvious. I ignored the looks the others were giving me, even Hope had stopped fighting and started staring at me like I was crazy, and focused on Roan. Instead of answering Roan just turned around and started walking towards the anomaly.

"NO WAIT!" I yelled at him but all he did was turn around, look at me and started walking towards the anomaly again.

Out of instinct I followed Roan not even hearing Gabriel screaming at me to stop. Roan went through the anomaly and I went right in with him barely turning around in time to see Gabriel grabbing Hope and following us.
