The childhood friend of Rocksteady when he was a child. She had hunter parents who died via bear when she was 8. She was taken in by the Russian Mafia and was taught how to hunt larger prey. She even gone so far as to hunt humans who she viewed unique. Albino, viltigo, dwarf. To her it was fair game. Then she saw Melendez father as the giant Mutant bear. She was intrigued and lured Melendez into a trap. When she captured the 4 year old Melendez her adoptive father, Yoshi came in view and started to fight her. He nearly won but she had secretly brought her brother who jumped up and got the bear in the neck and she had skinned the weakened Mutant bear. She was gonna kill Melendez but her brother stopped her and gifted Melendez as a gift to Shredder. She was angry but agreed and mockingly told the traumatized Moth Mutant to call her mama bear. Everytime she visited Shredder with her brother she would always taunt, swear and verbally abuse Melendez and grew more interested when her brothers came in view. She wore Yoshi skin as a trophy and mockery. She was later pushed in a vat of Mutantgen and turned into Mama bear, a Mutant who can extend her claws. Shredder has allowed her to hunt down Melendez and her brothers and told her to make sure they stay out the way and do whatever she wanted. She found the trio warehouse they were using and she brutally ambushed them. She had stuff fallen on the entrance and brutally tore Melendez and Unai wings, rendering them flightless. Her and Melendez got in a very serious fight and they were doing hits on hits but Mama bear took off one of Melendez arms and was about to kill her when Unai jumped from behind and tried to stab her with the dangerous posion of his stinger but her armor blocked it and she grabbed Unai and his tail and started to rip the tail off when Melendez jumped, put her in a chokehole and basically bit her eye out. She grew angry and threw Unai away, knocking him unconscious and started to brutally beat Melendez to near death. She would have killed her has the turtles not shown up and injured her. She ran off and had put Melendez in a 6 month coma.

In the Rise version she was Yoshi former wife who he divorced due to her abusive behavior. She came from a proud family and was disowned since Yoshi family was much richer. Enraged she brutally killed every person in her family and has been hunting Yoshi ever since for humiliating her. In Rise she has the power of growing her claws and metal manipulation
