Time seemed to slow down. The thought of death invading there mind.

Derek and Lydia look at each other for a long while, and put there legs in the ice bath,  making Lydia let out a gasp.

They both lower themselves into the water. Aiden putting his hands on Lydia and Ethan putting his on Derek's.

"I dont need help." Derek says.

"I know you dont." Ethan replys and puts his hands on Derek's cheeks and gently kisses his forehead. "Please be safe."

It wasn't like Ethan said that to Derek though. it sounded more like a prayer.

Ethan was very loyal to Danny, but he also had strong feelings for Derek.

When Ethan found out that Derek loved Stiles, it hurt him a little, but he was happy that he was happy.

Dereks eyes sorta lit up when Ethan kissed him. He smelt the scent of nervousness and love.

Derek grabs Ethans hand. "It will be okay." Then places Ethans hand on his shoulder.

"Are you guys ready?" Deaton asks.

Derek and Lydia look at each other and nod

"Okay. One....two....three."

Ethan and Aiden push Derek and Lydia into the water.

Ethan holding his breath until Dereks jerking body goes still and lifeless.

Derek and Lydia come up from the bath and gasp for air.

They are in a dark field surrounded by a forest. Fifty feet in front of them is a boy. Hes wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and jeans, but no shoes. His eyes are glowing a bright green. He is completely still and is hovering three feet in the air.

Lydia and Derek look at each other and start to walk to the boy.

Derek gets on the boys left side and Lydia on the right.

They both grab on to the still boys hands and his glowing green eyes glow brighter and brighter to a blinding green light.

Suddenly Lydia and Derek are in a room. A dark, dimly lit hospital room. There is a woman in a hospital bed. She looks very gaunt and there is a smell of death in the air that only Derek could smell.

There is a little boy holding her hand. He looks about nine and is very nervous and scared.

Both of the people didnt seem to notice Derek or Lydia.

Derek walks over to read the name on the bed.
