Before y'all read this please keep in mind I am not a doctor so a lot of this may not make sense. I usually do research to make stuff a little realistic but I wasn't getting answers quick enough so I just typed whatever. It makes enough sense to me. Anyways enjoy and sorry this took so long.

2 weeks later

"Don't forget to make the brats go to bed in a few minutes"Katsuki spoke on the phone as he walked through the hospital

"I've been watching them for years I know to make them go to sleep on time. They're also already asleep and I think it's time I got to sleep too. Let me know how Y/n and the boys are doing and get home safely. Goodnight"Mitsuki said

"Goodnight"He mumbled

It was very rare for him and his mom to have a civilized conversation but the past 2 weeks had changed a lot. No one was in the mood to argue or nag so instead their true emotions were showing. It was quite a refreshing change for them.

He hung up the phone and slipped it back into his pocket. He then proceeded on the route that was growing very familiar to him. It didn't take long for him to reach the door to your room.

"I know I'm late, a lot has been going on"Katsuki spoke as he walked in and went to the side of your bed. He grabbed a chair to sit in and moved close to hold your hand "Where do I start?"He mumbled thinking through everything he needed to update you on

"Let's see...the boys made 2 weeks today. The doctors and nurses say they're developing well to say they would've been 29 weeks. I've been visiting them twice a day now. It's still weird without you there but I can't avoid seeing them. They're my sons and it'll be shitty of me to not go see them because you aren't with me"He said letting out a small chuckle before continuing "Even though it's been 2 weeks I still can't hold them. Their skin isn't fully developed to take them out the incubator and they're also hooked to machines. I want you to be the first to hold them anyway so it doesn't bother me that I can't hold them"

He paused for a moment and looked down at the hand he was holding. He really hoped you'll give him some type of response but the past 2 weeks have been the same. He'll hold your hand and speak to you everyday but you wouldn't do anything. He let out a heavy breath before continuing.

"Katsumi and Katsuya keep asking about you. They keep saying they have so much to tell you so they can't wait until you wake up. They definitely want you up for their birthday. I can't believe the brats turn 7 in 2 weeks...saying that out loud made me realize just how close the kids birthdays are because the boys were born early. Katsuna's was 3 weeks ago, the boys 2 weeks ago, and Katsumi and Katsuya's is in 2 weeks. I just know you're going to complain about planning back to back parties"

Katsuki thought to himself that he'll love to hear your complaints instead of the silence in the room but he didn't speak of it just incase you could somehow hear him.

"Katsuna's doing fine but she obviously misses you. We all do but she's the only one that doesn't understand the circumstances. She's been constantly running around the house calling for you and waiting for you to come out. I wish I could explain the situation to her but she's 1 no explanation would help"

He was going to keep talking but his phone interrupted him.

"Hello"He answered then quickly realized the person on the other end was crying "What's wrong?"

"When are you coming home?"Katsumi asked

"I won't be long. Is something wrong?"

"I had a nightmare again"She mumbled

"Is everyone else asleep?"

"Yea"

"Okay I'm coming"

"Okay"

"Do you want to stay on the phone until I get there or will you watch a show?"

"Can we stay on the phone?"

"Yea"

He knew that would be her answer but it didn't hurt to ask. Lately Katsumi had been having nightmares revolving around either you or Katsuki dying. They started with you and the wreck but now it's random. Sometimes she'll have days without them but tonight was not one of those days. She must've dreamed of Katsuki dying this time. So she wanted to talk to Katsuki until he made it home and she could see that he was okay.

"I have a few more things left to tell your mom then I'll be on the way okay?"

"Okay"

He clicked the mute button and looked back at you.

"I knew I couldn't stay long but I wasn't expecting it to be this short. Katsumi's having a tough moment right now though so I have to leave. Tomorrow I'll make sure to visit for a longer time....I'm starting to think you might wake up just because you're tired of my voice"He let out a laugh but stopped himself when he felt you squeeze his hand. "Y/n? Can you hear me?"He asked hoping he'll get another response

He tried saying more things to you but he didn't feel the movement again. He sighed as he stood up and looked down at you.

"I'm not sure if you can hear me but I'm sorry I can't stay tonight. I want to stay to get another response but I can't. Tomorrow though I expect you to give me some responses since I'll be here longer"He let go of you hand placing it back by your side and leaned down to place a kiss on your face "Good night I love you"

He unmuted himself and called for Katsumi. She didn't respond so he figured she fell asleep again. Despite that he stayed on the phone with her until he made it home.

When he walked in he found Katsumi asleep on the couch. He went to pick her up and tried his hardest to not wake her up but he failed.

"I'm here now you can go back to sleep"He spoke not giving her a chance to speak and fully wake up

She laid her head on his shoulder again and drifted back to sleep as he carried her to the room you shared. He held her for a few minutes longer to make sure she was actually asleep before he laid her down.

Once he got her settled he took a quick shower then also laid down to get some sleep. Before he could doze of though he heard the door open followed by a strained voice.

"Da can you help me?"Katsuya asked

Katsuki gave him a confused look wondering why he struggled to speak then he notice that he was carrying Katsuna.

"Why'd you bring her in here?"Katsuki questioned as he got up and grabbed the sleeping toddler from him

"She kept moving and almost making herself fall off the bed. I got sick of waking up over and over again to catch her so I brought her to you so you can watch her. I also wanted to ask if I can sleep in here since your bed feels better"

Katsuki looked back at the bed and hoped he wouldn't wake up sore from letting them sleep with him. All of them weren't good sleepers.

"You can but Katsumi might hit you in her sleep"

"I'm used to it"He shrugged climbing into the bed "Goodnight Da"

"Goodnight"

*5 days later*

Katsuki was once again sitting in the room with you but instead of talking to you he was holding the phone so the kids could talk to you. They didn't really get the point in talking to someone without receiving a response so the conversation didn't last long.

"It's getting late, don't forget to do your homework"Katsuki said

"It's already done"

"And your baths?"

"Grandma Mitsuki made sure we did everything"Katsumi said

You slowly opened your eyes wanting to close them again due to the brightness of the room. You groaned as you looked to the side trying to figure out what was the sounds making your headache worse. When your eyes finally focused you stared at the machines for a minute. Then you realized you were in a hospital connected to a lot of machines. Instantly panic rushed over you.

Katsuki looked up when he heard your heart rate picking up on the machine but he was shocked to see you with your eyes opened. You weren't looking at him though.

"What's that noise?"Katsuya asked hearing the beeping on the heart monitor change

Katsuki's eyes locked with yours and he just sat there waiting for you to speak first. You never did instead you just continued to stare. To him you kind of looked terrified and the rate in which your heart was beating didn't help that.

"I'll talk to you guys later"Katsuki responded before hanging up in their faces. He then directed his voice at you."Do you know who I am?"

His voice was so light and uncertain. You could tell he was afraid of what your answer might be. Relief washed over his face though when he watched you nod. He heard your heart rate go back to normal so he continued talking.

"Do you remember why you're in the hospital?"He asked and you shook your head. It was quiet for a moment then he let out a sigh. "What do you remember?"

You pondered for a moment trying to think of the answer. There was a lot you remembered but you also felt like you were forgetting some things. Your thoughts were interrupted by a nurse coming in though. She was speaking to Katsuki obviously unaware that you were awake.

"Sorry to interrupt Mr.Bakugo but we saw a change happen with her heart rate an-"She stopped when she heard shuffling and looked up to see you looking at her. You had moved to use your hands to cover your ears due to her loud speaking.

"Can you please speak quietly. Loud sounds hurts my head"You mumbled

"That doesn't usually happen to her. Is that normal for someone in her condition?"Katsuki asked the nurse

"I'm not sure. I'll go get a doctor to come check on her"

You watched her leave before removing your hands from your ears. You relaxed leaning back on the pillow and stared at the ceiling.

"Can you tell me about the last day I should remember?"

"First can you tell me any details about our lives because that day might be confusing if you've forgotten things. Like do you remember how we met?"

You thought for a moment then slightly laughed. The laugh didn't stay long since it brought pain along with it.

"We don't remember how we actually met"You responded trying to recall a few things "I remembering meeting you when I told you I was pregnant. I was pregnant with the twins"

"Do you know how old the twins are?"

"Almost 7?"You asked a bit uncertain

"Yea they are. What else do you remember? Do we have anymore kids?"

"We have Suna....and we were expecting twins again. Our boys"You answered finally realizing what you were forgetting. You looked at your stomach and immediately noticed it was smaller than you remembered "Katsuki what happened? Are the boys okay?"

Your nerves began to get bad and your heart rate picked up again. The sounds of the beeps were also making your head hurt.

"They're fine. You-"

The door opened and a doctor walked starting to tend to you and ask questions.

You and Katsuki sat in the room watching the nurses and doctor leave out. They had explained your injuries to you and told you how your healing was going and everything. Despite all this you still hadn't figured out how you ended up in the hospital.

"So what happened? Why did I need a c-section and brain surgery?"

"You got into a car accident. It's assumed you hit your head which caused the injury to your head. It made blood pool between your brain and the lining. The pressure would've caused a worser injury if you didn't undergo surgery so they proceeded with the surgery. You had a c-section because your condition wasn't looking very well and taking the boys gave them a higher chance of survival"

You nodded along with his explanation trying to take everything in. You had a bunch of questions but you knew to ask them one at a time.

"You said the boys were fine right?"

"Yes they are. You may be able to ask the doctors if you can go and see them"

"Are they connected to oxygen and all that?"

"Yea but they're improving as the days pass. They were born 13 weeks early so it's a given they'll need some help with breathing and stuff for a while"

"Do you have any pictures of them?"

He nodded and started clicking on his phone. He then handed it to you and you felt like you were about to cry at the sight. They were very tiny and had so much connected to them. It was weird looking at them since they should've been still growing in you. It's crazy a wreck caused so much to change so quickly.

"Was is just us in the car or-"

"No, all the kids were with you but they're okay. They weren't in the wreck. Katsuya was by Katsumi and Suna so he got all of them out by teleporting"

"He did good. All the kids are okay"You mumbled allowing yourself to finally smile. "How are they dealing with me being in the hospital?"

"They've been dealing with it the best they can. The twins sometimes came to me and expressed how they felt which ended with them crying but I reassured them that everything was okay. Suna on the other hand doesn't understand anything so I've been spending a lot of time with her and distracting her so she wouldn't be focused on the fact that you weren't there"

You nodded as you listened to his words and it just sparked another question in you.

"How long have I been out? It sounds like it's been a while"

"Almost 3 weeks"

You paused for a second leaving you two in an awkward silence. Something was off about this conversation and you didn't like. Of course the conversation wasn't going to be like your normal ones but something bothered you. It felt as if Katsuki was devoid of his emotions. He was answering the questions like a robot. Not giving any thought to the question and answering right after you finished speaking.

"Can you move closer to me?"You asked. He didn't question anything and immediately went along with your wishes. When he was next to your bed you grabbed his hand "Katsuki please answer me truthfully. Okay?"

"Okay"He responded with a hint of confusion

"Are you okay? You seem a bit off"

This time he didn't have an immediate answer. It was as if he didn't rehearse for this question so he didn't know what to say.

"You're awake now so I'm doing better"He answered not really giving you a yes or no

"...Mhmm and how did you deal with me being here?"

You watched him stare at his hand and you could tell he was purposely hiding his face.

"I cried in the beginning. I struggled with carrying on with life and leaving you here"He answered fiddling with your fingers "But I had to get myself together for the kids. I didn't have time to focus on myself so I ignored a lot of what I felt"

"Well it's just me and you now so acknowledge your feelings. There's no one here you need to act strong for"You responded and softly grabbed his hand to stop his fiddling

"There's no point now"He sighed while moving to lay his head on your bed. He hadn't let go of your hand though "I've been waiting 3 weeks to talk to you and receive a response. I'm not going to waste that by expressing feelings that are no longer there"

You watched him close his eyes and move a little to get more comfortable. You looked at the clock reading 10:09 p.m. It wasn't really that late but it was late enough for him.

"Are you tired?"You asked

"Yea it's late but I want to keep talking"He mumbled

"Okay"You agreed and began to run your fingers through his hair "So what are we talking about now?"

He hummed an 'I don't know' and it wasn't long after that before he was sound asleep.

You're not sure when you finally managed to doze off but you were now being woken up to the sound of a phone ringing. You looked at Katsuki watching as he lazily moved to answer the call. He put it on speaker and laid his head back down.

"Hello"Katsuki grumbled not bothering to open his eyes

"Katsuki where are you? The kids woke me up because they're worried they couldn't find you. They said you haven't came home all night"Mitsuki spoke

"I'm still at the hospital"

"You stayed there from last night all the way til 5 in the morning? You know you should be coming home and getting a good nights sleep"

"I didn't want to leave, Y/n finally woke up"

There was silence for a second then you heard the twins trying to get the phone.

"Tell them it's too early to come. Wait until around 8"Katsuki said

"But I want to see momma now"Katsumi pouted "Katsuya you do too right?"

"Yea"

"You can see her later"

"I'll just find a way to get there earlier"Katsumi mumbled causing Katsuki's eyes to open

"Katsuya don't bring your-"He was cut off by the two kids appearing in the room "sister here"He finished his sentence

They immediately went to your side and climbed in bed to give you a hug.

"Hey my babies"

"Hey momma we missed you"They responded in unison

You felt wetness from Katsumi's side and you started hearing her sniffle.

"Katsumi, you okay?"You asked trying to move to see her face but she wouldn't budge from the hug

"I'm happy you woke up. I was scared you wouldn't"

"I'm sorry you had to feel that way but I'm okay now. Well they have a few things they need to check up on but I'm awake"

You felt her finally move to look at you and she had the biggest smile on her face as she wiped her tears. Once you got her settled you turned to attempt to look at Katsuya.

"He's asleep"Katsumi said when she noticed what you were trying to do

"Of course he is"You chuckled

"Do you want me to get him?"Katsuki asked

"No it's okay"You responded and looked down at Katsumi "You can try to get comfortable and sleep with me if you want. I know you're still tired"

"No I'm awake. I want to tell you everything that's happened. Like Grandma and daddy stopped being mean to each other"

"Oh?"You questioned looking at Katsuki

"Shut up"

"It's true"She says with a nod then started rambling on about everything

You happily listened to her and Katsuki watched all three of you on the bed with a smile.

The end may seem a bit rushed like when the kids came but I really didn't know what I wanted to type and I finally got to the end of this chapter so I just typed anything to hurry up and publish it while I had the time to.

Anyways give me ideas for what to type. I tried this angst idea that someone recommended like a year ago and obviously angst is not for me since it took a year for me to come up with a chapter. Give me so happy go lucky ideas. Some cute shit.
